- For my video-game project:
- An adventurer seeks a rumoured means of reaching a long-held dream; the search itself is an adventure.
- For a long-form maybe-novel that I've been working on:
- The life of an adventurer, including highs and lows and difficulties and joys; and through her life, an exploration of adventuring in her milieu.
(I also have a short story that might be fun to give a laconic for—and unlike the above, it's not adventuring-related—but in that case doing so might give too much away. That might not be a problem once it's published, but until then, I'd rather not. ^^; )
My Games & WritingFor my story:
- A Period Piece set from November 2007 to November 2008, following Allison (name subject to change) as she works between two world cities, London and Los Angeles.
- Protagonist gets killed early on, discovers to his horror that he has become an onryo after his death, and the grudge he carries is transferable by touch from the one that killed him, putting those people in-between him and the killer. The story follows the onryo as it desperately tries to complete and end its grudge before it ends up killing too many innocent people in the process...
My fanfic:
- Sibuna has to reunite once again to save the world, this time while out-of-school and separated.
My dystopian:
- A story that takes place in 2155 America, where a hyper-capitalistic religious group has taken over the country. Rebellion and in-fighting ensues.
Half Separate:
- A cursed man discovers a Perfect World that contrasts his own broken, conflict-ridden world of the Tower. He must decide if the Tower is worth saving or to embrace his curse against the Tower to protect the Perfect World.
Literal Portal Fantasy:
- Earth's only superpowered person ends up in a city between dimensions that feels like his home more than Earth ever was. But now he has to deal with the fact that he's the only one there left with his specific power.
(currently unnamed):
- An immortal guardian of a long-abandoned Earth attempts to reconnect with her old life and repair burnt bridges with other guardians who were once her friends.
The Error of Ashkelon:
- The quest to save the world has failed. When everything you know is living on borrowed time, what do you do with your life?

Summarize your plot in Laconic Wiki format. If you've never done this before, it's a really good way to identify what the most essential elements of your story are.

I'm working on two otherworld Urban Fantasy novels in the same universe right now. They'll get their own pages (and probably WB threads) when they launch.
