This thread is dedicated to image suggestions for pages without pics (including those pulled by Image Pickin'). Guidelines:
- Please read How to Pick a Good Image and Just a Face and a Caption before suggesting an image. Additionally, make sure to source the image in your post.
- If you have multiple suggestions you'd like to field for a single page, that can merit its own thread. Otherwise, use this thread.
- It is recommended that you upload your suggestions as you would like them to be formatted on the page.
- A crowner will be generated with suggestions which will be voted on as normal:
- The crowners will generally run 12-15 items at any given time and may go as high as 20 if there's a backlog of suggestions, so please do not add items to a crowner once it's running.
- After 3 days, any options with a net vote count of ≥10 can be put on their respective pages. After 5 days, this can apply to options with a net vote count of ≥7. Anything below that will need to go the full 7 days.
- After 7 days, generally the unprocessed options that have a positive vote count (2:1) can go up on their respective pages. Old thread rule, no longer enforced
- Suggestions will generally be processed and added to crowners in the order they come into the thread.
- Selected images will be tagged using this template (which goes above the image):

That first one was already discussed and didn't get enough consensus as I recall. The second is a copyrighted single-panel cartoon and can't be used without permission, which I doubt we'll get.
Previous thread for Literal Maneater. 6 posts: one OP, one of them containing the suggestion, three of them by a mod (opening/clocking/locking) and only one in support of the suggestion. I figured since the thread didn't get the attention of fellow tropers the pic needs to be put through the crowner here.

I think I did too. I don't see an issue with running it through a crowner either; if an option is voted down, sure, that would just be gaming the system, but if little to no people actually make the effort to respond it leaves us in a bit of a quander because there's no telling what people think about it one way or the other.

Since it's been a week, all options that have been voted up have been added to their respective pages. We've got a lot of threads for stalled images to process as well.

Note:
- The suggestion for Black Like Me is giving me a 404 error. Can the suggestee provide an alternate link or upload the image directly, please?
- Banned in China already has a page image, so unless this new suggestion is supposed to be for one of the subpages, that requires a separate thread.
- The Merchant Prince suggestion is a single-panel cartoon so can't be used on account of fair use rules.

The one for Good Is Not Nice is JAFAAC if you ask me. Out of all superheroes, I think only Batman and Superman are famous enough to be exempt from that rule (and even so, we probably shouldn't be looking for exceptions).

The Breaking the Fourth Wall suggestion, isn't it from the Western Animation subpage that does have an image?
Deadpool is in there, and he's not from an animated series. I'd say it's a decent contender for the main page.
By the way, I've taken a look at the pic for the Western Animation section and it doesn't seem very illustrative to me. Thoughts?
