So Bad, It's Horrible is one of the more flame-bait-y parts of the site, so a cleanup thread is needed to ensure that works aren't added simply because someone doesn't like them.
If you want to list a work under this, keep the following in mind:
- The work must have very few fans or defenders (both genuine and ironic). It should fail to appeal to any type of audience.
- Being offensive in its subject matter isn't enough.
- It isn't horrible just because a certain critic disliked it, though their reviews can be used as sources and citations.
- The work should have notably poor reviews (e.g., less than 3/10 on IMDb, or single digit scores on Rotten Tomatoes)
- Please be polite while writing and as much as possible, avoid falling into Complaining About Shows You Don't Like. Instead, focus on explaining why the work is horrible.

I haven’t done any rewrite yet since I wanted to consult this thread first. Here’s what the entry currently looks like:
- Coleman Francis: Author of Mystery Science Theater 3000 classics The Beast of Yucca Flats (which for a few enters So Bad, It's Good territory), The Skydivers, and Red Zone Cuba (unanimously considered unwatchable without riffing). As The Agony Booth said about him:
"Probability dictates that every now and then, a totally clueless director like Hal Warren or Tony Malanowski might punch through and end up making one of the worst movies ever just by pure chance, but to make three of them clearly requires active hatred towards paying audiences."
Definitely rewrite. Ive seen two of the films (Yucca Flats and Red Zone Cuba) myself, and this entry doesn't do them justice.

She/her. Profile pic is by Richard Michael Gomez @StarmansArt. Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkYeah The comic is terrible but it's near universally agreed to be way too unintentionally funny to be horrible.
Adding it there doesn't seem right.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."A work can be Horrible and So Bad, It's Good, as evidenced by Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing.
But yeah, that seems too campy to be horrible.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”I have to agree that ASBAR has too much comedic value to qualify as So Bad It’s Horrible. Additionally, it had an Absolute edition published, so somebody had to have liked it enough (whether ironically or unironically) to warrant demand for it.
On an unrelated note, I’m currently working on a rewrite of the Coleman Francis entry per the consensus of this thread. Should the Agony Booth quote in that entry be kept or moved to the quotes page?
Keep it

Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkI'm curious, discounting Donkey Kong's IMB Porting Disaster, has Nintendo ever made a game that qualified, or do they have a zero Horrible work streak? Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival is seemingly a case of Americans Hate Tingle (Japanese publications like Famitsu are more lukewarm), Metroid Prime: Federation Force has some positive reviews under its belt, and Mario Kart Tour is Critic-Proof. For that matter, what are some other studios that have yet to make a Horrible work?

Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkJacob Sartorius in on Horrible.Musicians, probably to ride on the back of the negative reception he has. However, I've seen he has a sincere fandom of teenage girls and reached mainstream popularity, which isn't a feature of Horrible musicians. He has also hit the charts several times, with "Sweatshirt" and "Hit or Miss" hitting #90 and #72 in the US and the Last Text EP hitting #32 in US also. I don't think would be criteria for Horrible.

She/her. Profile pic is by Richard Michael Gomez @StarmansArt. Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkI've added another Nintendo game port I've been meaning to add for some time now: Coleco's Atari VCS port of Donkey Kong Jr., which could well compete with Atarisoft's IBM PC port of Donkey Kong in sheer awfulness.
This was added to Horrible.Video Games Other:
- In the tradition of Fallout 76 being the video game equivalent of Murphy's Law, the Fallout First premium service is nothing but a giant disaster. The whole thing was already viewed with skepticism from the moment it was announced, seeing as it was a transparent attempt to cover for the Wastelanders DLC that was meant to fix the game's myriad of problems suffering Schedule Slip, but all it managed to do was put the game yet again in the public eye for the wrong reasons:
- For starters, the price for the service was an almost insane $99.99 for a year, $13.99 for a month, a preposterous amount of money considering the game itself wasn't even free-to-play. For that, players were granted a comparatively paltry amount of additions that amounted to private servers, a fast-travel system, unlimited loot, and some cosmetics, all for almost as much money as it would take to maintain a Netflix subscription. Perhaps most glaring is the 1650 Atoms, the game premium currency, given to players each month. With 1100 Atoms avilable for $8, the service was quickly just an excuse to constantly pay Bethesda for Atoms every month.
- The private servers, despite being advertised as invite-only, were bugged so that anyone on a players friend list could access them, basically rendering the servers worthless.
- Perhaps most glaringly, the service launched with a nasty Game-Breaking Bug that caused the supposedly "unlimited" loot box to delete loot stored in there, making it not just useless, but actively dangerous.
This reads like a knee-jerk reaction to something that just came out. Making a whole entry all about one game's subscription model (not even the game itself, just the subscription) seems like a bit of a stretch.
So Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon was just added... wasn't that well liked in the past and got it's modern day reputation from Caustic Critics and John K draining his reputation out the window? Don't get me wrong, it probably qualifies now, but what if a work didnt qualify in the past?

She/her. Profile pic is by Richard Michael Gomez @StarmansArt. Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkI read up on Peppermint Park recently, and I'm wondering if that show qualifies for the Horrible page? Or is it too So Bad, It's Good for it?
"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."Probably qualifies for both ala Big Rigs.
She/her. Profile pic is by Richard Michael Gomez @StarmansArt. Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkRE: Fallout First, here's articles about the issues the service is facing.
"For Scrap Boxes, Bethesda said that “a small number of players with a large quantity of scrap are experiencing a display issue causing their Scrap Box to appear empty.” The studio thinks this is a user interface issue and that players have not lost any scrap.
Update, 11:40 p.m.: Bethesda Game Studios has continued to investigate the Scrap Box issue and now acknowledges it is more than a menu display problem for a small number of users.
“Our initial investigation indicated that this was a display issue, and that no items had gone missing,” a Bethesda representative told Polygon. “However, we have since found that a small number of players have in fact experienced a loss of scrap items after placing them into the Scrap Box and then loading into a world."

The Protomen enhanced my life.Fallout First was added back.
Two of the three bullet points are complaining about bugs which will probably be fixed at some point. Drop these, and all we're left with is complaining about the service being poor value for its price, which isn't really enough to be worth making a whole new category on the page just for it.

I don't believe Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" was ever well-liked.
Keet cleanup@Almighty King Prawn The Babe Ruth Story is another example of a well-received work in its day that had its reputation sour over time.
Even if "Adult Party" was liked when it came out, I'm not entirely positive that'd stop it from being horrible. Opinions change, people definitely hate it now, and if there's hardly any fans left to be seen...
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessFallout First should absolutely be deleted, since it's only an optional part of a work that has already been decided to not be Horrible. Horrible is supposed to be for entire works that are bad. If anyone really needs to vent about the subscription service, Scrappy Mechanic would be the most appropriate place for it.
Mind showing us the current entry and your proposed rewrite?
