4/10. I'm all for averting Bury Your Gays, but not to the extent that it becomes ridiculous and violates Willing Suspension of Disbelief (as in the page image). Either put the gay character through one brush with death, or don't put them in danger at all — or at least make them the main character, so that the audience will assume at the get-go that nothing will kill them.
Trimming the hedges, one trope at a time.
7/10, averts a lot of the Unfortunate Implications that come with mentally ill characters.
I couldn't think of anything to put here but not having one makes me look like a noob10/10. These stages are very creative. I love seeing the different themes that these stages put together.
Animal Metaphor He may be a giant, nightmarish brute, but like all villains in this series,he sure can sing.
5/10. It's whatever to me.
"Thanks for the lesson. But I don't need you to tell me who I am."7/10 It's a very flexible trope. It can be funny, It can be tragic, it can be terrifying. That doesn't always mean it works for me, but it never really seems to actively harm my like for a work if it doesn't.

What fate a slugcat...9/10. I believe the concept of fictionalizing real life to be incredibly interesting, and that it should be explored more in fiction.
You keep using the term "POV". I do not think it means what you think it means.5/10 cliche, but some of them are great.
"How can I bring joy when I now know we are bringing misery to thousands of innocent people?"8/10. Very uncommon, but usually funny.
I couldn't think of anything to put here but not having one makes me look like a noob8/10- My fav is the angels from Dark Souls 3
5/10 no strong feelings.

"How can I bring joy when I now know we are bringing misery to thousands of innocent people?"7/10. It's fine I guess except where the protagonist is a Combat Pragmatist, in which case it need not apply.
"Paldea has a lot of different Pokemon from those in Kitakami." - Carmine8/10 It can be cool to see a pacifist suddenly become violent.
Bilingual Animal Check out my forum game: Rate the above YMMV.
7/10
Potentially hilarious in the same way as Speaks Fluent Animal.

10/10 lizards are adorable and should be treated as such.
I couldn't think of anything to put here but not having one makes me look like a noob0/10. It's no longer a trope for a good reason — making it an index is the best that could have been done, really.
Trimming the hedges, one trope at a time.
5/10 they can be funny/entertaining on occasion.
"How can I bring joy when I now know we are bringing misery to thousands of innocent people?"4/10. I don't have any problem with characters returning to life, but that trope is specifically about occasions where that happens frequently in a setting, which can really undermine the value and impact of a Character Death. Unless the transitions of life and death are something planned by the work before-hand, it can take a lot of emotion from the public — why care for a character's fate if he had came back five times prior on totally different circumstances?

oh hey how are you doing?6/10. Prefer Lizard Folk, but that's cause I've seen then more frogs sorta. Honestly, there should be more non-mammalian Beast Men. Or at the very least, ones beyond dogs/wolves & cats and whatnot. There's a lot there, I mean just look how diverse the Earth's wildlife is.
A universe of infinity held within a singular dot. Thus a collection of dots a collection of infinities does it become...
7/10. It really adds to a villain's menace if they're calm, composed and polite while still clearly malevolent.
I like cute things. You gotta deal with it.3/10. Some cats do like water, and if a cat as a protagonist, I don't want them to be scared of something so common such as water.

7/10 - Pretty cool character concept on females, though I like it a bit more on male characters.
