Moments pages are Spoilers Off. You Have Been Warned!

     Season 1

Shattered

  • The episode, and series, begins with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy Rose, and Rouge fighting off Dr. Eggman’s robots, and it is spectacular.
  • Despite being handicapped by the strange energy in his body, Sonic manages to defeat Dr. Babble with a Speed Vortex.
  • Nine shows that he is just as gifted with technology as Tails by creating regulators to contain the energy in Sonic's body. This becomes even more impressive when the devices fuse to Sonic's clothes, turning them into Adaptive Gear.

The Yoke's On You

  • While this is meant to springboard into a massive Tear Jerker moment later on, the fight between Sonic and Shadow was amazing.
    • While Shadow is noticeably a bit slower that Sonic, his proficiency with Chaos Control and his superior Super-Strength allow him to land some good hits on the Blue Blur.
    • Sonic’s no slouch either. His advantage in speed and faster reflexes allow him to outpace most of Shadow’s attacks, even dodging two of Shadow’s teleportation attacks.

Escape From New Yoke

  • Nine is working on a Chaos Council computer when a Badnik tries to sneak up on him. Nine simply takes the Badnik apart, maneuvering it into the position of the misfiring laser to finish it off, all the while never taking his eyes off the keyboard.
  • Nine reprogramming Rusty Rose into a temporary Heel–Face Turn.
  • Despite not originally being a team and being mostly unfamiliar with each other's capabilities, Sonic, Nine, Rusty, Rebel, and Knucks show excellent teamwork as they fight their way past the Chaos Council's forces to reach the shard. Special mention goes to Knucks and Nine picking up the Spin Dash move very quickly just by observing Sonic's example.
  • In order to take down the swarm of badniks Dr. Deep has brought with him to prevent them from reaching the power core, Sonic enters Bullet Time to outspeed the barrage of lasers fired at the team, then leaps up onto a trashcan Knux threw at them to block out as many lasers as he can to get closer, then Spin Dashing every robot in the corridor through one of the compound's walls. Let's not forget that everyone in the room can only look on in shock as he does this, including Rusty Rose.

Unwelcome to the Jungle

  • In this Shatterspace, we can see that whenever Sonic enters a new dimension, his gear changes up to regulate the new abilities wherever he is. This upgrade? He gets frickin' Wolverine Claws!

Barking Up The Wrong Tree

  • After some difficulty with Thorn’s new Green Thumb powers, Sonic manages to outsmart her and get her to rip an opening big enough for sunlight to come through, healing the Great Green and triggering a Heel Realization for both her and the Scavengers.

Situation: Grim

  • In a flashback, we find out how Rebel and Knucks escaped from the Chaos Council. The two of them, along with Rusty, have been taken down and are injured, exhausted and at the mercy of the Eggforcers, but they instantly perk up as soon as they see Nine with the Paradox Prism shard. However, when Nine abandons them and escapes with the shard, Knucks explodes with fury at the betrayal before fending off and destroying the Eggforcers that had them pinned down, all on his own and in Bullet Time, before getting Rebel out of there.
  • Sonic and the Resistance versus Mr. Dr. Eggman, Dr. Babble, and Dr. Deep, the latter three of whom get the upper-hand against superior numbers.
  • Nine's Big Damn Heroes moment, and the dogfight between him and Mr. Dr. Eggman that follows.

It Takes One to No Place

  • While it's a small moment, it is finally revealed why Shadow does not exist in any of the Shatterspaces. After his fight with Sonic, Shadow chased him to the cave and arrived as the Paradox Prism was shattered. Unlike everyone else, Shadow successfully protected himself from the blast by using Chaos Control in that split second to evade it. Though this landed him in a void with no escape, he was rendered unaffected by the crystal and his memories and personality remained intact.

There's No Arrgh In Team

  • Nine manages to play with the Eggmen’s egos by reminding them that Sonic’s Prism powers make him too valuable to kill, and reminds them that without his help and his knowledge, the Shatter Drive they are abusing could not exist. While he does get nailed by a Shock Stick, Nine manages to secure his safety and Sonic’s with a little logic.
  • Once Sonic convinces Dread to resume command, the crew of the Angel's Voyage is able to refloat and repair their crippled, half-sunken ship in no time.
  • After the Angel's sails give out, Dread makes Sonic tow the ship. Throwing Sonic overboard reveals his shoes let him Walk on Water in No Place, and while racing the Chaos Council's invasion force to the Devil's Lighthouse, the Blue Blur hits the turbo.
Sonic: I don't lose a race, especially not at the finish line!
  • Despite their technological disadvantage, the crew of the Angel's Voyage manage to defeat the Chaos Council's invasion force, with Dread fighting through Badnik after Badnik as he goes for the Prism Shard. Rusty Rose herself is no slouch, with she alone putting up more of a fight than her Badniks do.
    • During the battle, Sails not only saves Sonic from falling overboard, but swipes a Shock Stick from one of the Badniks and one-shots Rusty Rose with it, allowing the pirates to capture her.

Season 2 Previews

  • Despite making it clear to Sonic that he had ruined their world, Shadow is quick to think of a plan to restore the original Green Hill to its natural glory; tracking down all the remaining Paradox Prism shards and returning them back to the resting site of the Prism itself.
Shadow: Every Shatterspace contains a shard, [which] creates a distorted version of our reality. If we bring them back here, and connect them to this real one... then maybe there is a chance.
Sonic: That could work! It has to work!
  • And even with the big risks and consequences that will come with failure, Sonic is clearly not willing to back down in making things right and undoing the damage he caused.

     Season 2

Avoid the Void

  • Sonic is attacked by Shadow for his tech, so the black hedgehog can escape to the Shatterspaces and fix the world himself. This results in the two getting into an intense fight, running all over the ghostly Green Hill Zone while simultaneously dodging each other's attempts at nabbing the tech for themselves.
  • Early in his fight with Sonic, Shadow pulls ahead of Sonic as they fall to the ground, but then stops, setting himself up to get a full-speed punch to the face. He slides (on his feet) some distance away, but then turns around and reveals that he has a piece of Sonic's tech in his mouth. He let himself get hit deliberately so that in that tiny instant he could grab the tech piece in his teeth, showing off his incredible reaction time and dangerously goal-oriented nature.
  • Shadow tries entering Boscage with Nine's tech, but is repelled so hard it knocks him out and sends him hurtling into the endless darkness at the bottom of the Void. Despite the speed at which he's flung away and the numerous obstacles, Sonic is able to spot Shadow in the debris and save him, with the two then deciding to team up to repair the world.

Battle in the Boscage

Second Wind

No Way Out

  • Shadow stalling the Chaos Council's mothership. He wipes out the Eggforcers fixing the engines so fast that Dr. Don't can't figure out what's going on and starts panicking.
  • The three-way naval battle between Sonic, Dread's crew, and the Chaos Council.
  • Sonic (reluctantly) passing up No Place's shard not once, but twice in favor of saving his allies. They return the favor later on.
  • The Roses double-teaming Dr. Deep near the end.
Sonic: You two make quite the team!
    Black Rose: Aye, we do.

A Madness To Their Methods

  • Sonic and the Resistance fighting their way to the Eggmen's HQ. Along the way, Sonic tells Rebel and Knucks they don't have to come with him, knowing they're still mad about his random disappearances and don't trust Nine as he does; however, they refuse and stand with him anyhow.

Double Trouble

  • The fight with Chaos Sonic is one of the series' best action scenes. The robot himself is as powerful as his mainverse counterpart Metal Sonic; Sonic, Rebel, and Knucks have to team up with Dread to stand a chance, and even then, it takes a Wave-Motion Gun blast from Nine (using the power of the New Yoke, Boscage Maze, and No Place shards) to put Chaos Sonic down for good.

Cracking Down

  • Dr. Deep and Dr. Done-It's Yolkamotive shoots down Sonic and Nine's ship before they can escape from New Yoke City. As the Eggmen close in, however, Rusty Rose and Black Rose show up in the Kraken and intercept them.
Rusty Rose: Who is useless now?
  • Batten showing Dr. Don't what a mere wooden pirate ship can do, even to a futuristic airship.
  • Thorn Rose kicking robotic ass in the skies above Boscage Maze. Even the other Roses are awestruck upon seeing this!

Ghost of a Chance

  • Sonic and Shadow battling the Chaos Council's forces, culminating in Sonic defeating their "Prismatic Titan" (a giant, phantom Eggman) while supercharged with Prism energy.

Season 3 Preview

  • In the Grim, Nine creates another robotic double of Sonic called Alpha Grim Sonic, and states that this time, he has to face it alone. Shadow responds that he's not, and both hedgehogs team up to beat the robot down in a glorious Curb-Stomp Battle.
  • The Chaos Council enacting an Enemy Mine with Sonic, stating that Nine's plan is insane and they prefer conquering over destruction.

     Season 3

The Devil Is In The Tails

  • Sonic unlocks a new power when he begins falling toward the Citadel's spire. Before he falls to death on the rocks below, his shoes produce energy hexagon tiles that allow him to walk and even run in mid-air, allowing him a significant aerial advantage, and when Nine tries to blast him with energy bolts, his gloves produce an energy shield that protects him. He uses these abilities in conjunction to put up a good fight against his former friend, even landing the first direct physical hits on Nine since the battle began.
  • The entire army gets one for faking out Nine by letting him think he's won just long enough for his attacks against Sonic to drain the robot army's power, then attacking when they've been weakened.
  • Mangey and Sails reveal they survived Nine's petty attempt on their lives and hijacked his robotic Big the Cat, which they promptly use to decimate the remains of army. In particular, they manage to blow Alpha Grim Birdie out of the sky, leaving Nine with no Airborne Mooks.
  • Rusty vs. Grim Amy. First, Rusty frees the birdie that is supposedly empowering her, then during her skirmish with Grim Amy, she steals the hammer, and knocks it towards the dome, disintegrating her opponent.
    • Also worth noting is that this is Rusty's first time using a hammer (or a weapon in general) like the other Roses. This one fight proves her to be every bit as devastating a hammer-swinger as her counterparts.
  • As Sonic and Nine duel with prismatic powers, Renegade Knucks sneaks up on Nine and gives him one hell of a sucker punch, which he claims he's wanted to do for a long time. In other words, it's his revenge for when Nine left him and Rebel Rouge for dead back in Season 1. He then goes to town on the rogue fox, who barely fends it off with a Deflector Shield before Sonic tries to break up the fight.
  • Shadow taking out the last Alpha robot, leaving Nine all alone against a huge, vengeful Alliance of Alternates. Nine's last ounce of composure promptly goes flying out the window as he realizes how much trouble he's now in.
    Nine: No! How?!
Shadow: I...am the Ultimate Life Form.
    Sonic: Modest, too!
  • A villainous one, but despite ultimately losing, Nine manages to use his robot army to fight back against the other characters for over 3 episodes, and he even gets the upper hand several times. He also manages to incapacitate Renegade Knucks and Shadow with bolts of lightning before Sonic stops him.
