Sorry for taking so long to answer this. Anyway, my answer is mostly the same as Kablammin's. I imagine that Link probably found Navi eventually, and it's possible that he did end up with Malon. I don't Nintendo is likely to confirm it either way, so it's really up to the player's imagination, but I could see it.

I'd have to say Lotso. His backstory is sad, sure, but it doesn't justify his selfish actions after he found out he had been replaced and especially not what he ended up doing to the other toys at Sunnyside and beyond.
