Fitz is annoyed by the Doctor pressuring him to have fun and mentally refers to him as Herr Doctor. - Webcomic.Metacarpolis: Emi was raised in a bilingual home and apparently speaks accentless English, since Max thought she was a local until she told him otherwise. A filler page later reveals Emi's father is Japanese and her mother is Korean.
- Webcomic.Goodbye Chains:Banquo's other half is Swedish. Cordelia fits this trope, too, being half-Ute.
- Wrestling.Layla: She was always billed from Miami, Florida. Even whenever WWE was in the UK. WWE rarely took notice of the fact that she was the first British Women's Champion.
- Roleplay.Hogwarts Hocus:Ofdensen is half-American, three-eighths German, and one eighth Danish. Which is just enough Danish to piss off Skwisgaar, and probably enough German to be accused of being a Nazi.
- Manga.Wild Life:Averted. The veterinarians of R.E.D. go all around the world and therefore meet people from many different ethnicities. Surprisingly, the foreigners, such as Americans and Africans are drawn realistically to look American and African rather than the usual re-coloring of a normally drawn manga character.
