As is the case with all pages detailing Heartwarming Moments, Spoilers Off

  • Chapter 1 has a Flash Forward of about eight or nine years, and shows Izuku, Ochako, and Itsuka in the prime of their relationship. It's honestly adorable to see them bounce off each other, knowing each other's strengths and weaknesses, and not afraid of showing their affection for each other, whether it be through hugging, holding each other, or making out.
    • Eri's reaction to seeing Itsuka returning after three weeks is to cuddle with her adopted mother.
  • Izuku and Ochako meeting as children.
    • After being nervous around each other, they find a way to bond through heroes, specifically Thirteen, and both of them are soon bouncing against the walls playing with each other and bonding. Izuku himself was especially nervous, over both meeting someone new and being treated just like how Katsuki treats him, so to see someone embrace him for who he is and encourage his dreams of being a hero despite his lack of a Quirk.
    • After his Quirk manifests and injures Katsuki and Inko, Izuku locks himself in his room, horrified over what he had done. Ochako, however, does not hesitate to jump onto his bed, yanking away his covers, and giving him a big Cooldown Hug.
  • Ochako is fearful that come around time for high school, she and Izuku (pretty much stated to be each other's Only Friend) will have to go to separate high schools, and the workload of UA would mean that their friendship would suffer. When Izuku reveals that he will attend UA after all, and thanks Ochako for always believing in him, she responds by pretty much tackling him out of his chair with a hug.
  • All Might encourages Izuku to become a hero is this when it's revealed that he had already chosen Itsuka as his successor. All Might knows the risk of Izuku finding out about One for All but knows that he could not in good conscience allow Izuku to train on his own with the risk of injuring himself.
  • Izuku encourages Itsuka during their first meeting, after having to deal with an entire chapter of Sir Nighteye insulting her to her face. Itsuka, in turn, makes it clear that she doesn't mind Izuku training on the beach with her, despite not being brought in on the loop, and hopes that she and Izuku will get along.
    • Surprisingly, Nighteye gets in on this after accidentally spooking Izuku into using his Quirk and injuring himself, apologizing and making sure Izuku didn't injure himself further by sticking his hands into the water.
  • Chapter 5 is pretty much filled to the brim with this since this is the proper start of Izuku and Itsuka's friendship.
    • After an awkward few minutes in the garage alone, Izuku and Itsuka start talking about her bike, with Itsuka playfully teasing Izuku about his lackluster compliments. When she giggles over Izuku saying that it looked 'very unfinished', Izuku mentally notes that her laugh was very nice.
    • Itsuka then inquires about Izuku's own hobbies, and he nervously shows her his Hero Analysis. Rather than being weirded out, Itsuka compliments Izuku's drawing skills and bonds with him over one of the heroes she recognized.
    • When the conversation turns to Izuku's insecurities over his place at the beach and how slow he is in comparison to her, Itsuka makes it clear that she does appreciate him being there with her, commenting that it would be rather lonely on her own, and encourages him over his fear that he wasn't improving.
    • When she learns his backstory, Itsuka expresses sympathy over Izuku's predicament and outrage that he was being bullied, and moves from her spot on one seat to sit right beside him and comfort him. She then tells him that she had been curious about what his deal was, and makes it clear that she does appreciate what he said to comfort her last chapter.
    • When she promises to beat up any bully that comes after him, Izuku ends up laughing. Itsuka notes that she really likes his smile.
    • At the end of the night, Itsuka tells Izuku that the two of them are friends when he asks and that she is looking forward to working with him on the beach. The narration points out that both Izuku and Itsuka walk away with huge grins on their faces.
  • Ochako's concern over Izuku's battered state, especially how conflicted she is over how much she's allowed to butt in on his problems, and clearly wants to respect his privacy despite her worry. After gentle encouragement from her parents and Hisashi, Ochako confronts Izuku at the beach over it, and after a slight misunderstanding with Itsuka, is brought in on the secret. Afterwards, Izuku sincerely apologizes for worrying her and both of them share a big hug, after which Izuku goes to All Might and asks if Ochako could train on the beach with them.
    • Miwa and Taiyo make it clear, once Ochako has left, that they are aware that their daughter and Izuku are head over heels for each other, and it's obvious that both of them are more than happy with the prospect of them getting together.
    • Speaking of Ochako's parents, they both show equal concern for Izuku as well, with Taiyo planning on taking Izuku out to ask him if anything was wrong, and Miwa planning a Crocodile Tears situation to get Izuku to open up with her.
  • Setsuna and Yui invite Izuku and Ochako to hang out with them and Itsuka during their girls' night, wanting to get to know their best friend's training partners better and invite Eijirou as well to make sure Izuku doesn't feel uncomfortable. The night is a rousing success, with Izuku and Eijirou becoming friends and Ochako getting Setsuna and Yui as friends as well.
    • During Setsuna and Yui's dramatics on the beach, Itsuka pretends to be huffy, but it's clear that she's amused by Setsuna's antics, and does give them a sincere apology when it looked like she was neglecting them. The two girls, for their part, make it clear that they didn't mind Itsuka being absent.
    • Itsuka and Ochako share a bed, and both of them giggle over stories about Izuku while referring to him as "Our weirdo." They even end up having a Sleep Cute moment.
  • Just the fact that in this universe, Tenko Shimura was able to get the help he needed to prevent him from going down the path of villainy. Add to the fact that it was All Might who found him, and guided him to a better path.
    • Just the fact that in this universe, All Might and Gran Torino managed to prevent Nana's legacy from being tarnished by All for One, especially with Tenko following his grandmother's footsteps to becoming a hero.
    • Tenko's backstory is as bleak as it was in canon, with one major difference - Hana didn't go outside to apologize to him, being ordered to stay inside by her father, and when Tenko's Quirk went out of control she lost her legs. Seems to be a Tearjerker - until it's revealed that Hana survived, and once she and Tenko reunited, they mended bridges. In the present day, Hana is living with Tenko, and he even adds that he has to leave the apartment whenever her boyfriend comes around so they could have some alone time, meaning that, despite Hana losing her legs and being stuck in a wheelchair, she's living life to the fullest.
  • Tenko's advice for Izuku using his Quirk? Imagine someone he cares for dearly in danger, and the only way to save them is to use it. Izuku ends up managing to use his Quirk after imagining himself stopping Ochako from getting crushed under a car.
    • This gets a huge callback in Chapter 16, with Hood crushing Ochako to death. Izuku barely manages to wake up, sees Ochako in danger - and doesn't hesitate to pour all his power into Hood to get him off, with Ochako noting that Izuku looked angrier than she had ever seen him.
  • During the New Year's Eve party, Teko, Itsuka's grandfather and their Stern Teacher, picks up on Izuku and Ochako's lingering doubts and insecurities about the upcoming entrance exam, and takes a moment to comfort them, affirming their strengths and (behind his gruff exterior) stating that he knew that they would be able to pass. Both Izuku and Ochako are surprised by the show of compassion from the man.
  • All Might, wanting to make sure that Izuku succeeds, ends up reaching out to David and Melissa Shield to see if he could commission a support item, with Melissa putting aside a few of her projects to work on it in the short time they have because it sounded as though Izuku needed help.
  • During the entrance exam, it at first appears that Izuku would be on his own while Ochako and Itsuka got to team up. However, soon enough he ends up picking up a companion — Nejire Hadou, who grows fascinated by Izuku's Quirk and ends up following him around. The two then begin to form a solid pairing, working together to destroy the zero-pointer, and when it appeared that they were about to crash into the ground, Izuku prepared to perform a Heroic Sacrifice by shielding her body with his own, although Hound Dog thankfully jumped in to save him. Nevertheless, Nejire is last seen staring at Izuku in wonder, having clearly made an impression on her.
  • The Trio's first day at school is full of heartwarming moments despite Aizawa's unexpected test, in that Izuku and Ochako finally get to meet and make new friends, something that they were not able to do before due to the oppressive atmosphere of Aldera.
  • The first battle trial has Izuku facing off against Ochako and Itsuka. Despite all three of them clearly having reservations about facing each other, they still give each other comforting looks when they notice the other clearly uncomfortable, and Nejire also takes the time to comfort Izuku over his own issues using his Quirk against his friends.
    • Itsuka and Izuku's battle, as well, as it's clear that rather than being in conflict or angry with each other, both of them are just having fun sparring in a situation one of them doesn't have to hold back. And when she realizes that Izuku isn't using his Quirk against her, Itsuka doesn't take any offense and immediately understands.
    • While Ochako and Nejire are struggling midair, they both end up hitting their heads against the wall. They both agree to take a time out while inspecting the damage and asking the other if they were all right.
  • Being drowned in the downpour zone by the Trigger henchmen, Nejire has a moment to panic and begins to believe that she's about to die - but when she thinks of Izuku, Nejire finds herself gain the will to live, and push the villains back with her full power. It's all but said that this was Nejire's Love Epiphany for Izuku.
No. No, she couldn't die here. She wasn't going to die here. She still needed to be bridal carried. She still needed to visit the beach with all her friends. She still had so much she wanted to do. She went her whole life with only Yuuyu for a friend, and when she finally made a bunch of cool new ones, what, she was going to die and leave them because stupid shark villains killed her?! No! She was going to hang out with them all the time! They were going to have so much fun! She was going to talk and laugh and play with them, ask Itsuka how big her hands could grow, how long Ochako could float something, how fast Tenya could run! How little Yui could shrink something, how many body parts Setsuna could split apart! She was going … she was going to ask Izuku to hug her! And not some little tiny 'yay' hug, a big long one! She wanted him to hug her! She thought that would be nice! Hold his hand, jump in his arms! Yep, sorry, Mezo, his arms looked nice and comfy, but it was going to be Izuku to give her a bridal carry!
  • After narrowing escaping Chimera's trap in the mountain zone, destroying one of the mountains, and barely making it out of there in one piece, Itsuka and Ochako take one moment to breathe before Itsuka initiates a Big Damn Kiss, and Ochako, after a moment of shock, kisses back almost right away.
  • After barely managing to get out of the USJ alive, both Detective Tsukauchi and Tensei Iida take the time to comfort the clearly traumatized UA students, getting them back to their classroom and gently asking them questions about the Villain Consortium. Tensei's sheer Nice Guy attitude endears him greatly to the students.
  • When Class 1-A are clearly moping and in shock over what happened, Nejire comes in and immediately breaks the ice with her usual eccentrics. This breaks them out of their moods, as after Katsuki leaves with his "The Reason You Suck" Speech, they all comfort each other and start heading out in much better moods than when they came in.
  • All of the moments where the students comfort each other, with Ship Tease galore:
    • Fumikage takes a moment to apologize to Reiko for losing control of Dark Shadow and injuring her, with Dark Shadow likewise guilty. Reiko pretty much immediately forgives him and asks him to walk her to the train station while discussing potential manga she could read.
    • Both Mezo and Pony comfort each other over their feelings of guilt about Izuku's condition, with neither of them accepting each other blaming themselves. After this, Pony apologizes for making Mezo uncomfortable during their battle trial and states her intention to get over her phobia to become friends with him.
    • When Yui hurries away from him, Tenya quickly catches up and apologizes for whatever he may have done to make her uncomfortable. Realizing that she couldn't tell him that it wasn't his fault for her behavior, Yui admits to him that she finds him attractive, but will not ask him out. Despite this, both of them clearly warm up to each other, and Tenya volunteers to walk her to the train station, with both of them sporting a Luminescent Blush.
    • Hanta finds Setsuna huddled alone by herself, and after some prodding, Setsuna admits her Sad Clown tendencies are due to her feelings of uselessness and borderline imposter syndrome. With that, Hanta gives her a much-needed You Are Better Than You Think You Are speech, which ends with Setsuna hugging him, and asking for his number to be able to text him. With the Flash Forward implying they are in a relationship, it's clear that this is the start of their mutual infatuation.
  • Both Chapters 18 and 19 are this, as Izuku, Ochako, and Itsuka properly reunite for the first time since Kurogiri warped them all away during the USJ Invasion. Izuku, normally nervous around being touched by girls other than Ochako, doesn't hesitate to embrace Itsuka when she's overcome in emotion; going home, they all decide to stay together in the same bed and wake up the following morning in an adorable cuddle pile; and when they're alone, Itsuka finally tells them about One for All and is relieved than they believe and accept her. It's also the first time that Itsuka makes it clear that she cares deeply about both of them, which flutters all three of them, and they spend the rest of the day just hanging out and being teenagers.
  • Also in Chapter 18, both Ochako and Itsuka try to talk about their kiss. Both of them are flustered and giggly about it, and it's implied that if they hadn't been interrupted by Ochako remembering Itsuka's arm glowing, she might have confessed that she enjoyed the kiss.
  • Class 1-A officially gets a group chat, and everyone is very quick to check up on Izuku and be relieved that he was all right. Momo even asks if it would be all right for her to come over to Itsuka's house to check up on him herself (a very kind gesture for someone who just met him), and Itsuka has to, unfortunately, refuse Momo, Tenya, Eijirou, Pony, and Nejire from visiting because it would make too much noise — otherwise, she would've been delighted to have them over.
    • It's mentioned that Hanta ended up having dinner with Setsuna's family, and Sera, her younger sister, grows attached pretty quickly.
  • Izuku and Tenko's chat after what happened at the USJ. Izuku is clearly hesitant to talk about his feelings, so Tenko warms him up by casually talking to him about their weekends, and talking about their hobbies. And when they do have to talk about the USJ, Tenko doesn't push very hard to get answers, and shows an honest interest in helping Izuku overcome his mental barriers surrounding his Quirk - and to do that, at the end of the chapter, he ends up recruiting Mirio to help.
  • Nejire ends up having a moment alone to think about her feelings for Izuku. It's pretty clear that she's fallen pretty hard for him, evident by her adorable gushing of him, but it's also made clear that by befriending him, she's ended up in a much better place than she was in before high school - with a much bigger support group of friends. And she's more than interested in exploring her feelings for Izuku as well...
  • Chapter 21 has Izuku realize the implications of helping All Might with his prank, with Izuku having to hang limply from his grasp, which would force Ochako and Itsuka to relive what they went through during the USJ. Unwilling to let them go through that again purposefully, Izuku ends up going against All Might slightly by telling the girls when they had a moment alone, with both Itsuka and Ochako grateful that he thought of them. And All Might, once he finds out that Izuku spoiled the surprise, hears him out and understands.
    • There's also Mirio and Izuku's interactions in this chapter. Mirio is very supportive of Izuku and offers to help train him with his Quirk.
  • All of Izuku and Nejire's date in Chapter 22. Other than Izuku being awkward on a beach and seeing Nejire's swimsuit, both of them get along like a beach on fire, especially when Nejire confesses to him her own past of being an outcast at her middle school. Izuku realizes that both of them are Birds of a Feather, and returns her sentiment of wanting to get to know her better.
    • There's also when Nejire realizes that she went too far with teasing when asking if Izuku checked her out, apologizing earnestly to him. And when Izuku later admits that he did check her out, Nejire is delighted.
  • Chapter 23 has Izuku, Itsuka, Ochako, and Nejire meeting Eri. When the chapter isn't a tearjerker, it's especially this. It's not hard to see why Eri in the Flash Forward loves her parents so much.
    • Itsuka is extremely gentle with Eri, obeying her wishes to not go to the police or the hospital due to Eri's terror, and other than lightly suggesting it, does not push the subject. She also brings Eri to her home and introduces her to her parents and her dog, who takes a liking to her almost immediately.
    • Ochako also very quickly warms up to Eri, taking one look at her ragged and Broken Bird state and immediately feeling a deep worry for her. She gently introduces herself and Itsuka to the little girl and even suggests Eri to call her by their nicknames to make it easy for her.
    • Nejire also takes a liking to Eri pretty much at once, sitting with her when Izuku, Ochako, and Itsuka go off to talk about what to do without question and works to keep her normal Chatter Box behavior under control. And when it comes time for everyone to go home, she is hesitant to leave because she knows that Eri would worry about where the people who saved her went.
    • Izuku, despite his own admittance that he has no experience with little kids, make sure to assure Eri when she finds out that he, Ochako, and Nejire will have to leave eventually that they won't leave her forever, and points out that he'll come to say hello every day if he had to, and expresses a desire to have Eri visit him at his own home. This actually prompts Eri to hug him, being the first physical contact that she willingly initiates, and Izuku, after a moment of hesitation, hugs her back and takes her out to make breakfast.
    • Both Tenohira and Hakushu also deserve a bit of credit - when their daughter brings in an obviously ragged and scared little girl into their home, both of them do not question it, and seeing Eri in her messy and bandaged state prompt both of them to move in and take care of her, Tenohira taking her to the bath to get cleaned up and Hakushu going to the guest room to get it ready for her to stay in. And when Aizawa and Midnight bring up the possibility of Eri going to a foster home or being under police supervision, both Kendou parents don't hesitate to offer to let Eri stay with them for the time being.
    • Aizawa, Midnight, and Recovery Girl are also extremely patient with Eri, with Recovery Girl rewarding Eri during her checkup with candy, Midnight staying beside her to comfort her, and Aizawa being unusually calm and soft with her.
  • After Itsuka is reprimanded by her grandfather for her rash action of taking Eri, Tenohira privately comforts her daughter, assuring her that she was still on her side and is proud of her for saving Eri.
  • Chapter 24 has Itsuka, after several chapters of trying to push down her feelings, finally admit to herself that she had fallen in love with Izuku after seeing him passionately defend her from Nighteye when he revealed that Mirio was supposed to be All Might's successor.
    • The reason for Itsuka's Love Epiphany is also notable - Izuku's initially nervous to see Nighteye, but the moment the pro hero indicates that he's looking for Itsuka, Izuku swallows his fear and stands up for her. And when Nighteye attempts to sway Izuku into thinking of Mirio as the proper successor, Izuku, while initially shaken, still sticks to his guns and gives Nighteye a "The Reason You Suck" Speech, calling him out on dismissing Itsuka and actually calls her by her first name for the first time. Once Nighteye leaves, Izuku goes into a panic for making an enemy out of a pro hero, but it's made clear that he doesn't regret standing up for her.
    • Speaking of Mirio, he actually spends some time opening up to the trio about his quirk, and gives them general advice on how to understand their own quirks.
  • Izuku and Ochako's moment alone in the forest during the second round of the sports festival. After Izuku expresses nervousness about giving the group his idea, Ochako comforts him by reminding him of why she calls him 'Deku' - because he can do it. They then share a hug which both of them realize is much different than their usual embraces, making it clear that both of them are starting to realize their feelings towards each other. Too bad that Mei ends up interrupting them.
  • During their argument about Izuku, Ochako mentions her body issues accidentally, and the argument completely ceases. Itsuka actually drops the supject altogether in order to comfort her friend, and Ochako, after revealing that she and Himiko kissed, ends up confessing to Itsuka that she enjoyed *their* kiss much more. This prompts the two girls to get up and kiss again, and makes it clear that they both are now going through a Love Epiphany with each other - even if the kiss ended up being bittersweet, anyway.
  • Nejire supporting Itsuka's crush on Izuku. While Itsuka is taken aback by Nejire's proclamation, Nejire shows no sign of jealousy or possessiveness for Izuku, and encourages Itsuka to embrace her feelings. This prompts Itsuka to sit down and talk out her feelings with Nejire, and ends up giving them a proper start to their friendship.
  • After a pep talk with his mom, Izuku ends up deciding that enough is enough, and summons Ochako and Itsuka to have a small talk about their awkwardness. Izuku gives them both a speech about how afraid he was of their relationships deteriorating, but makes it clear that he doesn't want that to happen, to the point of doing a Freudian Slip and calling them 'his girls'. Both Ochako and Itsuka, while clearly embarrassed, don't get offended, and instead, they all agree to have a sit down and talk about their relationship.
    • From here, it's clear that the 'pining' part of their three-way relationship is over. Itsuka, perhaps due to her talk with Nejire, ends up becoming far more physically affectionate with Izuku and Ochako, giving them long hugs and becoming brave enough to even kiss both their cheeks before their match with Katsuki and Fumikage.
  • Ochako ends up Taking the Bullet for Izuku by jumping in the way of Katsuki's Howitzer Impact, knocking her out. Itsuka ends up being the first one out in the field to make sure she's okay once it's clear what happened, and then it's Izuku's turn to become a Violently Protective Boyfriend by attacking Katsuki in renewed anger.
  • Despite the seriousness of the moment, it's heartwarming to see Pop Step act as a Big Sister Mentor to Ippan Josei, comforting her when she gets nervous and telling her that she's doing a great job working with the vigilantes.
    • It's also implied that, rather than the ambiguity of their canon selves, Gentle and La Brava are in a far more open and communicative relationship, with Gentle reassuring La Brava without any fanfare that he loved her when La Brava suspected him galavanting out with Ippan during their adventure.
  • While it's undercut by All Might and Class 1A interrupting, Itsuka makes it clear, on no uncertain terms, that she, Ochako and Izuku are going on what is essentially a date after the sports festival, and mentions going to the very same beach they all met to have it. Not a bad place for a first date.
  • All Might comforting Izuku after learning about his cellular degeneration. The Number One Hero makes it clear that, even if Izuku isn't his successor in this universe, he will be fighting as hard as he can to find a solution for him.
  • When Shouto begins to have a breakdown over his Repressed Memories, Itsuka is quick to stop the match and their rivalry altogether to get him to just sit down. And once Shouto remembers his own past and realizes how much of a fool he'd been, he begins treating Itsuka and Nejire with far more respect, and ends up conceding in their match as he can't go on. Itsuka, for her part, ends up offering Shouto a hand up, and he raises it into the air to celebrate their victory, meaning that Defeat Means Friendship is in full effect even in this alternate universe.
  • Nejire confessing her feelings for Itsuka in Chapter 34 with a First Kiss, and later expressing her happiness that it got to be with Itsuka. Itsuka, for her part, is confused but still reciprocates the kiss, and Nejire makes it clear that she doesn't have to answer her until she's sorted her feelings for Izuku and Ochako out. Still though, there's no indication that Itsuka is going to reject Nejire, instead reacting with genuine fluster to Nejire's subtle flirting.
  • With Daikoku arriving to confront Momo on whether or not she apologized to Shouto, the boy himself steps in and takes the blame for what happened, and ends up inviting himself and Endeavor to the Yaoyorozus to help keep the fire off of Momo.
    • Surprisingly enough, Endeavor goes along without question, suggesting that he considers Momo a Morality Pet.
    • Yukiri, for her part, shows that she at least has a good relationship with Momo, happily congratulating her even if her daughter conceded the match and praises her for doing a fantastic job.
  • Izuku's Love Epiphany for Ochako in Chapter 34. After the two of them start hugging in the very same spot Izuku saved her from Katsuki when they were children, Izuku slowly pieces everything together, and after a moment where they have a Held Gaze, Izuku finally decides to kiss her after realizing his feelings for her. While it's undercut by Ochako grabbing Izuku's butt, it's clear that they have both crossed the threshold from simply being friends to being something more.
  • Chapter 35:
    • An understated scene has Hisashi unintentionally asking Midnight out on a date. Rather than try to talk him down or reject him, Midnight is genuinely caught off guard and flustered by his asking her out, and rather enthusiastically accepts, running off to get changed in excitement. Hisashi also deserves a bit of credit, seeing as he didn't mean to ask her out and wanted her to have a chance to relax after the harsh day she had. And if the next chapter's scene of Hisashi returning home is any indication, the date was rather successful - and the Flash Forward confirming it ended up being a case of Happily Married.
    • Ochako ends up accidentally answering Melissa's message, and the talk between them has Ochako eventually open up to her about her body issues. Melissa, rather than assure Ochako that she was beautiful like Himiko and Itsuka did, instead sympathizes with her, revealing her own previous body issues and advising Ochako on how to make herself feel prettier. The end of the conversation ends with the two girls' friendship strengthened by the talk, in a similar manner to Izuku and Nejire's relationship in Chapter 22.
      • Melissa is also revealed to be coming to Japan to transfer schools to UA. After Melissa's loneliness over the years, it's heartwarming to know that she'll be with the first friends she had in a while.
      • The conversation of Ochako admitting that she kissed Izuku also helps to calm her down, with Melissa's reactions helping Ochako stop freaking out.
    • When coming back to the vigilantes, we get to see Leader, a.k.a. Oboro Shirakumo, put his Papa Wolf tendencies to work, calming down the vigilantes from their arguments and assuring them that they still got away relatively scott free, before asking Ippan if she needed to go home and being rather gentle with her. It's not hard to see how Shirakumo is considered the Big Good of the vigilantes, even if they still insult him - it's clear that he earned their trust and respect.
  • Chapter 36 - the Grand Finale of the Clover Rising three-parter, and the long awaited Relationship Upgrade.
    • After ending up in bed with Izuku after tripping, Itsuka ends up talking more to Izuku about his feelings for Ochako. When presented with a moment where she could act as a Shipper on Deck and effectively ruin her chances, Itsuka ultimately chooses to take the risk and confesses her feelings, with moonlight coming in through the window to up the romance. The scene eventually ends in a Big Damn Kiss, but rather than stop and have Izuku embarrassingly slink off, Itsuka is instead invigorated by the kiss and goes to wake up Ochako.
    • There's also the small fact that Itsuka chose the same beach they all trained on to do their confession. It was the first place she met them, and wants it to be the same place they take the next step in their relationship.
    • Ochako eventually comes clean about her body issues to Izuku, explaining to him why she hid it and why she felt the way she did. Izuku, for his part, is horrified and saddened by her insistance to hide this, and gets over his fluster around her to give her a hug, assuring her that he wished that he had known so he could have done more to make her feel better about herself.
    • The scene eventually climaxes into the three-way mutual Love Confession, with Izuku, Ochako and Itsuka telling each other about their feelings for each other and why they felt the same way. By the end of the conversation, all three of them are lighter and happier than they had been during the entire Sports Festival arc. It eventually culminates in their decision to begin dating each other - they all admit that it would be harder than they're anticipating, and they'll run into problems, but at least they'll run into them together.
  • The second Flash Forward reveals that Class 1A, 1B and their friends all live in the same suburbia named 'New Heights Alliance', where they can all raise families and stay close by in their own private neighborhood, with Eijirou and Mina mentioned to have several kids of their own. Eri is also shown to be close with the members of Class 1B as well, with her stopping by Toru and Mashiro to feel the invisible woman's baby bump.
  • There's also the reveal of the fourth member of Team Clover, and the fourth member of the poly - Melissa. Her interactions with Izuku are adorable, with Izuku carrying her into the home when she's tired from the flight to Japan, to their playfully messing around on the couch and chatting about their days. When Ochako and Itsuka get home, Melissa also hops up to greet them, making it clear that she's an active member of their family despite working in America, and they all enjoy their time together.
    • There's also the reveal that Ochako is pregnant with the poly's first child, and the girls of the group are debating on how to tell Izuku.
