Yep, that's UB-10 Nightmare, an Ultra Beast I made up. It's a dream-eating creature made of a thick black-ish goo that it usually keeps solidified into a canine/ovine shape, with a mist-like "wool." It can squeeze into any space it can fit its horns and claws through, since those are the only solid parts of its body. Speaking of the horns, the glowing blue spots at their tips are actually its eyes. It's also a Dark/Fairy type.

That's Negatavity, one of the Fakemon from my Super Fic. It's a Dark/Fighting type with Anti-Magic abilities, which makes it a favorite of Cape Busters and non-powered villains in general.
