Shogo Makishima from Psycho-Pass. He's actually a sociophatic wicked cultured killer and the Big Bad of season 1 who tries to rebel against SIBYL system and manipulate other people while bringing their darkest urges to light. I haven't watched full of Psycho Pass but really, he ended up becoming one of my personal favorite villains because how cool and interesting he is as despite his attempt to liberate people from the system and tried to make people find their own fates, it was revealed that he only did that so that he could throw Japan into anarchy so yeah...
