Sure I don't mind Zekieve getting cut. I Also want to add that we also cut Al Asad since he's doesn't do much onscreen other than kill the president, not that threatening, is just a puppet for the Russian Ultranationallists, even less heinous than Zakhaev and its revealed in 3 that Al Asid didn't nukes his capital killing 30,000 men, but it was Makarov.

I'm actually fine with cutting Al-Asad as well. Not feeling he's a super duper heinous baddie and the worst thing I remember him to do is what? Assassinating Yaseer al Fulani. That's the only stand out crimes that I remember as I played the game on Nintendo DS

Being generic in actions and being GDV are very different, in fact there's few overlaps I Can think of. Plenty of GD Vs have the deeds to be this, and plenty of Charachters have personality but lack the deeds(Hi Turbo)

Seemingly redeemed at the end of the book, he became worse in his next appearance, deliberately making sure an accident linked to the colony's activities would happen, which would lead to Martinique being wiped out and killing thousands, so that he can set there a base of operations before taking over the world. When Yoko and her friends attempts to stop him, Karpan cut off the air from a chamber and vented toxic gas to kill Yoko and her friends, even if it means killing his own workers who are in the same room (Vulcan's Forge). A threat even after his death, Karpan turned a young half-Vinean half-human hybrid into a Tyke Bomb with a pre-programmed mission: activate a program to end all life on Earth, allowing the Vineans to take over (Khany's Secret). Selfish, power-hungry and willing to harm both Earthlings and Vineans, Karpan proved to be one of Yoko's nastiest foes.
• Code Lyoko fanfiction Code Lyoko OverPowered: XANA is just as vile as canon. Surviving the events of Season 4 alongside Franz Hopper, XANA kept him hostage, torturing him and draining him slowly of his energy. On the meanwhile, he makes several attempts on the Lyoko-warriors' lives, not caring if others students are caught in the crossfire. It also attempts to brainwash Naxxya, Yumi and Sissi. In the Bad Future, XANA manages to kill all the Lyoko-warriors and wiped out everything on the surface of the planet. When a group of survivors attempts to find a way to go back in time to warn the Lyoko-warriors, XANA kills all of them but one. In the final battle, XANA sadistically killed all of the Lyoko-warriors but Sissi and Jérémie, forcing the latter to watch as it kills his Love Interest Aelita. When the resurrected and empowered Lyoko-warriors manages to defeat him, XANA destroy his base in an act of spite, hoping to take the Lyoko-warriors and Franz Hopper with it. Sadistic and murderous beneath a polite behavior, XANA proved to be once again the living definition of A.I. Is a Crapshoot.

I have two more Joker proposals. For those of you getting tired of seeing versions of him brought up here, don't worry, I looked all over, and as far as I know, barring fan works, these are the last two iterations worth discussing in existence as of now. No more crossovers or Elseworlds or Tv shows or books or movies or games. These are the last two iterations worth discussing in existence barring fan works right now. I'll do my effortpost on one now and do the other one after a verdict has been reached on this one.

What's the work?

Joker/Mask, a crossover with The Mask.

What does he do this time?

He, Harley, and a thug named Snuck break into a museum so Joker can destroy all the sad clown masks inside, finding them an insult to comedy. While doing so, Snuck ends up putting on the Bighead mask. Granted the powers of the mask, Snuck deals with the police when they show up, impressing Joker with his new powers. When Snuck asks if the new powers will make him a valuable enough asset that Joker will make him a partner, Joker pretends to agree, asking to take a picture with Snuck. He tells Snuck to take off the mask for the photo. When Snuck does so, Joker shoots him and pushes him out the window, killing him. He than takes the mask and its powers for himself. With his new powers, Joker easily defeats Batman, forcing him to retreat in the Batplane. Joker follows in a flying saucer he spawned out of nowhere and shoots it down, causing it to crash in the river. Batman survives, albeit, he suffers broken ribs, a concussion, and other injuries. He makes it back to Wayne Manor just before collapsing. Alfred looks after him while watching the new Joker's crimes on the news. Joker steals a news camera and demands that the news station keeps focusing on him so he can broadcast his crimes over the weeks. At first, his crimes are rather Poke the Poodle; stopping Catwoman during a heist, stealing all the stuff she was stealing for himself, and...okay, this is actually pretty funny, he spanks her. His crimes quickly get worse though. He escalates to stuffing a bomb down a street mime's pants and blowing him up, dropping a safe on someone and crushing them, using explosives to blow up a law firm, using explosives to blow up a school for the deaf, and using explosives to blow up an institution meant to teach blind people brail. He tells Harley that he wants to go burn down an orphanage, when he's lured into an ambush with the SWAT team, who have even brought out a tank to kill him. The Bighead Mask makes him invulnerable, so it has no effect and he kills the SWAT team. Joker eventually acquires a building which he uses as a film studio, as he, Harley, and a newswoman he threatened earlier who seems happy to broadcast his crimes now due to all the money the views are bringing her, talk about how great the ratings are. Joker decides to spice things up, so he starts a show he calls "Who Wants To Be A Smiln'Aire?", where he kidnaps people, forces them to answer trivia questions about him and his crimes, and kills them if they get anything wrong. The first forced "contestant" is Bob Einstein, an internal revenue worker who tried to put Joker away for tax evasion three years ago. When a terrified Bob tries to play along to avoid being killed and asks if he can use the 50/50, Joker pulls out a revolver loaded with three bullets, spins it around and pulls the trigger, though luckily Bob gets an empty chamber. After realizing there are no lifelines, Bob picks his answer randomly. It's wrong, so Joker tosses him out a window. Fortunately, the police have sett this giant cushion below to catch him. Joker is mad that they saved Bob so he whips out a rocket launcher and destroys their vehicle. He than uses it to destroy a news helicopter. Harley, who thinks that Joker has changed since getting the mask, asks her old pal Poison Ivy to help her get rid of it. Poison Ivy shows up at the studio and uses her toxins to put Joker under her control. She makes him destroy a refinery and other things threatening to the environment. Eventually, she tells Joker to take off the mask and give it to her so she can use it herself. However, it's revealed that with the mask off, Joker is freed from her toxins, which had only infected the mask. After punching Ivy out and cleaning the mask of toxins, Joker puts it back on and decides to punish her and Harley while making his show go out with a bang. He gets a 50 megaton nuke and ties Harley, Ivy, and the newswoman (the latter having done nothing to provoke him at all) to it. When he hits a button, it will destroy all of Gotham. Before he can set it off, a recovered Batman (having spent weeks healing in the Batcave while watching the news about Joker) arrives. Batman tells Joker that the mask has changed him and he's not funny anymore, stating that the old Joker, for all his sick and twisted crimes, could be genuinely funny at times. So, after having a schizophrenic moment, Joker takes off the mask, which allows Batman to overpower him, telling him he lied about finding him funny. Joker tries to put the mask back on, but the police have their guns aimed to blow his hands off. Unable to retrieve the mask, Joker decides to just press the button to detonate the nuke without it, not caring that he'd be killed too without the mask's invulnerability. Joker hits the button, but finds that there is no explosion. It's revealed that while Joker was distracted, Kellaway (who had been working with the GCPD to take down the new Bighead Joker) managed to unplug the fuse wire. Joker and Harley (and presumably Ivy), are arrested. The mask is given to Kathy, who buries it in Stanley's grave.

Heinousness?

He kills a henchman for asking him to make him a partner, stuffs a bomb down a street mime's pants and blows him up, crushes a guy with a safe, blows up, in order, a law firm, a school for the deaf, and an institution meant to teach blind people brail, says he wants to burn down an orphanage, massacres a SWAT team, kidnaps a person and nearly kills him, blows up a helicopter, and tries to nuke all of Gotham. Easy pass.

Played seriously enough?

At first, I thought this would be a problem, as he's even more Laughably Evil than usual, almost to the point of being played for laughs early on. He first does things like giving Harvey Bullock a wedgie and stealing all of Catwoman's stolen jewelry before spanking her. He gets far worse as the issues go on though. He goes from being somewhat played for comedy to being an incredibly heinous Laughably Evil villain with a twisted sense of humor and love of bad puns. He becomes a flandarized version of his usual self with superpowers. This is justified, as it's the Joker gifted with the Toon Physics of Bighead. He's still extremely heinous, with no one in-story other than himself and (at first) Harley finding him funny. Bob outright says he's not funny, he's crazy. Everyone in-story other than Harley, Ivy, and Batman (the latter two simply not being afraid of him, at least until the climax in Ivy's case) finds him terrifying.

Redeeming qualities?

Initially, he seems to treat Harley somewhat better than he usually does. This goes out the window though when he tries to kill her in the climax.

Moral Agency?

This had to come up given the way the Bighead Mask works. It's stated that while it brings out all of a person's inhibitions and such, since Joker was already crazy to begin with, all it really did was give him new powers. Even in the climax where he loses the Mask, he still tries to detonate the nuke, even though he would be killed as well without the power of the Mask, plus there's the fact he never shows any remorse for anything he did wearing it. Even before that, he murdered a henchman just for asking if Joker could make him a partner.

Conclusion?

I am planning on getting a potential a Slenderverse proposal discussed but I still gotta finsih the series, so let's put a pin in it for now.

But speaking of cuts, looking back I am surprised how much I changed since 2014. After five years, I'm wondering if Monique Deveraux should be on the chopping block as well.

I remeber when I proposed her five years ago due and now I'm thinkng "Wow have our standards changed." I won't go too much into her Freudian Excuse, mainly because we only got the depths of it from a Word of God statment (she had Stockholm Syndrome and was corrupted by the influence of the spirits who had her sacrificed) but the thing with Monique ?

Her only real claim to fame is trying to kill a baby. Sure she's a Dragon-in-Chief to the Witch leaders, sure she has an arrogant nasty, petty, cruel, vicious and spiteful personality, but that only makes her a Hate Sink character. But her other actions include...participating in the war among the supernatural community. Really she only tries to earherlt kill a baby, and that's the one thing that makes her stick out.

For years I thought the resources argument helps her stick, with her being small fry in the grand scheme of things, but lately I've been thinking that what I call the "Shou Tucker Rationalization" is too much of an excuse here. It's part of the same reason I never proposed Anna from Jigsaw on here.

Sure Monique is low on the poser tier of The Vampire Diaries, but you know what ? Kai Parker is obstenibly around the same power tier as she is - possibly less so since Monique is in a status of authority over witches while Kai is considered a rogue - and Kai has also tried to kill babies, and has the second highest confirmed/attempted bodycount of children second only to Inandu.

Hell Francesca Guerra from the same season, questionably has lower power than Monique (because she was posing as a human) and does more damage than Monique and has also attempted to kill a baby, albeit by proxy.
