Favourite example of Narm Charm in Metal Gear?
Probably Stone Tower Temple. I enjoy its variety of puzzles that require the use of all four of Link’s forms, as well as its challenging but unique and fun dungeon-flipping mechanic. The architecture is very atmospheric, as are both versions of the dungeon music, which convey a looming sense of dread and hopelessness as you explore the place while the moon slowly approaches Termina (and speaking of which, the fact that a large portion of the dungeon is outdoors allows you to observe the time passing and feel this more strongly). The temple is essentially two dungeons in one, and combining this with a longer completion time than the other dungeons (to the point where you will probably only finish it on the Third Night) gives it an almost epic quality. Finally, while Twinmold is a rather frustrating boss that takes too long to defeat in my opinion, I can’t deny that turning into a giant wrestler to clobber the red one is very cathartic.

When I was in high school, and we read Romeo and Juliet, for some reason, I really liked Fortinbras. I just thought he was so cool. He has such an ominous presence in the play, since everyone knows he's coming to Denmark, and that he wants revenge. But he's not just a villain, he has a clear sense of honor, and I respect that.

Hitoshi Shinso is the first that comes to mind. Though with the latest arcs and the whole hero course thing he's started to become much less of one.
