The following is a list of characters in Disney Heroes: Battle Mode. Befitting a crossover of the greatest that Disney has to offer, there's quite a lot of them.

    open/close all folders

From Wreck-It Ralph & Ralph Breaks the Internet

Wreck-It Ralph

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ralphdh.png
"I am bad, and that's good! I will never be good, and that's not bad! There is no-one I'd rather be... than me."

The designated "bad guy" of Fix-It Felix Jr. After realizing he didn't want to be a bad guy anymore, he set out to prove his worth by gaining a medal in another game, which led to an adventure beyond what he could have imagined.

Ralph is a Tank hero who specializes in dishing out attacks. His skills mainly revolve around both attacking, and making sure he stays in the fight long enough to keep the attacks coming.

Vanellope von Schweetz

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/vanellopedh.png
"Tut, tut. As your merciful princess, I hereby decree that everyone who was ever mean to be shall be... executed."

The main star of the candy-coated racing game Sugar Rush. Initially viewing herself as a glitch in the system, after teaming up with Ralph, her true identity as the game's Princess was soon revealed... only for her to reject it and make herself President of the land instead.

Vanellope is a Damage hero who normally keeps at a safe distance in the back of the fight. However, she can also use her glitching powers to go in and out of the fray with a tough attack.

Fix-It Felix Jr.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcsc1do_bea7e676_3695_4394_8b99_63ff8b8ac7f0.png
"WHY DO I FIX EVERYTHING I TOUCH?!"

The good guy and eponymous character of Fix-It Felix Jr. Even though his in-game job is to oppose Ralph, the two are actually close friends. He also became extremely close with Sergeant Calhoun, to the point of marrying her soon after they met.

Despite his small frame, Felix is actually a Tank hero, utilizing his magic hammer to heal both himself and his allies. Though it might not sound like much, in the right hands, a team with Felix on it could very easily trounce most opponents without losing a single hero.

Sergeant Jane Calhoun

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/calhoundh.png
"This is it, ladies! The kitty whispers and tickle fights end now!"

The tough and brash leader of the army the player becomes part of in the First-Person Shooter Hero's Duty. Her in-game objective: destroy all Cy-Bugs. However, her gruff attitude belies both a haunting backstory and a surprising level of kindness, almost exclusively shown only when her husband Felix is involved.

Calhoun is a Damage hero. Her preferred method of attack is to fire from afar with her wide weaponry, supporting her allies without risking unnecessary injury.

Shank

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shankdh.png
"Well, well, well... Who are you?"

The bad guy of the mobile racing game Slaughter Race. Despite her position, she's actually a rather nice lady, both to her crew and in general. She became fast friends with Vanellope when she and Ralph stumbled across her game, though the latter has yet to properly warm up to her.

Shank is a Tank hero who focuses on hand-to-hand combat against the creeps. But when she has to (or when she thinks it would look cool), she'll bring out her car to run over the real bad guys.

    From The Incredibles

Mr. Incredible

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcrdcl3_bdf0dc84_d97d_4615_bba5_95a9f50fbd02_4.png
"No matter how many times you save the world, it always manages to get back in jeopardy again. Sometimes I just want it to stay saved!"

A super with the power of incredible strength, real name: Bob Parr. After saving a man who didn't want saving, his actions led to all supers being forced to retire. However, when a mysterious woman offers him a chance to relive his glory days, he dons the suit once more for a mission that becomes more than he was expecting.

Mr. Incredible is a Tank hero who prefers to punch his foes to bits. All of his moves involve him physically attacking his enemies, save for his Blue skill, which just lets him punch faster.

Elastigirl

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcrdc44_af2c9189_d9e5_4cc0_a3a8_8d6b7df0c889.png
"I think you need to be a bit more flexible."

A super with the power to stretch her body to normally impossible lengths, real name: Helen Parr. After finding out about her husband's secret missions and helping to take down the villain responsible for many supers' deaths, Elastigirl returned to crimefighting along with the rest of the family, in spite of supers still being outlawed. However, when some eccentric billionaire hero fanatics propose bringing supers back into a positive light, Helen is the one chosen to return to the hero scene.

Elastigirl is a Damage hero, dishing out huge hits with her stretchy powers while staying just out of reach of most creeps' attacks. Whether it's a direct punch or a sneakier surprise attack from below, she's got just the trick to defeat whatever foe stands in her way.

Frozone

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcsc1dv_f5b06e63_8ec2_40b3_b7b8_8601443db9e6_8.png
"We look like bad guys. Incompetent bad guys!"

A super with the power to produce ice, real name: Lucius Best. Originally one of the most well-known and beloved supers, he was outlawed like all supers after Mr. Incredible saved someone who didn't want saving. However, when the city was in danger from a giant robot, he came out of retirement (whether the government liked it or not) to help the Incredibles defeat it, paving the way for supers to be appreciated again.

Frozone is a Control hero, utilizing his ice powers in multiple different ways. He can simply attack with it, of course, but he can also freeze his foes in place to make sure they can't get away from him or fight back against him.

Dash Parr

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/disney_heroes_battle_mode__dash_by_zacktv321_dcrdc3p_fullview.png
"We're dead! We're dead! We survived but we're dead!"

The middle child of the Incredibles family with the power of super speed. Though a prankster and pretty full of himself, when a situation calls for him to be daring, he'll put his all into making things alright. He can butt heads with Violet, but overall, he's a budding hero who will always dash into the fray for his family.

Dash is a Damage hero. His strategy is pretty much "get in, punch them a lot, then get back out." When used effectively, this strategy can spell doom for any creeps in his way.

Violet Parr

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/disney_heroes_battle_mode__violet_by_zacktv321_dcsc4kc_pre.png
[[caption-width-right:974:"Normal? What do you know about 'normal'? What does anyone in this family know about 'normal'? We act normal, Mom; I want to be normal!"]]

The oldest child and only daughter of the Incredibles family with the powers to make force fields and turn invisible. Initially incredibly reserved and unable to get a sentence out, but once she got out and did her own hero work, she gained the confidence she needed in her civilian life.

Violet is a Support hero. Even though she does attack, she also protects her allies with force field shields, and turns invisible to avoid being detected by the enemy.

Jack-Jack Parr

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcrdc50_aaca67fd_0d80_4aa8_866f_3878e76d7e64.png
"Giggle."

The youngest member of the Incredibles family, capable of multiple different superpowers, such as shapeshifting, firing lasers from his eyes, and teleporting. Because he's still just a baby, he doesn't have full control of his powers, so it can be a hassle for the rest of the family to take care of him. But when he senses danger befalling upon him or his family, he puts his all into whatever power he uses to get the job done.

Jack-Jack is a Damage hero with some unorthodox attacking methods. His powers come in handy in keeping the creeps at bay, particularly when he utilizes his shapeshifting abilities to full effect with moves like his White and Blue skills.

Syndrome

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2144_9.jpeg
"And just when all hope is lost, Syndrome will save the day! I'll be a bigger hero than you ever were!"

Once a fan of supers, particularly Mr. Incredible, Buddy Pine was stricken with disappointment and resentment when Mr. Incredible refused to let him be his sidekick under the name "Incrediboy". Angry, he took his surprising genius and warped it into a life of crime, becoming the villain Syndrome. His plan: create Omnidroids with enough power to eliminate every single super in the world, then swoop in, defeat his own creation, become a hero himself, and sell his inventions to let everyone else enjoy superpowers, thus meaning powers wouldn't be super anymore.

Syndrome is a Control hero, utilizing his many inventions for attacks, including his hover boots, drones that scan his enemies before self-destructing, and his gauntlets that can fire zero-point energy to freeze creeps in place and keep them from gaining energy.

The Underminer

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2145_4.jpeg
"Behold, the Underminer! I'm always beneath you, but nothing is beneath me!"

Voyd

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2146_0.jpeg
"Come on, get yourself together, Karen."

    From Zootopia

Judy Hopps

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2147.png
"Real life is messy. We all have limitations, we all make mistakes, which means - hey, glass half full! - we all have a lot in common."

The first ever rabbit officer at the Zootopia Police Department. Despite being ostracized for her lack of size, she takes everything in stride and is always willing to stay positive in a bad situation. When a missing mammal case turns out to be something way more, she ends up becoming a hero to Zootopia, only for her to temporarily leave her post when she realizes she didn't uphold her true duty.

Judy is a Support hero, utilizing the kickboxing skills she learned at the police academy to the fullest. While very powerful in the fighting department, she also helps the team by "inspiring" them, making them perform better as a result.

Nick Wilde

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2148.png
"I know everybody. And I also know that somewhere there's a toy store missing its stuffed animals. So why don't you just get back into your box?"

A con artist fox who claims to know just about everyone in Zootopia. After hustling Judy into believing he was a Good Samaritan, he later got hustled himself by her into being forced to help her on a huge missing mammal case. Over the course of the case, the two would realize they had way more in common that previously thought, and a genuine friendship between the two starts to form.

Nick is a Damage hero who uses his charm to benefit the team. On top of wielding his trademarked Pawpsicles for varied attack styles, he also has the ability to charm his enemies to the point of making them fight on his side for a short time.

Chief Bogo

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2149_0.png
"Life isn't some cartoon musical where you sing a little song and all your insipid dreams magically come true! So Let... It... Go."

The chief of the Zootopia Police Department. He's big, he's strong, and he refuses to show his soft side to anybody, appearing as a tough individual no matter what. That isn't to say he's devoid of emotion, he just doesn't like to show it all that much.

Chief Bogo is a Tank hero. He wields a huge riot shield in battle, and uses it both for offense and defense. He also wields flashbang grenades for the purpose of disorienting enemies.

Finnick

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2150.png
"Small mammal, big heart, baby."

Nick Wilde's partner in the art of conning, Finnick is a fennec fox who usually plays a child of sorts in their schemes. He's got a short temper to match his short stature, and is more than willing to get a good laugh at Nick's expense, regardless of how often they team up.

Finnick is a Control hero. Coming into battle with a Jumbo Pop, he fights by whacking the thing on the ground, both to attack with it directly and to slow the opponents down with goo from the pop. He also utilizes his van by removing controlling it so that it runs his enemies over.

Yax

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2151.png
"Yeah, some mammals say the naturalist's life is weird. But you know what I say is weird? Clothes on animals!"

The owner of a naturist club called Mystic Springs Oasis, whose inhabitants embrace the idea of not wearing clothing in an era where most mammals have decided that's weird. He enjoys meditating and is smarter than he believes, usually chalking up the insights he has to being something his friend Nangi said.

Yax is a Support hero, maintaining a meditative stance for the entire fight (and somehow floating as he does). He utilizes both his calm mind and his lack of proper hygiene to help his friends and hinder his foes.

Clawhauser

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2153.jpeg
"Are you familiar with Gazelle, greatest singer of our lifetime, angel with horns?"

The front desk receptionist for the ZPD, and one of the only mammals on the force who was friendly to Judy when she first signed on. He also acts as a radio dispatcher, effectively making him Bogo's unofficial partner. He loves two things above all else: donuts, and the pop sensation Gazelle, who Clawhauser seemingly can't go five minutes without mentioning to somebody.

Mr. Big and Koslov

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2157.jpeg
"We may be evolved, but deep down we are still animals."

Mr. Big is an arctic shrew ironically known as the most ruthless crime boss in Tundratown, if not all of Zootopia. A self-made millionaire, he used to have a partnership with Nick Wilde, but that was short-lived as Nick ended up selling Mr. Big a rug made from a skunk's butt which killed Big's Grandmama. So, when Nick met Big again alongside Judy, he was all ready to "ice" the two, but he ended up changing his tune after learning Judy had saved his daughter's life earlier that day. Mr. Big is never seen anywhere without his polar bear bodyguards, especially his trusted personal escort named Koslov.

Bellwether

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2159.jpeg
"Underestimated, underappreciated. Aren't you sick of it?"

Dawn Bellwether is a sheep who used to be the assistant mayor of Zootopia's Mayor Leodore Lionheart. Resenting the fact that small prey mammals like herself were always looked down upon by the bigger species, she hatched a plan to put all prey at the top of the ladder of power. She hired goons to extract the essence from Night Howler plants and place it in tranq guns that caused the target to go "savage", reverting to their original instincts. With predators being seen as monsters, Bellwether was promoted to mayor, and proudly basked in the glory of her plan... until a certain bunny returned to town to ruin everything.

Flash

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2161.jpeg
"I am... on... break.

A sloth who works at Zootopia's DMV, and who has a past relationship with Nick Wilde. He's supposedly the fastest sloth in the world, but as one would expect from such a low bar, that doesn't mean he's actually fast. In fact, the difference in speed between him and a normal sloth is, to Judy's chagrin, almost negligible... unless he's behind the wheel.

    From Toy Story

Sheriff Woody

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2172_79.jpeg
"I'd like to join your posse, boys, but first I'm gonna sing a little song."

The favorite toy of Andy Davis and the star of an old television show called Woody's Round-Up. He fancies himself the leader of his group of fellow toys, always sticking his neck out to help those in need, whether they've been chucked out a window, put in a garage sale, trapped inside a daycare center, or locked within an old antique shop.

Woody is a Support hero. He isn't the most powerful attacker, instead lassoing foes closer to him and empowering himself and his allies to attack harder and faster.

Buzz Lightyear

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2163.png
"To infinity, and beyond!"

A space ranger toy and Woody's closest friend. Though initially under the belief that he was a real space ranger, a run-in with local crazy kid Sid Phillips made him learn the truth, and sub-sequentially changed his life for the better once he escaped. Now he's one of the most resourceful members of the group of toys, equipped with laser action and wings that don't let him fly, but do allow for "falling with style".

Buzz is a Damage hero, now equipped with lasers that actually work. He attacks with relentless force, keeping his foes in place with an anti-gravity bubble and blasting them from above while falling with style.

Jessie

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2173.jpeg
"Jessie doesn't give up, Jessie finds a way."

A yodeling cowgirl doll who was part of the Woody's Round-Up show back in the day. She's energetic, perky, and always up for an adventure. But she also suffers abandonment issues stemming from the last owner she was separated from. Thankfully, she has little reason to worry now with so many friends by her side.

Jessie is a Damage hero who uses her favorite skills in battle: yodeling and dancing. Goofy as that may sound, it's actually quite powerful, especially when paired with someone who can protect her when she slams herself into the middle of the enemy line.

Rex

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2165.png
"Oh, I'm going for fearsome here, but I just don't feel it! I think I'm just coming off as annoying."

A plastic Tyrannosaurus rex toy riddled with anxiety due to not being intimidating enough the play the role properly. He's timid, cautious, and prone to apologizing for things that weren't his fault, but when the situation calls for it, he can actually show a surprising amount of bravery. He's also pretty good at video games.

Rex, befitting his size, is a Tank hero. Though cowardly, he manages to his wait, even most of he really does is shield his friends and damage opponents through panicking. He does also do some actual attacks, though, which are powerful in their own right.

Emperor Zurg

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcsc1dg_628d53a9_601c_4ae4_b996_e36854c3e7d3_6.png
"So we meet again, Buzz Lightyear, for the last time!"

The antagonist of the Buzz Lightyear line of merchandise, Zurg is an intergalactic warlord bent on dominating the galaxy. He's also Buzz Lightyear's father, but despite that, he shows on qualms with attempting to destroy his son on a constant basis.

Zurg is a Damage hero, utilizing his trademark Ion Blaster to decimate his opponents. His mere voice can scare his foes, and he is certainly not above tricks to get the upper hand, such as openly stealing the enemy's energy.

Bo Peep

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2174_5.jpeg
"You're cute when you care."

A porcelain lamp who was in love with Woody. Though they seemed inseparable, the day came when Bo Peep was sold off. Many years later, however, the two would reunite at a carnival, with Bo being revealed to now find lost toys and help them find new owners, happy with this role and fine with not having an owner herself.

Bo Peep, against all odds, is actually a Tank hero. On top of dealing massive damage, she can also utilize her staff to block enemy projectiles and is even able to counter direct melee hits. And of course, it goes without saying she has her sheep ready to lend a hoof as well.

Duke Caboom

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2175.jpeg
"Who's the Canuck with all the luck? Caboom!"

A Canadian daredevil toy complete with a flashy costume and bike. He refuses to do stunts, though, when his last kid abandoned him for being unable to do the things that were advertised. However, when Woody and Bo Peep need help breaking Forky out of an antique shop, he soon decides to give it one more shot for the sake of his new pals.

Duke is a Damage hero, utilizing his showman skills to give his team the edge. On top of dealing damage through his amazing stunts, Duke is also confident enough to give his allies a boost simply through saluting them, and can even make a good situation out of crashing!

Ducky & Bunny

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2176.jpeg
"We weren't made in China yesterday."

A plush duck and rabbit duo with a deep friendship and pretty notable egos. They've been sitting on a carnival contest wall for years, dreaming of the day they finally get to go home with a kid. When Buzz needs their help to locate Woody, though, they jump at the chance for some excitement, even though it's partially due to falsely believing Buzz would lead them to a new owner.

Ducky & Bunny are Damage heroes, utilizing their own skills, as well as each other, for some chaotic attacks. Whether it's Bunny using Ducky for a projectile or shooting literal lasers from his eyes, the two reek of anarchy and embrace it wholeheartedly.

Slinky Dog

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2177.jpeg
"I may not be a smart dog, but I know what roadkill is."

A springy dog toy owned by Andy. A loyal friend and companion to Woody and Buzz, he accompanied a team of toys to rescue Woody from the clutches of the evil toy collector Al McWhiggin.

Hamm

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2178.jpeg
"You ever hear of kung fu? Well get ready for pork chop!"

Andy's piggy bank, a sharp-witted toy whose knowledge of the outside world is often crucial to the toy's adventures.

    From Pirates of the Caribbean

Captain Jack Sparrow

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dcsc1ew_e21323f3_436b_4293_bcd1_b497afb17398_1.png
"This is the day you will always remember as the day you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow."

The Captain of the Black Pearl, known across the seven seas as one of the most devious pirates in the world. Constantly drunk and morally gray, he has nonetheless usually been on the good side, fighting pirates of many varieties and always narrowly getting out of trouble at the last second.

Captain Jack Sparrow is a Damage hero. He can deal quite a bit of damage in a short amount of time, performing such crafty tricks as counters and a full-frontal assault from the Black Pearl.

Hector Barbossa

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2182_6.jpeg
"I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request."

The arch-rival of Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Hector Barbossa became an undead pirate thanks to a terrible curse. After meeting his demise at the hands of one Will Turner, as well as Sparrow, he was eventually revived by Tia Dalma to help save Jack Sparrow from the Kraken. He's a villain, through and through, and is well aware of it, believing that it's easier to get what he wants if he breaks the rules.

Barbossa is a Damage hero. He doesn't attack personally, instead firing cannonballs from the back of the group. At this distance, he can also study his opponents, learning their weak points so that his attacks can hurt harder.

Tia Dalma

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2185.jpeg
"A touch... of destiny!"

A Caribbean priestess and soothsayer who is actually the human form of the sea goddess Calypso. She often speaks in riddles and uses strange grammar when talking. She can only be released from her human form when the nine pieces of eight from the Pirate Lords are brought together.

Tia Dalma is a Control hero with mastery over the seas. She can summon tidal waves and lightning to damage, silence, and push back enemy forces. She also has the power to charm her enemies, and if she reaches Purple rank, she can even curse her foes so that healing effects don't work as well on them.

Davy Jones

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2186_1.jpeg
"Life is cruel. Why should the afterlife be any different?"

A pirate once charged by the sea goddess Calypso, who he loved, to ferry the souls of those who died at sea to the afterlife. After ten years of doing this, Jones was crushed to find that Calypso did not hold her end of the bargain by meeting him on land when his labor finished. In furious retaliation, Jones devised a way to confine Calypso to a human form, then ripped out his own heart, placed it in the Dead Man's Chest, and abandoned his soul-ferrying duty, slowly becoming a sea monster who valued brutality over all else. He also has bad blood with Jack Sparrow over him refusing to give Jones his soul after Jones raised the Black Pearl from the ocean depths.

Davy Jones is a Control hero. As soon as he shows up, he curses one of his enemies, then goes to work to slash and claw through the rest. With his mighty minion, the Kraken, at his beck and call, he is a fighter to be feared. Oh, and don't think he'll be easy to kill; once Jones's health gets low enough, Dead's Man Chest will appear on the field, and only after you destroy it can you defeat Davy Jones.

    From Monsters, Inc.

Mike Wazowski

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2190_1.jpeg
"What can I say? The camera loves me!"

A one-eyed monster from Monstropolis who worked as Sulley's assistant at Monsters, Inc. After the run-in with Boo and the discovery of his boss's plans for her, Mike ended up in a strained relationship with Sulley up until he realized that he should stay by his friend no matter what.

Mike is a Damage hero. He weaponizes his comedy routine to great effect, and is able to deal some big damage by rolling into foes. He also carries around scream canisters that he can use to scare the enemy and make them susceptible to critical hits.

Sulley & Boo

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2191_2.jpeg
"Boo?" "Kitty!"

James P. "Sulley" Sullivan is the top scarer of Monsters, Inc., where the screams of human children are converted into energy for the land of Monstropolis. One day, Sulley finds a human girl who had come into the monster world. Initially freaked out due to a false rumor that children are toxic, he eventually befriends the girl, who he nicknames "Boo", and soon finds he'll have to protect her from quite a few monsters, including his own boss.

Sulley & Boo are Tank heroes, with Sulley doing most of the damage, and Boo acting as a personal supporter for him while also dishing out a few attacks of her own now and then.

Randall Boggs

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2192.jpeg
"If I don't see another door at my station in five seconds, I will personally put you through the shredder!"

The second-best scarer at Monsters, Inc., determined to personally put an end to Sulley's winning streak. He's capable of turning invisible, and is rather mean to everyone, especially his assistant Fungus, and Sulley. When Monsters, Inc. undergoes an energy crisis, Randall teams up with the company's CEO Mr. Waternoose to kidnap children and take their screams by force using an invention of his called the Scream Extractor.

Randall is a Damage hero with a more covert way of doing things compared to the rest. While he isn't afraid of attacking close up, his main strategy is to turn invisible and sneak up to his foes before scaring them with his abrupt presence and then attacking.

    From WALL-E

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2193.png
"WALL-E!"

However, eventually, he gained his own conscience from being alone and bored for so long, and longed for something more. And he would soon get it when a huge rocket ship lands down, changing his artificial life forever.

WALL-E is a Control hero who uses the human items he's collected to fight his foes. He throws his collection at his enemies, can freeze them with a fire extinguisher, and can use his proper function of compacting waste to produce explosive projectiles. Couple this with the ability to blind foes and restore his energy, and you've got a robot with a versatile list of ways to keep the creeps at bay.

EVE

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2195_5.png
"Directive."

Short for Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator, EVE was sent to Earth by the space cruise ship called the Axiom, to check if Earth was still inhabitable. Upon meeting WALL-E, a strange romance was kindled between them, made even stronger after the two went back to the Axiom with a plant WALL-E gave EVE. After getting separated and later tossed out by the ship's autopilot, their spark truly ignited as they worked together to try and save humanity.

EVE is a Damage hero, equipped with a plasma cannon that does massive damage to any foe it hits. She also has a shielding function that she can use to protect the weak link of the team from getting too hurt.

    From TRON & Tron Legacy

Kevin Flynn

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2203_0.jpeg
"The thing about perfection is that it's unknowable. It's impossible, but it's also right in front of us all the time."

A software engineer responsible for the creation of "Flynn's Arcade". After games he created were stolen by a fellow programmer, he tried hacking his way into their company's mainframe to prove they were his, but failed. Eventually, Kevin is sent into cyberspace by one of his friends, and he managed to help Tron defeat the Master Control Program and help him depose of the man who stole from him. Sadly, Flynn obsessed with returning to the digital world, and once he did, he was forced to run to the Outlands beyond the main grid with some others to hide from a renegade CLU. It would take the combined efforts of Kevin, his son Sam, and Quorra to save the grid from CLU.

Kevin Flynn is a Support hero, using his connection to the game's code to assist his team. He can use it to shield allies, cleanse them of status effects, or even locate the weakest fighter on the field (friend or foe) and either heal or hurt them.

Quorra

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2204_4.jpeg
"Flynn is teaching me about the art of the selfless. About removing oneself from the equation."

The last ISO (Isomorphic Algorithm) after CLU seemed to purge all of them. She became the apprentice of Kevin Flynn in the art of being selfless, and later struck up a relationship with Kevin's son Sam while he was looking for Kevin. Quorra is a skilled warrior, but is choosing to "remove herself from the equation" in order to protect those important to her.

Quorra is a Damage hero, focusing on nothing but attacking for the whole fight. Be it with swords, light discs, or her own lightbike, she will do anything required to end the fight quickly.

[[caption-width-right:1000:"I fight for the Users!"]

A security program created by a colleague of Kevin Flynn. He is designed to assist Users (real people who use software) and whenever the digital worlds has a threat, he is determined to stop it. He was particularly loyal to Kevin Flynn, who is both a User and his friend, when they fought to defeat CLU and the Master Control Program.

Tron is a Support hero with similar yet different abilities to his friend Kevin. On top of his ability to heal himself and allies, Tron also possesses the power to remove active buffs from enemies on top of damaging them, and can set up light barriers that help to block debuffs.

    From Lilo & Stitch

Stitch

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_1303.jpg
"Nobody gets left behind."

A near-indestructible, super-strong alien experiment created by Dr. Jumba Jookiba, originally codenamed Experiment 626. While created to destroy everything he touches, he fled from a maximum security prison in space, and landed on Earth, specifically the Hawaiian island of Kauaʻi. There, he was trained by a girl named Lilo to become a better person, and he would go on to not only save Lilo and her sister Nani from multiple threats, but also reunite with and rehabilitate his 625 cousins.

Stitch is a Damage hero who primarily uses blasters for attacks. When he gets in a pinch, though, he isn't afraid to bite; in fact, doing so actually heals him on top of stunning creeps and removing their defenses.

Dr. Jumba Jookiba

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_652.jpg
[[caption-width-right:225:"My experiments are only theoretical and completely within legal boundaries."]]

Dr. Jumba Jookiba is a mad scientist (oh, I'm sorry, "evil genius") who created genetic experiments in the name of mayhem and destruction. After making 626 of these experiments, Jumba was captured by the United Galactic Federation and jailed for his crimes, alongside his latest creation, Experiment 626 (AKA, Stitch). When 626 escaped, Jumba was called upon to travel to Earth and contain him, as he knows best just how dangerous his experiments can be.

Jumba is a Control hero, equipped with all the tech required to study and take down his foes: a laser blaster, thermal binoculars, and even one of his own experiments! With a maniacal laugh, he puts all of skills to use to put down any creeps that would interfere with his evil science.

Wendy Pleakley

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_584.jpg
"You're just jealous 'cause I'm pretty!"

Wendy Pleakley is a former member of the Galactic Federation who was their foremost expert on the planet Earth. After Experiment 626 crash-lands on Earth, the Federation's Grand Councilwoman orders Pleakley to go and contain him, with Jumba joining in due to his affiliation with 626. The two end up trailing Stitch and his new human friend Lilo for quite some time, during which Pleakley not only discovers a surprise interest in dressing like a human woman, but also discovers that the mosquito, a species he previously assumed was endangered, turns out to be anything but.

Pleakley is a Damage hero who utilizes his close association with those pesky mosquitoes as a weapon. Be it flicking them at foes or ordering them to swarm the enemy, he's not sparse for options in commanding these insects. He also studies his foes with a view finder, but for the most part, his kit revolves around those bloodsucking bugs.

Angel

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_12396.jpg
"Boojiboo!"

Experiment 624, better known as Angel, is one of Dr. Jumba Jookiba's genetic experiments. She was designed by the evil genius to keep him and the 623 experiments made before her evil by singing an alluring siren song. She was found by Gantu on Kauaʻi, where he had her charm and manipulate Stitch in order to find reformed experiments to turn them back to evil for Dr. Hämsterviel. However, Stitch, who is immune to her siren song, ended up touching her heart with his sheer kindness, which caused her to switch sides to him and turn on Gantu. Unfortunately, her betrayal towards Gantu led to him capturing her, taking her away from Stitch until he and Lilo eventually attempted to rescue her and the other experiments he had. The duo and their rescue team ended up getting captured themselves, but when Stitch confessed his love to Angel, she freed herself out of her containment capsule, freed Stitch out of his, and after a hug, they freed all the others and escaped. Now she and Stitch are loving "boojiboos" (mates), becoming one of the closest members of his ʻohana.

Angel is a Control hero who charms her enemies with her siren song, silencing them and giving her a damage buff that lasts between waves. She can also heal herself or her allies, the latter even if she is KO'd before getting a chance to heal them.

Lilo Pelekai

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_796.jpg
"I'm sorry I bit you... and pulled your hair... and punched you in the face..."

A young Hawaiian girl who recently lost her parents and now lives with her older sister Nani, who struggles to care for her and convince Child Protective Services not to separate them. One day, hoping to get Lilo a pet, the sisters come across Experiment 626, and adopt him, thinking he's a dog, naming him "Stitch" and teaching him and other aliens the values of family.

    From Moana

Maui

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_0597.jpg
"Listen. For a thousand years, I've only been thinking about keepin' this hair silky, getting my hook back, and being awesome, again."

Shapeshifter, Demigod of the wind and sea, hero of men and women. Or, at least, that's what he prefers you to call him. Maui is responsible for creating pretty much everything on the Pacific Islands, from the islands themselves, to the coconuts that fall from their trees. However, one day, he stole the Heart of Te Fiti to try and give humans the ability to create life themselves, only for his stealing of it to turn Te Fiti into Te Ka and start corrupting the islands. He lost the hook that lets him shapeshift along the way, and once he meets Moana, he tries swindling her boat off of her to try and find it, but Moana and the ocean itself both have a different plan.

Maui is a Tank hero, utilizing his transformations to give him the edge in battle. After starting the fight with a dance that ups the team's courage, Maui rushes in to deal damage as a hawk, a shark, or even just by smashing his hook into the ground!

Moana

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_577.jpg
"I am Moana of Motunui. You will board my boat, sail across the sea, and restore the heart of Te Fiti."

The daughter of the chief of a village on the island of Motunui, who is next in line to be the chief herself. When she realizes the islands are being corrupted from the time Maui stole Te Fiti's Heart, Moana is summoned by the ocean itself to find Maui and return the Heart with his assistance. Moana is willing and strong, but for someone fascinated with the ocean, she still has a way to go in terms of being a real wayfinder.

Moana is a Damage hero, utilizing her connection to the ocean to full effect in battle. She strikes with her oar, shields herself with the waves, and when you have her on a team, feel free to use active skills, as the spirit of Moana's grandmother will come in to heal Moana when you do.

    From Aladdin

Aladdin

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_3364.jpg
"Trouble? No way. You're only in trouble if you get caught."

An orphaned street rat who prowls the alleys of Agrabah to find whatever scraps he can get by with. After a run-in with Princess Jasmine, he fell in love with her, and following a stint in prison and an eventful trip to the Cave of Wonders, he met a Genie who was just the ticket Al needed to be with her.

Aladdin is a Damage hero, wielding a scimitar he likely just found lying around. With some light help from the Magic Carpet he picked up in the Cave of Wonders, Al dodges and weaves his way through the battlefield while dishing out flurries of fast and furious attacks.

Genie

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/images_244.jpg

A, well, genie, who resides in a magic lamp. By the time Aladdin rubs his lamp, he hasn't granted wishes in ten thousand years, having been living in the Cave of Wonders for all that time. When Aladdin tricks him into helping them escape the cave, Genie gives Al three wishes, with Al promising to use the final wish to set the Genie free.

Genie is a Control hero, granting three wishes to any of his allies to gain health, energy, and even a little invincibility! Don't worry, though, the creeps won't have a chance to interrupt the wish-making process, because Genie's got a makeover plan that'll stop them dead in their tracks!

Jafar

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2382.jpeg
"Desperate times call for desperate measures."

The royal vizier of the Sultan of Agrabah, who wishes to usurp the throne for himself. His ambition eventually led to him learning about the Genie's lamp, and attempting to retrieve it using "a diamond in the rough", which turned out to be Aladdin. Once that seemingly failed, he turned his attention to trying to marry Jasmine, only for a certain street rat to pop up again as a prince. Things seemed grim for Jafar until he found Aladdin's newly-obtained lamp and used it to make himself the most powerful genie ever...

Jafar is a Control hero who uses many magical abilities to turn the tide of battle. He unleashes sandstorms, turns back time, and increases the damage opponents take with a little snake-charming from his magic staff.

Jasmine

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2383.jpeg
"Unhand him! By order of the princess."

The princess of Agrabah, who has been raised in the palace for all her life. After being forced to sit through multiple suitors trying to marry her, Jasmine finally decided she had to see the outside world and snuck out. She ended up meeting Aladdin, and they quickly struck up a romance over the similarities they have regarding how they want different lives.

Jasmine is a Control hero, coming to battle with a wooden pole and her pet tiger Rajah. She leaps across the field, siphoning energy from creeps while Rajah loyally pounces into the thick of the battle.

Abu

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_2384_2.jpeg
*mischievous and clever monkey noises*

Aladdin's pet monkey and partner in crime. He's such a good pickpocket that he surprises Al with his skills at times, but his morality is slightly less upright than his owner, so Aladdin sometimes has to rein him in. That, coupled with his love of anything that looks valuable, means he'll occasionally cause major trouble for himself and his friends.

    From Big Hero 6

Baymax

"Balalalala!"

A healthcare robot built by tech genius Tadashi Hamada, created to help people who are hurt or sick. After Tadashi's unfortunate death, his brother Hiro activated Baymax on accident, which resulted in quite a few hijinks. After the villainous Yokai came onto the scene, Hiro gave Baymax a new objective: protect San Fransokyo as an armored superhero!

Baymax is a Tank hero, and just because he's on the battlefield doesn't mean he's forgotten his roots. On top of dealing damage, he still does all he can to assist those in the party who are hurt, by shielding them or giving them the chance to end the fight quick with critical hits.

Hiro Hamada

"We didn't set out to be superheroes. But, sometimes, life doesn't go the way you planned. The good thing is, my brother wanted to help a lot of people. That's what we're gonna do!"

A kid genius who spent most of his time and energy on robot fights in the alleyway. After seeing what his brother Tadashi and his fellow inventors were capable of making, he made his own invention: Microbots, capable of doing anything their wielder imagines them to do. On the day he revealed the Microbots, however, Tadashi was killed in an explosion, and an evil man called Yokai stole the Microbots for his own use. This led Hiro, Baymax, and Tadashi's old friends to form a superhero team using their combined tech: Big Hero 6!

Hiro is a Control hero, utilizing his inventions to fight for him. On top of using his Microbots, he also calls in his remote-controlled toy robot, Megabot, to stun and whack every creep in a 5-foot radius.

Wasabi

"I spilled wasabi on my shirt one time, people. One time!"

A neurotic, neat freak inventor who invented exceptionally thin plasma cutters, which after the death of his friend Tadashi he uses to fight evil as a member of Big Hero 6.

Honey Lemon

"WOO! Now THAT'S a chemical reaction!"

A bubbly science enthusiast who invented a synthetic substance with all kinds of applications, and a purse that allows her to use globs of it as a superheroine.

Go Go

"Stop whining. Woman up."

A tough biker girl who invented slick antigravity gyros, initially for a faster bike, but later incorporated them into a suit that allows her to skate along at incredible speeds.

Fred

"The name's Fred. School mascot by day, but by night... I'm also the school mascot."

The resident non-genius of Big Hero 6 and the school mascot of San Fransokyo Tech, Fred is a laid-back slacker who loves comic books and monster movies, and is secretly the wealthy son of the famed superhero Boss Awesome. His monster suit allows him to jump incredibly high and breathe fire, which he likes to mix with his sign-spinning skills.

    From Coco

Miguel Rivera

"Sometimes I think I'm cursed 'cause of something that happened before I was even born."

A Mexican kid born to a family of shoemakers who banned all forms of music after Miguel's great-great-grandfather left home to perform music and never returned. Miguel is still fascinated with music, however, and when he discovers he might be related to musical legend Ernesto de la Cruz, he steals his guitar from his grave to use in a music competition. This, however, teleports him to the Land of the Dead, where, disguised as a skeleton, he hides from his dead relatives and tries to find de la Cruz so he can get his blessing to go home and play music.

Miguel is a Support hero, and one of the only heroes to never attack! Instead, Miguel focuses entirely on letting his music heal his allies and stun his enemies, making for a performance neither side will soon forget.

Dante

"Bark bark!"

Miguel's pet Xolo, who loves hanging out with him. Though he's clearly not the brightest dog out there, he'll do anything for Miguel... including following him and the spirits of his ancestors to the Land of the Dead, where a surprising secret about this clueless canine would eventually come to light...

    From Hercules

Hades

"The name's Hades, Lord of the Dead. Hi, how ya doin'?"

The Greek God of the Underworld and brother to the King of the Gods, Zeus. Upset at being forced to watch over the souls of dead people while the other gods get more lavish gigs, Hades has tried time and again to take over Mount Olympus. Upon learning from the Fates that Hercules, Zeus's son, will be the death of him, Hades begins a plan to kill the plucky hero before he has a chance to get anywhere close to him.

Hades is a Tank hero who can attack from a decently far distance. He uses his flames to great effect, and has a cool gimmick where he gets more powerful the less health he has. This, coupled with his ability to revive after hitting 0% health, makes for a god you do not want to mess with.

Hercules

"A true hero. Great! Uh, how exactly do you become a true hero?"

The son of the rulers of the gods, Zeus and Hera, who was raised by mortals. Originally seen as an outcast for his inhuman strength, when Zeus reveals Herc's true origin, Herc trains to become a true hero so that he can finally rejoin the gods on Mount Olympus.

Hercules is a Tank hero, coming to battle with a sword and his own amazing brawn. In addition to dishing massive attacks, his White skill makes him invincible for a short time, so unless your team has a lot of health, you aren't defeating him so easily.

Megara

"I'm a damsel, I'm in distress, I can handle this. Have a nice day."

A pretty girl with a witty retort for every occasion. When Hercules first meets her, she seems nice enough and he even starts falling for her. However, unknown to him, Meg actually works for Hades after a deal with him went sour. Once Hades finds out Herc's got a thing for Meg, he tries using her to get the demigod off his game, all the while Meg starts developing an actual attraction towards Hercules.

Meg is a Support hero who doesn't attack directly. At the start of every fight, she'll link with another hero, guaranteeing that they don't die unless she dies first. In addition, Meg uses her snark to silence and attack opponents, so even if she's in the back filing her nails, she's still part of the action.

Zeus

"For a true hero isn't measured by the size of his strength, but by the strength of his heart."

God of the Skies, King of Olympus, and father of Hercules. After losing his son to mortality as an infant, Zeus reconnects with him years later and sets him on his quest to become a legendary hero and become worthy of godhood once more.

Phil

"What's the matter? You never seen a saytr before?"

A satyr who has trained all manner of legendary heroes... all of whom ended in misfortune. He now sees Herc as his one last shot to get recognition as the guy who trained "Phil's boy".

Pegasus

*headbutt, snort headbutt*

A flying horse Zeus created out of clouds as a birthday present for the newborn Hercules. Years later, when Herc approaches Zeus about his true origins, Zeus gifts Pegasus to his son a second time to be a stalwart companion of the hero-in-training.

    From Sleeping Beauty

Maleficent

"Well... quite a glittering assemblage, King Stefan. Royalty, nobility, the gentry, and... oh, how quaint, even the rabble."

The Mistress of All Evil, responsible for all misfortune in King Stefan's kingdom (with one source implying she's evil because of King Stefan). After not getting an invite for the birth celebration of Stefan's daughter, Princess Aurora, Maleficent cursed the baby to die on her 16th birthday. Thankfully, Merryweather of the Good Fairies changed the curse so that Aurora would only sleep, but as much as everyone tried avoiding it, the day happened exactly as Maleficent promised. Soon after, Phillip, a prince Aurora fell in love with, rode off to battle with Maleficent, who readied herself to deal with him quickly.

Maleficent is a Control hero (using the term "hero" EXTREMELY lightly) who specializes in keeping her enemies in one place. Stunning them through thorns and fog, cursing them on top of that, and finishing them off with a powerful blast of fire from her immense dragon form, this villain will do anything to end her encounters with any fools that dare stand in her way.

Prince Philip

"Now, father, you're living in the past. This is the 14th century!"

Aurora

"Well, I'm really not supposed to speak to strangers, but we've met before."

    From The Lion King

Scar

"Life's not fair, is it? You see... I shall never be king. And you... shall never see the light of another day."

A lion hailing from the African Pride Lands, and the brother of King Mufasa. After his chance to become king is ruined by Mufasa having a son named Simba, Scar begins to plan, with the help of some hungry hyenas, to kill both of them and claim the Pride Lands as his rightful kingdom. He succeeds in killing Mufasa while also blaming it on Simba, and soon takes over the Pride Lands, not realizing he Failed a Spot Check as a certain cub grows to maturity...

Scar is a Damage hero who prowls in unnoticed to deal massive blows to the competition. He can silence creeps with his roar, and bite down hard on them, doing extra damage if they were already hurt.

Rafiki

"You're a baboon, and I'm not."

A mandrill who was close companions with Mufasa. When Simba was first born, Rafiki was called up to hold him high on Pride Rock and show the animals of the Pride Lands their future king. Afterwards, he returned to his home in a huge tree, painting images of all that transpired around him. When the winds told him that Simba was still alive, he was overjoyed and immediately went to help him remember who we was meant to be.

Rafiki is a Support hero, though not afraid to deal attacks to either side. He heals himself for his basic "attack", and uses his stick to whack both enemies to stun them, and allies to inspire them. It's an interesting kit that, when in the right hands, make for a primate who's not against showing just how hard the past can hurt.

Timon & Pumbaa

"You've got to put your behind in the past."

A meerkat and warthog duo who spend most of their days just palling around and eating grubs in a massive jungle that they exclusively call home. They live under the motto of "Hakuna Matata", which means "no worries". One day, while chasing off buzzards for fun, the duo came across a passed-out lion cub and decided to raise him as their own, not aware of just how important he really was...

Timon and Pumbaa are Support heroes, entering each battle with so little worry that they actually heal themselves at the start of the fight. They mainly attack by throwing grubs at the creeps, include explosive bombardier beetles. When push comes to shove, however, they aren't afraid to charge straight in for a massive hit.

Simba & Nala

"I laugh in the face of danger."

Simba is the son of the king of the Pride Lands, Mufasa, and is next in line to rule. He's very excited about it, but for right now, his biggest concern is hanging out with his best friend Nala. The two are practically inseparable, but that often means they also get in trouble at the same time. And little do they know, Simba's unexpected trip to a nearby canyon is about to make things far different for the both of them...

Simba and Nala are Damage heroes, appearing in this game in their cub forms from the start of their film. They mostly fight by being mischievous, wrestling with each other, making faces at the enemies, and Simba trying to perfect his roar... only to charm enemies rather than scare or damage them. All things considered, their kit is them having fun, but when applied onto the battlefield, it ends up being far more dangerous than it sounds.

Donald Duck's off-and-on-again girflriend. Somewhat of an antithesis to Minnie, she's shallow, hypocritical, nagging, and will dump Donald over any misdeed he makes or if she meets someone that's slightly better than him.

    From The Little Mermaid

Ursula

After her father forbids her from ever visiting the surface again, she runs away and sells her voice to the Sea Witch Ursula for a pair of legs so she can be with her true love.

However, against Jack's orders, they deliver Santa to Oogie Boogie, who seems eager to "play" with the jolly old fat man...

The Mayor

"I'm only an elected official here. I can't make decisions by myself!"

The Mayor of Halloween Town. Despite his title, he doesn't seem to have any real power, especially compared to the King of Halloween, Jack Skellington. He mostly just orders people around when Jack himself can't, and is otherwise most notable for being literally two-faced, having one face that's perpetually happy and another that's always sad.

Darkwing Duck

Civilian name Drake Mallard, Darkwing Duck is the protector of St. Canard against the forces of evil.
