Laura Mennell (born 18 April 1980 in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada) is a Canadian actress.
She's best known for her roles in Science Fiction Series such as Nina Theroux in Alphas, Rebecca in Van Helsing and Mimi Hynek in Project Blue Book.
She's the cousin of Alan Young, the famous voice of Scrooge McDuck.

- Hilarious in Hindsight: In The 4400 episode "Audrey Parker's Come and Gone", Laura plays the younger version of the title character. She later played the recurring character Dr. Charlotte Cross in ''Haven, the protagonist of which is named Audrey Parker.
- Raven Hair, Ivory Skin: She has very pale skin to contrast with her long dark hair, which naturally extends to the characters she plays.
