Best friends forever, we're in this thing together...

Inside Rosie, fused with the interlocking metal structure of the machine’s mechanisms, two lifeless disembodied faces stared at each other. Although the lips on both faces had perfectly applied, shiny lip gloss, the mouths guarded by that gloss would never speak again. The two faces would stare at each other in perpetual silence, their features locked in contorted expressions of horrified understanding.

Homecoming Queens Jessica and Brittany have it all. They're rich, beautiful, popular as hell, and have great grades and even better boyfriends. But there is one thing that's peeving them: the middle school had to fuse with the high school due to a recent flooding, and eighth graders Cindy and Mindy are their locker neighbors, and are completely and utterly unintimidated by them. The two girls are childish, nerdy, and uncool in every way, and nothing the older kids do puts a dent in their cheer.

When assigned to reprogram an old animatronic for class, then, Jessica decides to have ol' Rosie Porkchop scoop up Mindy and Cindy and force them to power her, and make them the girls' servants. Smart idea, right? Surely nothing can go wrong. Just make sure those springlocks don't go off, and double-check to make sure you put the names in correctly. I said double-check to make sure– oh. Oh no.

The thirtieth Five Nights at Freddy's: Fazbear Frights story, and the last of the tenth book, Friendly Face.

Tropes related to “Together Forever”:

  • Accidental Murder: While trying to get Brittany out of the suit, Jessica accidentally turns Rosie from "suit" to "animatronic" mode, which causes the endoskeleton inside to spring out and maul Brittany.
  • All Guys Want Cheerleaders: Jessica and Brittany have two popular, sporty boyfriends. Their boyfriends seem to really adore them, but they both think of the guys as disposable arm candy that they'll ditch once they get to college.
  • Alpha Bitch: Jessica, with Brittany as her Beta Bitch. They're utterly obnoxious and cruel to those around them.
  • Ambiguous Situation: Rosie turns to animatronic mode even after she's stuffed Jessica inside of her, and nobody's there to do a manual switch. Was she actively malicious this whole time, or is Brittany's possession somehow messing with the controls?
  • And I Must Scream: Jessica and Brittany possess Rosie Porkchop, with their mangled and shredded bodies kept in perpetual agony.
  • Asshole Victim: No getting around it, Jessica and Brittany are absolute monsters of people who wanted to use their project to enslave two kids they found annoying. Still, they didn't just get springlocked– they weren't upright in the suits, so they got every bit of their body ripped to actual shreds.
  • Attention Whore: Jessica mainly.
  • The Beautiful Elite: Jessica and Brittany are respectively the Homecoming Queen and Princess, and expect everyone to treat them like royalty, to the point of literally expecting servitude.
  • Body Horror: When pushed inside of Rosie, Jessica sees her best friend's shards of bone and shreds of skin and organs, before turning and seeing her face ripped off. Then it happens to her.
  • Break the Haughty: Rosie makes sure to put both girls through a total horrified breakdown before she kills them.
  • Bully Magnet: Mindy and Cindy get bullied so often that they have trouble keeping their bullies straight.
  • Cheerful Child: Cindy and Mindy are both very positive and upbeat, as a way of showing how immature they are in comparison to the high schoolers.
  • Cruel and Unusual Death: Brittany goes through a pretty terrifying one, but it's even worse for Jessica, who sees what happened to Brittnay right before she realizes it's going to happen to her.
  • Cruel Cheerleader: Jessica and Brittany are the heads of the cheer team, and alpha bitches who don't see anyone else as worth their time.
  • Dumb Blonde: When Jessica makes a mistake in programming, she laughs to Brittany and calls it a "blonde moment."
  • Everyone Loves Blondes: Jessica and Brittany are beautiful blondes who everyone wants to get with.
  • Facial Horror: Both Jessica and Brittany end up with their faces torn off by the springlocking.
  • Failed a Spot Check: First, when Jessica doesn't notice she put in the wrong program to Rosie. Then at the end, when Mindy and Cindy don't really question what's going on with Rosie, and just decide to accept their cool new robot partner... who will probably start to suspiciously smell sometime soon.
  • Ghost Amnesia: When Brittany speaks post-mortem, she seems confused at what's happening to them. When Rosie speaks after, she speaks in plural pronouns, and doesn't seem aware of what has transpired.
  • Gone Horribly Right: Rosie does exactly what she's programmed to do... and Jessica and Brittany programmed her wrong.
  • Gorn: One of the goriest and most descriptive Fazbear Frights books, this one does not shy away from how absolutely horrible the teenagers' deaths are. They're literally torn apart, and we see every bit of Brittany before it happens to Jessica next.
  • Graceful Ladies Like Purple: Brittany likes to paint her nails purple.
  • Hate Sink: Jessica and Brittany are written to be completely unlikable, but even then, what happens to them is harsh.
  • Haunted Technology: First, Jessica hearrs Brittany's voice inside of Rosie, even though Brittany's already been ripped apart. After springlocking Jessica, Rosie starts using plural pronouns to refer to herself, implying an active dual possession.
  • Hoist by Their Own Petard: The girls' bad programming makes Rosie scoop them instead of Cindy and Mindy, and then turn around and swear fealty to the eighth-graders. Nice work, kids.
    • Even before that, the girls are creeped out by being in the school alone and barricade the door "just in case." Which means they can't get out fast enough, and if anybody was around to hear them scream, they wouldn't be able to get in.
  • I Am Legion: Following the deaths of Brittany and Jessica inside her, Rosie speaks in Jessica's voice and introduces herself to Mindy and Cindy with "I am your ladies in waiting".
  • It's All About Me: Mainly Jessica, but both her and Brittany think that they rule the school.
  • Karmic Death: Jessica and Brittany are forced into the same fate they wanted to inflict on Cindy and Mindy for the crime of being "dorky."
  • Kiddie Kid: Cindy and Mindy act incredibly childish despite being in eighth grade. Exemplified by their manner of dress, as they like to wear "gingham, polka dots, animal prints, and little floral patterns."
  • Killer Robot: Though it's only programming, Rosie commits two brutal murders in the span of a few minutes.
  • Large and in Charge: Namedropped by Jessica and Brittany.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Jessica and Brittany wanted to force Cindy and Mindy– and, really, everyone– to serve them, so now they've been forced into robotic servitude forever.
  • Monster of the Week: Rosie, though technically she's just following a bad program.
  • Mysterious Past: Never before has a pig springlock been aluded to in the franchise. We even already have a pig animatronic, who's a male non-springlock suit. So where did she come from? What was she supposed to be? How did she end up in a high school storage locker?
  • No Full Name Given: None of the characters get a surname. Except Mr. Thornton, who doesn't get a first.
  • Pig Man: Well, pig woman.
  • A Pig Named "Porkchop": It's in her surname.
  • Pink Is Feminine: On Rosie, who wears a frilly pink waitress uniform that's slightly darker than her skin, and a matching pillbox hat.
  • Quirky Curls: On Cindy.
  • Redheads Are Uncool: Both Cindy and Mindy have red hair, in contrast to the popular girls' beautiful curls.
  • Robot Master: Eighth-graders Mindy and Cindy are in the advanced robotics class due to their amazing skills at reprogramming.
  • This Is My Chair: Mindy and Cindy unknowingly sit down in two seats that had just been cleared for Jessica and Brittany, a social faux pas that enrages the cheerleaders.
  • Tragic Mistake: Jessica not double-checking her work in her excitement leads to her and Brittany's brutal murder.
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: Sure, Jessica and Brittany are spoiled, but even past expecting people to literally worship them, they plan to have two girls kidnapped and forced into a tight animatronic suit in order to become their slaves for life, with no plans on letting them go afterward.
  • Turn the Other Cheek: When Jessica threatens Mindy and Cindy and tells them nobody likes them, the girls simply smile and tell her that they know people are mean when they're really insecure, and that they can keep being mean to them if it makes them happy. This stuns Jessica and Brittany into silence, and then enrages them more than ever before.
  • Valley Girl: Both Jessica and Brittany speak in such a way.
  • Verbal Tic: Mr. Thornton will often trail off his sentence and never finish it. He doesn't seem to notice.
  • Wham Shot: When Jessica turns and sees Brittany's shredded face.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Rosie is programmed to store people inside of her. So when two teens program her to pick them up and stuff them inside of her, she does it. And then turns to animatronic mode.
  • Youthful Freckles: On Mindy.
