Furry Fight Chronicles is a Professional Wrestling comic, but it also has a bit of Animesque side when the protagonist is a perverted bunny who wants to become a female pro-wrestler to grope other girls and her manager is a squirrel whose shady business practices left her unemployed for two years and so desperate for money that she'll hire a complete amateur to get a match. Yep, it'll be smooth sailing from here.

WARNING: All spoilers for the series are unmarked.

Act 1: A Rough Start

     Part 1: Outsider

Fight 1: Fenny VS Roora

  • Roora breaking out on arm hold and then grabbing Fenny by the tail and spinning her around, which is an illegal move In-Universe according to Fenny's manager. The referee doesn't notice so Fenny's manager spends the panel trash talking Roora until she lets go off her Combagal.
  • Roora takes a moment to give Fenny a wedgie as part of her No-Holds-Barred Beatdown despite the otherwise professional nature of the match.
    • Muko blushing after seeing the wedgie, acting shy, but pretty much being turned on by it.
  • The fact that Fenny, the heroic artic vixen Combagal who just scored a comeback victory in this chapter was just a Decoy Protagonist, and that the true protagonist is Muko, the rabbit fangirl who barely appeared in the chapter and has a long way to go before she gets to that point of coolness. Say hello to our real heroine, ladies and gentlemen!

Chapter 2: Get Ready

  • The chapter begins with Muko quitting her job at Cafe Carrots, except the boss barely pays attention since Muko is such a poor worker, considering her a good riddance on the spot. He even literally kicks her out of his cafe.
Muko: (happily soaring in the air as she gets kicked out) I'm free!
  • Muko goes to meet Cookie, her new manager. There are just a few surprises she didn't foresee. One, Cookie's office is at Monyan, a soapland (a brothel with bathtubs). Two, Cookie's office is in the janitor's locker. Times are rough.
  • Muko and Cookie's first meeting is filled with many gems.
    • Muko speaks behind her, scaring the living dough out of Cookie.
    • Cookie realizes that Cookie is a squirrel and comments about her size, pushing her Berserk Button and announcing her Catchphrase.
Cookie: For a squirrel, I'm tall!
    • Muko and Cookie giving each other an Establishing Character Moment that would normally serve as a red flag for either of them.
      • Muko pretty much reveals that she has no education, training, or experience as a Combagal, having learned most of what she knows from magazine photos and only seeing the match between Fenny and Roora from the first chapter. She also shamelessly admits that she wants to become a Combagal to grope cute girls and that the only reason she hired Cookie was that she was both too lazy to enter a Combagal school to get training and education and too impatient to wait for her first match.
      • Cookie also shows signs of being The Scrooge as she's happy to have a client, mainly to get money again. She's also happy to hire Muko despite her lack of training and athleticism because she didn't read her bad reviews.
  • The next day Cookie is worried about how good she'll fare, only to find a penny on the ground and greedily pounce on it, declaring it a good omen.
  • Cookie got a job for Muko to promote her. The place where Muko will work? Cafe Carrots! The cafe that Muko quit at the beginning of the chapter!
  • In an extra story, Muko tells Cookie how she found all the information she needed to become a Combagal. Turns out she broke into the showers, eluding security guards to personally talk to Fenny and Roora in the process!
    • The fact that Fenny and Roora took a shower together after having such an intense match in the previous chapter.
    • Fenny and Roora's reactions to Muko and the guards staring at her. Fenny is more than happy to give all the information she needs to fulfill her dream. Roora on the other hand has a more blunt response.
Muko: (being held down by the guards) Please tell me what I have to do to become like you!
Fenny: (in a friendly and casual manner despite having her privacy invaded) No problem. First you have to find yourself a manager…
Roora: (seething) GET OUT- (kicks Muko and the guards out of the showers) ALL OF YOU! (Muko crashes into a wall)
    • Muko considering Roora's kick the equivalent of an autograph so she sees her ordeal as totally Worth It.

Chapter 3: Hard Working Dreamer

Chapter 4: The World Is Your Ring

  • The shocked Split-Screen Reaction as Kalita looks around for the cafe owner is played straight for Cookie, the maids and Muko, but one small shot instead shows a random patron nonchalantly slurping from a glass.
  • Cookie and the Roda Kira Gang literally fight over the cash register as the gang plans to use it for protection money and Cookie wants the cash since she and Muko all but won the bet. While the situation is mostly played with some drama, the way Cookie faces them is hilarious on both brief occasions.
  • The first meeting between Muko and Kalita is pure gold. Muko begins making a Sailor Moon-esque heroic speech about defending the maids' honor, but when it seems she's about to talk Kalita down, she suddenly begins fawning over the vixen's body and rates her a ten out of ten, then goes back and wraps up her heroic speech. She starts to run to Kalita to fight, but trips and grabs Kalita's breasts, then tries to push her out of the cafe while gripping them. Kalita responds appropriately.
Rule #2 of being a Cafe Carrot maid: "Be adorably clumsy!"
  • Muko gives the Title Drop of the chapter by citing a quote that Cookie said earlier, with her assumption that a match can take place anywhere. Cookie then tries to clarify to Muko what she meant, albeit on deaf bunny ears.
  • Muko takes a moment to make peace with her former maids, explaining that as much as they don't like her, she always found them charming and will work to save them here. Then she asks for a pair of panties as a thank-you gift. Their response isn't that big of a stretch. Next, Kalita demands Muko fight her while Muko is walking up to the maids to insist on her offer, as they huddle up more terrified of Muko than the bikers themselves.

Chapter 5: Roda Kira's Killer Star Kalita

  • Muko going back into her heroic-speech mode, and Kalita's followers promoting Kalita as a One-Woman Army as if she were a Combagal, much to her dismay. In response, Cookie takes the chance to promote Muko by having her strike a cool pose and do a costume change, with her own hammy introduction.
Kalita: (taking a smoke with a deadpan expression that just screams "How the hell did I get into this mess?") Geez. Are we done with the fucking exposition now?
  • Muko throws a punch at Kalita, who dodges and throws her. However, it was a feint and Muko intended to distract her to unzip her suit to get a better view of her breasts, being able to tell that she likely goes commando and teasing her about the feeling of riding a bike with it. Cue Kalita blushing, especially when she sees her followers blushing in response. Then she zips up her suit again, and grabs Muko by the face.
    • Muko does it again when Kalita slams her head inside a bowl of soup and throws her to the ground, which causes Kalita to go into such an Unstoppable Rage that she forgets to zip her suit. Soon after, Muko takes joy in realizing that Kalita is on top of her, and thus the fox foregoes any sense of composure. Muko is not a fast learner.
  • Muko's boss growing increasingly distressed as her fight with Kalita keeps destroying the shop. His facial reactions when each part of the shop is destroyed are priceless.
  • Kalita wins the fight, but at what cost? The cafe, making her victory All for Nothing since the entire point of a Protection Racket is to keep the location intact.
  • One of Muko's co-workers gives Cookie the bet's money as payment for protecting the store, leaving the blank-faced Cookie with dollar eyes. Cue Muko's boss appearing and pointing out that they still have to pay for the damages done to the store.

Chapter 6: The Smiling Nighthawk

  • Nyarai's introduction has her deal with an arrogant hippo customer. He's snobbish, rude, and racist towards Wilds (with Nyarai being one). The audience can very clearly see Nyarai faking a smile, so the moment it breaks (when he starts groping her), you can't help but smile once Nyarai kicks his face in.
  • After Nyarai has an "all men are the same" moment after dealing with the hippo asshole, the male manager Shun responds that not all men are like that, and Nyarai changes the topic of discussion immediately.

     Part 2: Cheater

Chapter 7: The Good and The Bad

  • The scene with the Donkizari action figure.
    • Muko at first thinks that Cookie gave her a paper bag as a gift, causing Cookie to snap at her that the gift is in the paper bag.
    • When Muko points out that Donkizari is the continental champion, Muko points out that she's too small for a champion, causing Cookie to kick her on the head.
  • Muko pokes her new doll and points out that her breasts are too small for her taste. This pisses Cookie off, who demands Muko to show respect to the continental champion.
    • Cookie calls Donkizari the greatest Face in furry fighting (as in the term for heroic wrestlers). Since Muko is an amateur and an Idiot Hero to boot, she assumes Donkizari has a big face.
    • Muko gives The Glomp to Cookie after her manager shares her life story with her, especially her dream to make Combagals champions in her place. Cookie's discomfort as Muko picks her up and spins her around again is funny.
  • Cookie doesn't tell anything to Muko about The Bet (mainly that they had to pay everything back to make up for the damage Muko made during the fight with Kalita) to make her feel better about herself. That being said, Cookie's expression as she recalls that she's in further debt because they still have to pay for more reparations shows how unlucky our pair is.
  • Despite how badly it ended, Cookie's flashback with Nyarai has some funny moments, mainly due to the contrast with the former's relationship with Muko when compared with the latter's Hair-Trigger Temper and demanding personality.
    • Nyarai's indignant outburst at Cookie's office being the janitor office of a soapland.
      • She even goes as far to poke Cookie with a dildo in the next page.
    • Nyarai just randomly stretching out of nowhere. She does random poses like a bridge, a handstand, and even touching her head with her feet while talking with Cookie.
    • While not as angry as the previous times, Cookie still protests her catchphrase when Nyarai stomps her to the ground and calls her a dwarf when she gives her a "The Reason You Suck" Speech and a threat to find her a partner.
    • Muko smiling nervously at Muko and telling her that she'll love Nyarai and that Nyarai will love her, pretty much Tempting Fate as Muko is the opposite of a partner that Nyarai desires.

Chapter 8: Crossed Wires

  • The chapter introduces Mellow, the dog who was with Muko back in the first chapter. And it also has him meet with the fish who became Muko's first fan. Their interactions in the first half of the chapter are hilarious, especially with how Mellow describes his first meeting with Muko.
    • Muko shamelessly buying Combagal-gravure magazines and admitting she's only in it for the sexy girls. Mellow, trying to get into her good graces, tries to sell her a porn magazine, which disgusts Muko, who prefers erotica.
      • The fact that Muko knows the difference between erotica and porn is both awesome and funny, considering she's not that eloquent.
    • Mellow's second meeting with Muko has him trying to apologize for the porn incident, but she forgot about him. Then he slams his head into his desk and asks her out, but Muko thought he was asking out the counter. Finally, Mellow asks Muko out, but she goes Brutal Honesty and tells him he's a funny guy and she's not interested. Mellow pretty much freezes and shatters from the rejection.
    • Mellow asking out Muko and bringing her to the match of the first chapter, getting her number, except that he had to buy her a Fenny body pillow and she never called back.
  • Once again, Muko is still training using videogames. Saniko calls her out on it, because she's using fighting games this time rather than beat'em'up.
  • Saniko mentions another Noodle Incident with Muko regarding her phases. There was a time when she wanted to be a Big Eater champion, but ultimately lost. She entered a Heroic BSoD so we're treated to a flashback panel of a horrified Saniko finding anmocerweight Muko gorging herself on food.
  • The end of the chapter shows that Muko took a selfie with Nyarai. She gave her a hug, cheerfully oblivious to Nyarai not wanting her photo taken.

Chapter 9: Are You Even A Woman?

  • The fact that one of the characters is named Handsome Zebra Guy.
  • Muko checking out all the photos of the workers in Monyan and then getting disgusted upon seeing the photos of two muscular beaten up.
    • Muko's disgust is so great she even has an Art Shift for her reaction.
  • Muko meets Tasha, the owner of Monyan, who explains the story behind the photos, and also gives lore regarding Cookie and the Cyclone Crushers. Unfortunately, Muko is entranced by Tasha's beauty and decides to ask her out right then and there, which shocks her and Handsome Zebra Guy.
  • Muko's surprise when she realizes that her meeting with Cookie was not on Monyan, but on the other side of the city and she's late. Cue to Muko running like an animal and making it on record time.
  • As it turns out, the meeting is on a strip club. Muko reveals what happens when her Weaksauce Weakness goes up to eleven when she undergoes a Lustful Melt that is noticed when a stripper steps on her. The stripper leaves as soon as she sees Muko.
    • Cookie's reaction to seeing Muko, telling Muko to get solid. Muko notices that Cookie is wearing make-up so that raises her to a 2 out of 10, which causes Cookie to point out that while she shouldn't care the comment stings.
  • Muko and Nyarai's first meeting.
  • Muko meets her first opponents: Team Executor. She has mixed feelings with Peki, who's a loli penguin. But her dismay goes to Adelgund, who has a very masculine appearance.

Chapter 10: Shady Business

  • Cookie bribes Dinedon, but since she's The Scrooge the process left her in tears.
    • As it turns out, Cookie got the money from a Loan Shark that is portrayed as a literal shark.
    • Dinedon asks Cookie to pay for the drinks, causing Cookie to angrily point out she already paid him 20K.
  • Every Imagine Spot Cookie has in this chapter.
    • As she speaks about surpassing the first hurdle, we see Cookie landing safely on a mat during an acrobatic event.
    • The sight of Nyarai and Muko dressed in armor as they storm a castle on Cookie's orders is hilarious.
    • Cookie drowning and then Nyarai and Muko saving her with warm smiles on their faces while Cookie sheds tears of gratitude.
  • Nyarai and Cookie's argument regarding Muko's argument has some pieces.
    • Nyarai calls Cookie a failure as a manager and shows her the article about Muko. However, Cookie takes a few seconds to look at Nyarai's phone and calls her out for filling it with diamonds, much to Nyarai's embarrassment.
    • Cookie reading the article and being left slack-jawed as she realized that her attempts to promote Muko were an Epic Fail as somebody took pictures of her defeat against Kalita and wrote libel about the two of them.
    • Adelgund joining in on the conversation by taking the phone and reading the article on Muko, much to Cookie and Nyarai's horror as if Adelgund is unimpressed she could easily call off the fight. Nyarai's solution is to snatch the phone and make an unconvincing nonchalant face, which pisses Cookie off.
    • Adelgund admitting she likes Muko more than Nyarai, but she then gives Nyarai a friendly slap on the back, telling her not to take offense. Unfortunately for Nyarai, Adelgund ends up hitting her too hard, leading to Nyarai making an amusing expression.

Chapter 11: Ding! Ding! Debut!

  • Mayor Chomps one of the commentators has a couple in this chapter.
    • He's waving bones as Snuggly is singing her song, which is also about bones.
    • As Snuggly is getting a Curb-Stomp Battle from Tanka Talon, Chomps is turned on because he has a thing for muscular women.
      • Speaking of Tanka Talon, she celebrates her victory by chewing on a bone with an annoyed expression while Snuggly cries in defeat.
  • Cookie attempts to promote Team Deliverance, with an epic speech. While she nails it, she's blissfully unaware that her childish size makes takes away the impact of her words.
  • Muko sees Mellow and her fish fan whom she refers as a fish guy.
  • Muko slaps herself on the cheeks before charging at Adelgund.

Chapter 12: Selling

  • Muko's fight against Adelgund is filled with moments like this, mainly because Muko is disgusted by Adelgund while Adel herself has a mild crush on Muko.
    • Muko's initial relief upon being slammed down into the mat and realizing it doesn't hurt as much as her fight with Kalita vanishes as soon as Adelgund winks at her. Muko immediately screams in fear.
    • Muko being manhandled while Nyarai either enjoys or is bored by the show.
    • Muko's desire for cute girls is so great that she crawls to Adelgund's assistants as if she was an addict experiencing withdrawal.
    • Just when Adelgund is about to defeat Muko, she kisses her on the cheek. Muko then screams and convulses, breaking free by kicking Adel in the face.
  • One of the Exe-Cutie-Ves calls the newest member a "newbie" for not knowing what overselling is. Despite this member having a permanently dumb expression, her thoughts show a vindictive side.
    • The Exe-Cutie-Ve being jealous of Muko for the attention she gets from Adelgund, despite the fact that she's getting beat up in the process.
  • Muko calling Peki a loli penguin after Adelgund tags her in.

Chapter 13: Judging

  • In the first of many serious chapters for the rest of this volume, Muko offers some moments.
    • Muko being Distracted by the Sexy at the sight of all of the Cyclone Crushers.
    • Muko entering into a lustful bliss when Nyarai and then Peki do a Battle Strip to form Team Firestorm under Shun's control.
      • The fact that Shun listed Muko being a pervert as a way on which Cookie has shamed furry fighting becomes a Not Helping Your Case when Muko pretty much ignores the events of the chapter to focus on all the fanservice instead.
  • Adelgund has her Exe-Cutie-Ves arrest Shun for interrupting the match, only for Shun to reveal that he has the Cyclone Crushers as bodyguards. The Exe-Cutie-Ves show that they Know When to Fold 'Em by backing out as they know they can't beat professional fighters. Their latest member is much more vocal about about her feelings.
Miho:"I did not sign up for fighting!"

Chapter 14: Unfolding

  • Muko still being mesmerized by the Battle Strip that Nyarai and Peki did at the end of the previous chapter, not noticing that Adelgund volunteered her to be her replacement partner and that she's gonna fight Nyarai. The blissful expression turns into an Oh, Crap! when Nyarai pounces on her like a predator hunting her prey.
  • Due to the Wham Episode nature of the previous episode involving Nyarai and Peki betraying their teams and forming a new team by tagging with each other to defeat their former partners, the bird commentator decided to flex to show how much of a drama bomb the fight has become.

Chapter 15: Cracking

Chapter 16: Breaking

  • As sad and horrible as their circumstances are, finding out that the newest member of the Exe-Cutie-Ves is the stripper that Adelgund was looking back in Chapter 10.
    • The fact that Adelgund used the old "she came onto me" excuse while Peki is giving her a No-Holds-Barred Beatdown is kind of hilarious.

Chapter 17: Unleashing

  • Snuggly begins the chapter with some Product Placement that puts her on Innocent Fanservice Girl territory. The sheer Mood Whiplash considering the last pages of the previous chapter and the following ones are quite funny in and of themselves.
  • Nyarai displays her Abnormal Limb Rotation Range after breaking her own spine by twisting herself vertically and even doing a finger gun gesture to Adelgund to creep her out.
    • In addition, an announcer exclaims "Oh snap!" after it looked like Adelgund broke Nyarai's spine.
  • Muko offering to tag Adelgund when the latter is being overwhelmed by Nyarai's Leg Jet Burst, much to Cookie's comical horror. Considering Muko lost badly to Nyarai, who was holding back and wasn't even using her true fighting style, her reaction to Muko wanting to tag in to save Adelgund in a moment of heroism is as hilarious as it is realistic.

Chapter 18: Falling

  • Nyarai Cherry Tapping Adelgund by stomping on her face, just to pose heroically on her defeated body.
  • Dinedon praising Shun for making two Wilds the heroes of the match, which pisses off Cookie because Shun basically stole the idea from her.
  • Shun paying Miho for being a Honey Trap to Adelgund, who refers to her as a "butch" as she's being paid.
  • Cookie joking about Muko peeking into the showers in order to cheer her up.

Chapter 19: Despite Everything

  • The first page of the chapter, Cookie has fallen into a sea of despair so she's metaphorically saved when Saniko fishes her out of it.
  • What's Cookie and Muko's first meeting after three days following Muko's 10-Minute Retirement ? Cookie enters Muko's room and finds her in the middle of masturbating to Internet porn. The next page shows their shocked, blushing, horrified faces before Muko kicks Cookie out of her room.
    • A bit of attention is that the porn is pixelated for censure.
  • Following Muko's return to furry fighting, Saniko steps in and scolds her for returning to such a profession. Muko reminds us that she's a Gamer Girl by seeing Saniko as a boss she must defeat, complete with a command box filled with options to defeat her. Thankfully, Muko chooses to talk it out.
    • Cookie's awkward expression as she's in the middle of the family drama, especially knowing that she's partially responsible for it.
  • Saniko lets Muko be a Combagal, much to Muko's joy. Unfortunately, Muko must learn what it means to be an adult so she's no longer allowed to live in Saniko's apartment. Cue to Muko's smile being frozen while the page is shattered.
    • Cookie feeling a bit uncomfortable with Muko's presence now that she moved in with her as now that Muko and her possessions are in her office, she has less space than before.
  • How does Part 2 ends. Kalita returns after being absent since Chapter 5 and only appearing in a flashback in Chapter 7. Muko and Cookie think she wants to be a Combagal. No, she's a Loan Shark and she wants the 20,000 Moni that Cookie lost.

     Part 3: Bully

Chapter 20: Killer Overture

  • The character pages not only shows Art Evolution but also as the characters presents their wants to give the readers an idea of their personalities and character arcs. While some of them have serious motivations (Nyarai and the Cyclone Crushers want Cookie's resignation) and others have more relatable ones (Saniko wants Muko to grow up), others have silly ones, such as Harry (Muko's fish fan) wanting to be Muko's number one fan.
  • The chapter as a whole gives Snuggly A Day in the Limelight and she shows as many funny moments as they are awesome ones.
    • The beginning of the chapter involves Donkizari making an appearance, but in reality it's Snuggly in a full-body costume showing sides of being The Prankster and even throwing a Shout-Out on the way.
    • Snuggly getting sucker punched by Sleepy. Not because Sleepy threw a Ballistic Bone at her but because Snuggly got attracted to the bone, leapt to the air, and grabbed it with her teeth, leaving herself open for Sleepy to sucker punch her.

Chapter 21: The Streak

  • The chapter begins with Kalita demanding money from Cookie, who tells her that she still has one week to pay her loan. Kalita then shows her the contract, which much to Cookie's outrage has her signature forged.
  • Muko attempting to pay Kalita with the Briefcase Full of Money that Shun gave Cookie in exchange for her Combagals. Cue to Cookie giving a Big "NO!" and running to Muko when the latter opens it to reveal the briefcase is filled with nothing but Combagal-gravure magazines.
    • Cookie sliding to the floor while Muko is acting like a fangirl at Cookie's magazine collections before realizing she's broke.
    • Muko misnaming Shun Gonfano as Chin Gonfano, causing an annoyed Cookie to correct her.
  • How did Cookie lost all her money? She gambled it all away! And she's so unlucky that she's on a losing streak that anybody working with her is bound to fail, hence why she's called "Misfortune Cookie" by everybody.
    • Cookie gives an Insane Troll Logic pointing out that she she only needs to win once to prove she's not bound by luck or karma, which Muko finds inspiring. Predictably, Kalita calls them idiots because Cookie's logic got her in debts in the first place.
  • Muko using dildos against Kalita in her rematch against her. She even throws several in her face to distract her long enough to land a drop kick.
  • How does Cookie prevent Handsome Zebra Guy from calling the cops when the fight between Cookie and Kalita starts getting out of hand? Cookie takes out her phone and says that they're making a promotional video.
  • The perverted hippo who got his face kicked by Nyarai in Chapter 6 reappears and is enjoying the company of two girls. He's heavily enjoying himself until Muko is sent flying into his tub and then Kalita jumps in to continue pummeling her. The sight of two females fighting in front of him acts like a Trauma Button for him and he gets out of the place.
  • Muko is being choked by Kalita's bat, when she realizes that she's surrounded by two naked ladies in a soapland. The chapter ends with Muko submitting to her Lustful Melt in front of Kalita and the soapland workers, causing the latter two to shriek in horror.
  • Handsome Zebra Guy remembers how the last two people that visited Monyan have asked for Cookie. The next panel we are treated with the sight of Kalita and Saniko, each of them sporting a Death Glare as they demand Cookie's whereabouts. He concludes the chapter by saying that Cookie is very popular, hilariously ignorant to the antipathy both ladies hold towards the squirrel.

Chapter 22: The Grit

Chapter 23: The Rumbling

  • Continuing from the end of the previous chapter, Cookie notices that Muko's hair got longer and Muko proudly lampshades that she got a Next Tier Power-Up that will allow her to beat Kalita. The realistic outcome happens when Kalita wins with a One-Hit Kill to boot!
  • Cookie calling Muko a damage sponge when checking up her condition and remembering her ability to take damage and keep up fighting.
  • Cookie's attempts to convince Kalita is full of funny moments.
    • She mentions the Tendonchi Championship, mainly the prize money that is more than enough to pay the debt. However, based on Cookie's ecstatic expression complete with Wingding Eyes , it's clear that she's more into the money.
      • Muko immediately recovering at the thought of tagging with Kalita despite the latter giving her a concussion.
    • Apparently, the Tendonchi Championship is not a Tournament Arc but a contest to impress three judges in arcade, cooking, and gravure. The implication that the current Tendonchi Champions and the previous ones are great cooks, videogame players, and modeling apart from being professional wrestlers is a bit hard to believe.
      • Muko sheepishly admitting that she didn't understand Cookie's lecture, and then proudly admitting that she only listened to the gravure part, which pisses off Cookie.
    • In a bit of Mood Whiplash following Cookie hyping the tournament, Kalita refuses to join the two, cue to Muko and Cookie having an Oh, Crap! reaction and then clinging to Kalita's leg, begging her to team up with them.
  • Snuggly once again makes a commercial that acts as a Mood Whiplash at the end of the chapter. This time her product is basically promoting her used bath water.

Chapter 24: The Clearing

  • Once again, Kalita refuses to join, visually distressing Cookie.
  • Kalita giving a long sigh after Muko challenges her again. It's so filled with contempt that Muko and Cookie lampshade it with offended looks.
  • Muko's bravado after challenging Kalita immediately disappears after the vixen leaves the room.
    • Muko complaining about her head hurting from the punch she received on the previous chapter.
    • She immediately regrets setting a one-week headline, realizing it's too little time to become strong enough to fight Kalita, much less defeat her.
  • Muko and Cookie go to the gyms to train. Hilarity Ensues with each gym.
    • The first gym has Muko and Cookie meet Patchwork, a bunny trainer who knows boxing and has an ever present confident smile on her face. Muko shows a Race Fetish for her own species and Cookie asks Patchwork if she's ready to train the next Donkizari. Awkward Mood Whiplash kicks in when Patchwork refuses while still smiling as she pushes the shocked Cookie and still mesmerized Muko out of her gym.
      • After the rejection, Cookie, trying in vain to remain positive, tells Muko that Patchwork was not the trainer that she was intending for Muko and drags Muko away while laughing awkwardly. Meanwhile, Muko keeps repeating "bunny" over and over again until she realizes that Patchwork won't train her, at which point she starts sobbing while Cookie drags her away.
    • On the second gym, Muko is still crying over Patchwork rejecting her.
      • The owner of the second gym not even bothering to be polite as he tells Muko and Cookie to Get Out! as soon as Cookie bothers asking him.
    • As Rule of Three demands, Muko and Cookie go to another gym and they get rejected once again. This time, Cookie has reached the Rage Breaking Point at so many consecutive rejections that Muko has to console her.

Chapter 25: The Taste Of Pancakes

  • The title of the chapter can be a bit funny considering the serious ending of the previous one.
    • Speaking of the title, the cover page has Muko training as she does sit-ups with Cookie sitting on a lotus pose on top of her.
  • Shortly after Cookie sees the Spotter article depicting Muko's affair with her school teacher, she tries to look for Muko to comfort her. To her dismay and concern, Muko left, clearly hurt by the whole ordeal. The thing that makes it funnier is that Muko's absence is indicated by the outline of her silhouette being in front of Cookie with the silhouette having a cute smile to boot.
  • Cookie travels around the city, looking for Muko, but she immediately gets distracted when she sees a random citizen drop a coin, causing Cookie to leap for the coin as soon as he goes to pick it up.
    • Cookie pulls a Wounded Gazelle Gambit to get that coin after she falls to the ground and breaks Muko’s phone that makes it appear as if her hip broke, even demanding compensation money. The citizen allows her to keep the coin, saying that it’s not a good idea to fuck with crazy.
  • Cookie finding out that Muko was not lost. She just went to eat some burgers.
    • Cookie sheepishly telling Muko that she broke her phone and promising to pay her back with the money of their next fight.
  • Cookie gives Muko advice regarding the issue with Matroshka and the Spotter article in her own Hot-Blooded Suddenly Shouting way. By flipping Muko’s fries and then patting her belly, calling her out for her poor diet.
    • In the background, a random manager is not happy at the scene between Muko and Cookie, demanding them to clean up their mess.
  • After getting a Rousing Speech from Cookie, Muko gets fired up to begin to begin her training. She does so by picking up Cookie and jumping through a window. Cookie is not amused.
Cookie: "I am not a football!"
  • The Training Montage with Muko and Cookie is a compilation of these.
    • Watching Cookie do exercises with Muko is funny and adorable due to the size discrepancies.
    • At one point Muko has to practice sprinting and marathon running to develop power and stamina. She’s starting to get tired until an attractive jogger passes by her and Muko develops Super-Speed to keep up with her as long as possible to stare at her shapely ass.
    • Fenny and Nyarai make an unusual cameo as a variant of the Dartboard of Hate trope. Since Muko and Cookie don’t have money to buy a punching bag, they use the Fenny body pillow instead. They then put a picture of Nyarai on her face so that Muko can kick her. They even put an X on her forehead to aim better.
      • A funny thing about the Nyarai picture is that Nyarai has an evil cartoony smile on her face. It is implied that the picture was taken shortly after she became a champion, meaning that Nyarai made no secret to hide her Blood Knight traits from the public.
    • Muko using dildos and her own belongings as training tools, such as weights is hilarious, especially because it seems to work.
  • Muko’s final training involves her groping all of the girls in Monyan to overcome her Fatal Flaw and Lustful Melt weakness. She has to start groping small breasts before going to the larger ones. Cue to Muko undergoing an Art Shift as she looks like a Jojo character tasked with an arduous task.
    • The after chapter page shows Muko groping Tasha, who casually talks about her day while Muko is suffering a mental breakdown from trying to remain solid from so much arousal.
  • While it’s a serious scene, finding out that Muko and her family’s surname is Bunburger is something that can draw a smirk out of first time readers, especially when reading the chapter again or remembering that Muko was eating burgers earlier.

Chapter 26: Daylight

  • Borders on Hidden Depths a bit, but there’s something oddly humorous in Kalita owning cacti despite being portrayed as a Badass Biker and Loan Shark in the previous chapters.
  • Muko’s morning has a few moments.
    • The fact that Muko, who is shown to be irresponsible, actually wakes up early while Cookie is shown oversleeping and snoring. It’s both ironic and amusing.
    • Muko masturbating in the shower by using the shower head to spray her nether regions with water.
    • Muko making funny faces right after brushing her teeth.
    • Muko waking up Cookie and giving her the cutest smile ever.
  • Kalita’s Hidden Depths are a bit too ‘’unexpected’’ from a biker.
    • She’s a Supreme Chef who lives at an orphanage and she calls her fellow orphans by banging the pots together.
    • Seeing her intimidate her former subordinates while dressed as an Ordinary High-School Student complete with a Death Glare to boot.
      • Finding out that Kalita is a senior high school student about to graduate into college is hilarious because it means that the tough vixen who beat the crap out of Muko is younger than her.
  • Muko’s training has a few moments worth noting.
    • Again, Muko runs out of stamina. As Cookie attempts to get her to run again, Muko notices an attractive jogger. Cue to Muko’s eyes setting on fire and and then chasing after her to get a view of her ass, visually struggling to hold her breath.
    • Muko does squats, but she ends up breaking her pants and exposing her underwear. Cue to a horrified Cookie and an embarrassed and crying Muko.
      • Becomes funnier when Muko returns to Monyan wearing her jacket around her waist to cover her broken pants.
    • Muko faints after her training and complaining about pain and hunger, cue to Cookie telling her to stop bitching and to prepare herself to meet her new trainer.

Chapter 27: Playtime Is Over

  • Kalita goes to visit Debbie, the original leader of the Roda Kira Gang. Their meeting place? A fancy restaurant. Kalita's attire is fitting for a biker but Debbie comes along dressed elegantly.
    • This also shows on their drinking choice. Debbie orders a fancy wine. What does Kalita order for her drink? Beer.
  • Kalita tells Debbie that the Roda Kira Gang is on newspaper articles because of the shakedowns and other criminal activities Gantus made them do. As she keeps rambling, Debbie uses her phone to check the articles, ignoring Kalita in the process.
  • When Kalita mentions about Leyline supporting Gantus, the first thing that comes to Debbie's mind is if he's still sniffing glue.
  • Kalita's surprised reaction when Debbie refuses to return to the Roda Kira Gang on the ground that she's married.
Kalita: (horrified) Marriage is for pussies!
  • When Debbie calls out Kalita for not growing up for still being attached to the Roda Kira Gang, Kalita decides to settle things with a good old brawl. She stops when she sees that Debbie is pregnant, who angrily calls her out for wanting a fight in her current condition. Kalita has this gem to say.
Kalita: (points a shocked finger at Debbie) He pumped you up!
Debbie: (embarrassed) Don't say it like that!
  • Kalita calling out Debbie for drinking while pregnant is a serious scene...but the way she blushes and stammers makes it seem as if she were a schoolgirl caught misbehaving.
    • Kalita's flashback after their fight has Debbie as a Hard-Drinking Party Girl getting herself hammered in booze. It seems that this is the only side of her biker style that remained with Debbie even after leaving the Roda Kira Gang.

Chapter 28: The World's Biggest Asshole

  • Crossing with awesome, but Kalita beating up Geffan and Banske makes their interaction in Chapter 26 a bit funny.
    • Kalita having a Disappointed in You expression on her face that doesn't match the face Geffan makes after she broke his arm with a baseball bat.
      • The scene becomes a bit hilarious when one remembers that the bat Geffan used is the same one Kalita used as a Loan Shark against Cookie and Muko, meaning that Kalita met Geffan again shortly after crippling him for the purpose of stealing his bat.
    • Banske making a Wild Take as he tries to give excuses to Kalita, but he ends up getting beat up anyway. He even cuts himself in the face with his own claws too.
  • Gantus shows that he has a sense of humor, albeit a very dark one by sarcastically telling Kalita that she's attacking the wrong side.
  • When Kalita saves a homeless raccoon, she refers to him as "trash panda" a slur for the species. It's not surprising that Kalita is a Politically Incorrect Hero given her biker lifestyle.
  • After spending a disturbing amount of time groping Leyline, Gantus gets him out of the conversation by giving him candy. Leyline even gives a childish "Yay" while leaving.
  • Kalita ends the chapter by crumpling her college letter and giving a Title Drop that makes for a funny last line.
Kalita: I am the world's biggest asshole!

Chapter 29: Nightshine

  • After training herself to exhaustion, Muko says that she's hungry enough to eat a whole horse. Amusingly enough, a horse was standing behind her and he's rightfully terrified.
  • Muko finds Kalita waiting for her before the two-week deadline of their rematch. How does she announce it to Cookie? By pointing out she's on the next panel, breaking the fourth wall in the process.
  • What does Kalita plan to do with Muko and Cookie? Does it involve her duel with Muko? No. Is she going for Cookie's debt? No. She's taking them to a casino. Cookie is confused while Muko is excited to go because it's her first time going to one.
  • Kalita's plan to pay is weaponize Cookie's bad luck by playing against her in a game of roulette.
    • Once again, Kalita proves that her breasts are a perfect storage unit by removing a large stack of chips, neatly organized from within them, much to Muko and Cookie's surprise.
  • The whole roulette scene is full of funny moments.
    • Cookie is initially amused with the scheme until Kalita reveals that the money she's gambling actually belongs to Cookie since she went and took a loan on her name. Cookie's reaction sells it.
    • Cookie's bet of a single chip worth 5 Moni on black against Kalita's stack of chips worth 19995 Moni result in her winning the bet. Muko congratulates her on winning until she realizes the ramifications...mainly that Kalita lost all of Cookie's money. Cue Cookie foaming at the mouth.
    • Muko decides to make a bet this time and asks Cookie to make a choice. Cookie half-heartedly suggests red. Cue Muko betting on red while doing a curved pose. In the background, Cookie is blown away as she realizes that she will lose the rest of her money and Kalita looks disinterested.
      • Muko's Insane Troll Logic on why she's betting on red despite Cookie telling her that her bad luck curse will make the bunny lose if she bet on that. Cookie loses because she believes that she will lose so if Muko bets on Cookie's choice believing she will win then she will win. As predicted, Muko loses, leading to her and Cookie putting hilarious expressions.
  • Cookie complains, while crying about her newly doubled debt. As if to hammer the point, she's crushed by a stone sign saying that she currently owes 40,000 Moni.
    • As it turns out, Cookie lost because the roulette landed on Black 13, twice.
    • Cookie whines that she needs a drink after how bad of a day she had.
  • Kalita confronting a cat lady who was acting as a date/escort for a gambling bird at the roulette table. Kalita correctly accuses her of stealing money from the bird while he was distracted. Cue to a flashback of the bird clearly distracted at seeing Kalita's boobs while his date steals some chips.
    • This makes him a Funny Background Event as he's confident and collected before Kalita shows up, then openly lustful when she partially shows her breasts, and then back to being composed when she covers herself.
    • The cat lady tries to fight Kalita with a knife, but she is promptly knocked out in one punch and left bleeding and with stars over her head. Kalita immediately takes her money and leaves reasoning that stealing money from a thief is okay.
  • Muko attempts to fight Kalita, but she suddenly faints. This scares Cookie, who thinks she's having repercussions from her fight with Nyarai. No, Muko is just hungry.
    • The next scene has a happy Muko enjoying a meal, while Cookie is angrily glaring at Kalita for getting her debt doubled.
    • Part of Kalita's plan was to see if Cookie was indeed that unlucky. She then concedes casually that Cookie was right, much to the squirrel's obvious rage.
  • During the epilogue, Cookie got an interview to show her new Combagal team. It's a cheerleading motif. Muko's totally into it while Kalita looks like she wants to die from embarrassment.
    • Muko's three biggest fans see the article and react accordingly. Saniko is worried. Mellow is panicking. And Harry is overjoyed despite being surrounded by pizza boxes and a divorce file.

Chapter 30: Facades

  • Ida's reaction upon meeting Freydar in the flashback, then an unknown Combagal, is to yell at how huge she is. It brings to mind a past version of Muko.
  • Cookie's rejection of Ida as a Combagal is a tearjerker, which then turns into funny and awesome when a disgraced and humbled Cookie has to ask for her help in costumes.
  • Ida shows her love for fashion with Wingding Eyes by suggesting a dominatrix theme for Muko and Kalita. Naturally, Cookie and Kalita dislike it whereas Muko loves it.
  • Muko and Kalita's first gravure session...all of it.
    • Kalita's face when she puts the bikini is one of total dismay that rivals the one she had when she was dressed as a cheerleader. Muko also shows a bit of a giddy side at posing for the camera before focusing on the camera.
    • Once Muko notices Kalita, every panel has the word constraint as a sound effect while Muko is struggling to look normal due to having a large blush and trembling smile.
      • Muko's dilemma is expressed by her inner thoughts eloquently expressing her feelings in one word.
      Inner Muko: BOOBIES!
    • The pictures that Muko and Kalita take, especially because they contrast with the fanservice they're supposed to provide and the serious conversation between Cookie and Ida.
      • Kalita Flipping the Bird while Muko gives a victory sign in their first picture.
      • On the second picture, Muko is hugging Kalita, but she has her face squished against the vixen's breast due to the size difference. Muko is lost in bliss while Kalita is obviously irked.
      • The epilogue has Muko still in constraint mode, staring at Kalita's breasts, who looks resigned to the unwanted attention.
  • Ida breaking Cookie's logic by pointing out that she's poor, disgraced, and unloved by two years. Cookie abandons her attempts of changing the topic and accuses Ida of resenting her for ruining her Combagal dreams three years ago. Cue Ida pushing Cookie's buttons by pointing out that she's better than Cookie financially thanks to her fashion business. She then adds salt to the wound by pointing she outgrew Cookie in height and breast size.
Cookie: For a squirrel I'm tall! And well endowed! Get tackled!
    • For the cherry on top, Cookie ends up piercing herself on the face with Ida's quills. The same reason she rejected her in the first place. Laser-Guided Karma at its funniest.
  • Ida puts on a video to watch the Tendonchi Challenges. Feeling curious, Muko and Kalita watch...while still dressed in their bikinis.

Chapter 31: Challenges

  • The Tendonchi Masters are a gold mine of comedy, especially with their interactions with each other as they reveal their challenges.
    • Golgadoo reveals his challenge an eating contest where one Combagal eats what her partner cooks for her. Stonk shows he's a bit of a snob by calling the challenge boring, much to his elder's irritation.
    • Stonk starts his challenge by stating the winners will grab his balls and then suppressing a laugh. He's talking about balls in crane machines.
      • Golgadoo and Stonk sharing a beat before Golgadoo angrily tells Stonk that the Combagals are standing around just like they did on his challenge.
    • Brida giving exaggerated facial expressions as Stonk explains his challenge before ultimately dismissing it as undignified, much to his offense.
    • The challenge Brida makes is to have the remaining Combagals fight in swimsuits while climbing on top of a volcano leaking body oil in a queen of the hill battle. She tries to make an adorable expression that fails to hit the mark while Golgadoo and Stonk call her out for making her challenge the most vulgar of the three.
  • Freydar appearing in the show surprises everyone. Brida is so shocked she faints for the rest of the chapter and doesn't wake up until the epilogue.
  • Muko's fear of Freydar because of the way she expresses it compared to the rest. She still shows her energetic self despite being scared and expresses her fear by referencing Freydar's breast size shrinking.
  • Ida discussing The Bet with Cookie. An Imagine Spot shows chibi heads of Muko and Kalita deciding to take the challenges or take the bet, represented by a chibi head of Freydar.
    • Knowing that Freydar is not immune to being turned chibi despite being one of the greatest obstacles to the main cast is amusing, especially after seeing her size.
  • Muko arguing in support of the Tendonchi Challenges. While still scared of Freydar, she also adds the body oil volcano, likely being the only person who liked Brida's challenge.
  • Cookie declaring that they will meet the team's mentor. Muko is ecstatic but then has something to add.
Muko: Shouldn't we change clothes first?
    • The irony of Muko suggesting that they change from their bikini is hilarious considering how much she'd love to see Kalita remain in her bikini.

Chapter 32: The Great Daikarin

  • The first page of the chapter is the front page of a magazine featuring the Doable Dolls (Snuggly and Sleepy) with side announcements expected of a typical celebrity magazine, such as gossip and a TV series.
  • As it turns out, Snuggly and Sleepy were already Combagals back when they were the Doable Dolls. How is this demonstrated? One page shows them happily singing on stage on a few panels and the next panels shows them giving a Curb-Stomp Battle to a random pair of Combagals.
    • Their brutality was learned from the Training from Hell they learned from their Badass Teacher Paipu Katto. He doesn't approve of the piledriver Snuggly gave Sleepy? He orders Snuggly to hit her harder!
  • The idol singing competition has a few moments before the climax.
    • What's the team of idols that made it to the finals alongside the Doable Dolls? The Legal Loli.
    • As it turns out, Sleepy can't sing because she can't arrive on time. The reason? She overate chocolate out of stress resulting in a Potty Emergency that kept her in the bathroom all night. Snuggly's reaction before and after the call sells it.
    • Borsha, the manager of the Doable Dolls, has a panic attack that's oddly familiar to the ones Cookie shows when things don't go her way.
    • Paipu smiles with pride at Snuggly when she decides to sing alone in Sleepy's place. However, Snuggly finds it creepy.
  • How does Paipu help Snuggly when her singing along doesn't win the public. He crossdresses with Sleepy's dress and sings in her place. Snuggly's horrified face sells it.
    • Snuggly sings and dances with a crossdressing Paipu. But because she's still in shock at the sight of her teacher crossdressing, her face is frozen in an expression of disbelief and disgust.
    • The performance of the contest is based on audience applause. What did Snuggly and Paipu get? Zero applause. A crossdressing man was definitely going to be a turn off for those who came to see idol singers.
  • After Snuggly swears at Paipu, her mentor snatches her microphone and tells her she let it on. Cue Oh, Crap! from Snuggly.
  • Borsha firing Paipu complete with Symbol Swearing at him. He doesn't mind because he found his passion.
  • The chain of events that led Paipu to transition into Daikarin. What inspired him to become a woman? Singing on stage...by crossdressing...and indirectly ruin his student's career. At least she and Snuggly got over it by the current events.

Chapter 33: The Smell Of Popcorn

  • Mellow's attempts to earn money to enter Club Nighthawk.
  • The contrast between Shun walking casually and Mellow awkwardly walking.
  • Mellow makes as bad of a first impression with Nyarai as he did with Muko by awkwardly joking that Nyarai didn't have as many customers as he expected her to have.
  • Nyarai remembers Mellow as one of Muko's only two fans and gives him and Harry an Embarrassing Nickname each since she didn't know their names in the first place. Harry is fish face and Mellow is square face. For extra humor, Nyarai refers to Mellow as "square-face" every time she addresses him, clearly liking the nickname.
  • Mellow putting the most ridiculous Oh, Crap! expression when Nyarai questions him about why him, a fan of Muko is visiting her.
    • Mellow's Refuge in Audacity is admitting to Nyarai that he used to be in love with Muko, but he gave up on her after the Spotter article and that he became Nyarai's fan after her victory against Adelgund. A convincing lie, right? Wrong! He proves to be a Bad Liar when he says that the article made him realize that Muko's romance with Matroshka means that she's not into doggies and that she only likes cat.
      • Mellow's lie is even accentuated by him crying a stream of tears and an Imagine Spot of a coffin with a heart symbol being buried as he says that he gave up on Muko after that.
      • Nyarai's expressions as Mellow gives his tale. She seems amused and pleased despite knowing that Mellow is lying since she knows Muko was into girls given how Muko flirted with her when they first met. It's clear she only listened to him out of amusement and ego-stroking.
  • How does Jowdie enter the chapter? By giving Mellow a Marshmallow Hell and sitting with him and Nyarai. The cheetah is not amused at having to share her toy.
  • Nyarai attempts to manipulate the conversation back in her direction by showing another Spotter article. However, in a nice Call-Back to Chapter 10, Mellow gets distracted by her Gem-Encrusted phone, noticing how tacky it is.
  • Miho returns in the Spotter article and she has a non-anthropomorphic turtle in the background doing silly stuff during some segments, like eating a leaf.
    • Miho interviews the Cafe Carrots staff to talk about Kalita. Muko's boss, doesn't hesitate in saying a profanity that is redacted in the script, but obviously referencing a bleeping sound.
    • Later on, Miho interviews the beggars that were attacked by the Roda Kira Gang. While doing so, she plugs her nose shut and sprays them with perfume.
    • Miho finishes her article by ripping the poster of Muko and Kalita as cheerleading Combagals. Given how miserable Kalita looks in the poster, one can imagine this is the only part of the article she probably would have liked.
  • Jowdie is annoyed at Nyarai's insistence on bullying Mellow so she comes up with a new subject. She mentions that cat paw pads have a popcorn smell and wonders if Nyarai's paws have the same smell. Her solution? Ask Mellow to smell Nyarai's feet, which causes a Spit Take from him.
  • The fact that the Title Drop referring to the smell of popcorn is about Nyarai's feet of all things.
    • It's also more hilarious when one of the previous chapters, The Taste of Pancakes, was about Muko's Comfort Food in times of crisis. Knowing that the next chapter about the sense of smell is more about Nyarai's feet and a rumor about cat paws makes one wonder how the next chapters about senses are gonna be like.
      • For years, Nyarai has been a source of Foot Focus inside and outside the comic. As of Chapter 33, it actually makes a plot point as a test of loyalty of all things!
  • Nyarai grins at Jowdie's idea, extending her legs and pointing at her feet, telling Mellow to get on his knees and beg. The next page shows a visual exchange between Mellow and Nyarai. Mellow is nervous and blushing. Nyarai is a firm Death Glare warning him to comply of her feet will meet his face anyway. Mellow ends up begging anyway.
    • As sad and scary as the sight is, the fact that Jowdie has an evil smile after Mellow begs Nyarai to smell her feet is kind of hilarious given what a Nice Girl she is. Unlike Nyarai, who is happy to indulge at the chance of humiliating Mellow, Jowdie looks like she's having naughty thoughts.
  • Mellow smells Nyarai's paw pad. The result? An Imagine Spot of buttered popcorn with salt. From the way he blushes and yells popcorn, it's clear he liked what he smelled.

Chapter 34: Star

  • A trio of students talk about Kalita and mock her, even mentioning how her parents died of overdose? Not funny. Kalita appearing behind them, rightfully pissed, scaring them out of their minds? Very funny!
    • The punchline has them with blank faces, staring at a tree with their bikes stuck on the branches. Apparently, Kalita was a very strong kid and those students probably needed a ladder to get their bikes back.
  • Kalita met Debbie and Leyline when they challenged her to a fight. The trio fought, but it ended in a draw. Debbie suggests to leave it like that, but Kalita wants to keep going despite coughing up blood.
  • As it turns out, it was Kalita who created the name for the Roda Kira Gang, even going the extra mile by giving it a Bilingual Bonus to make it special. How do Debbie and Leyline react? They blush and laugh because they think Kalita looks cute with glasses.
    • Kalita's reaction is to get embarrassed and start a fight with them at the library, which causes them to be scolded by the librarian.
  • Mr. Dings and Miho showing their bad working relationship.
    • The first thing Miho does when showing up in the chapter? Spray Dings with perfume. Apparently he has bad body smell.
    • Dings and Miho saying goodbye to each other by Flipping the Bird and wishing harm on each other.
  • Who's the stalker who's following Miho? It's Harry! And he's doing so by doing a Lil' Slugger Shout-Out too. It looks ridiculous in the body of a middle-aged fish guy. It does stop being funny at the ending though...

Chapter 35: Killer

  • After more than a dozen chapters, how does the fight with Snuggly and Sleepy end? They hug it out!
  • Team Star Killer makes their Heel debut by attacking the Redoable Dolls in the middle of their reunion. While Kalita opts to use a chair on Sleepy, Muko uses a flying ass drop on Snuggly.
  • When Kalita is insulting the crowd, her talk about ideals loses a bit of credence due to her strangling Snuggly with her breasts.
  • After Team Star Killer wins, Muko hugs Kalita, who has a blank stare as she poses in victory. From the looks of it, she probably got used to Muko's clinging nature over the chapters.
    • The Redoable Dolls have this to say about their loss.
      Redoable Dolls: Norway!
  • Cookie's debut as Money Grubber Cookie has money bills falling from the ceiling as she makes her entrance. And then, looking closer, readers can see that the bills are Monyan coupons. Even as a Heel manager, Cookie is still a cheapskate.
  • Daikarin revealing herself as the new trainer for Team Star Killer. The shocked faces of Snuggly and Sleepy are priceless.

     Part 4: Devastator

Chapter 36: A Place Of Your Own

  • Kalita being annoyed at being the only one of the group with a driver's license, forcing her to drive all the way to the Fortune Factory in a van that's very cramped with her, Muko, Cookie, and Daikarin inside. And then the scene pans left to show that Ida's there, too, hedgehog spines included.
  • Cookie cries a river of tears after Daikarin compliments her for her decision at Trilamity Day. Daikarin pets Cookie's head while Muko cheers. The narration even refers to them as Cookie's Fan Club.
  • Cookie once again shows Refuge in Audacity when she has Team Star Killer steal her former ring because the barn where most of the training equipment is kept is not a proper place to train. Ida is quick to lampshade this as she points out that the ring doesn't belong to Cookie anymore.
  • Ida's disbelief that Cookie plans to train her new furry fighting team in a soapland.
  • When Zebreastian politely refuses to let Cookie bring the ring inside, Ida decides to help by calling him handsome and asking if he has a girlfriend. This makes Cookie worry about the possibility of Ida using her "bodily capital" to get them inside.
    • The Stinger makes this assumption funnier when it reveals that Ida used her "tailoring capital" to make a dress for Zebreastian's girlfriend.
  • Muko meekly complains about the first training Daikarin gives her and Kalita, mainly because they have to climb stairs while climbing pieces of a ring to the roof.

Chapter 37: High Bump!

  • How does Daikarin establish her authority as a trainer? She slaps Kalita's cigarette out of her mouth, telling her that it's not good for her health with the most frozen grin in her face. Kalita's shocked expression sells it.
  • Once again, Cookie and Ida are at odds with each other. Their interactions in the first pages are priceless.
  • Muko is ready to spar with Kalita. However, before sparring, Daikarin tells Muko that she must learn to take a bump. Muko loses all enthusiasm, as she became aware of how painful furry fighting truly is. Kalita just walks to Muko and then body slams her.
  • Kalita shows that she's still a Cool Big Sis by walking Fidah back home from school. Despite her soft spot for children, Kalita still shows her tough side in her civilian life.
Fidah: (cheerfully talks about her dream) When I grow up, I'll be a pilot!
    Kalita: (bored) That's rad.
