Annoying Special Abilities: She can beat every main character in a fight, in a setting where the heroes are among the best at fighting, because she knows Love Arts, which is so powerful it trumps every other Art. (Martial arts are referred to as "Arts" in-canon, and there are five types based on the five Chinese elements, so she's added a whole other Art to the world.) The only exception to this is Red Death, her one true love. She is also an expert on Sorcery, which is banned across Jiangshan and has been for many years; why she knows how to use it is never explained. She also has an amazingly beautiful voice and is a friend to all living things, except Yem Na, all of which she considers evil.
Other Annoying Traits: Not only has she pretty much mushed three existing characters' backstories together (Chang for the 'clan to the north' bit, Xia for the 'engaged marriage' bit and Red Death himself for the 'best at fighting' bit), but her name is Japanese when she's meant to be born in Jiangshan. She also match-makes Song and Xia, shunts Rinzen and Mei (the actual main protagonists of the books) off to the side and constantly insults everyone, including the villains, who just stand there and take it.

Crystal-Kalila's mother died when she was a baby and Mal could not bare to look at his daughter because of her resemblance to his beautiful wife who he loved with his whole being despite the fact he's a manically racist narcissist incapable of loving another.
He sent her to live with her Evil Uncle who abused and raped her until she escaped at the age of fourteen, somehow making it across the vast military controlled hell hole that is The Republic to get to Outskirt, where she immediately ran into Iha's refugee group. Crystal-Kalila and Iha didn't get along right from the get go, because Iha was totally jealous that C.K was prettier, smarter and a much better fighter than she was, so C.K took over the refugee group and Iha was thrown out so she could become a Card-Carrying Villain and free up Bee as a love interest.
Annoying Connections To Canon Characters: Mal Daro's daughter and Mhai's long lost cousin, despite the fact Mhai isn't at all related to the Daro's and certainly isn't half Witch Species.
Annoying Special Abilities: She can converse with the planet and cure distinata with a single touch of her lily soft, alabaster fingertips.
Other Annoying Traits: She's the smartest person in the world and shows it, often predicting what will happen next without any basis for her guess, and she's never wrong. She also Wangsts 24/7 about how her uncle abused her, and is deathly afraid of being touched by anyone who is remotely male looking right up until she meets Bee who immediately fixes her rape induced trauma by having sex with her. She easily took over Outskirt and has somehow materialized the troops needed create a resistance force, completely forgetting there is already a major super power who opposes The Republic.
...I feel sort of dirty now, but I'm also endlessly amused by the idea of what people would do with Blue as a story (and a character actually). Also, I should clarify that there isn't actually a Witch Species, extinct or otherwise and distinata isn't really a plague. It's a chemical induced genetic anomaly that turned out to be a recessive gene and is thus prone to causing Fantastic Racism and occasional liver failure.

Annoying Origin: Sonja was born in the beautifully cold lands of Yuanin, were her human mother was the Queen. One the night of Sonja’s conception her mother slept with her light elf husband before being raped by a half demon/ half dark elf and then comforted by an angel who was a dead faerie. For no particular reason all the magical essences of the men mutated and screwed over biology to create her. When she was ten she began to develop sorcerous abilities -despite the fact that no-one in her family had them (sorcery is STRICTLY inherited in my world)- while dragon riding: accidentally conjuring a storm which then caused her to fall and plummet to the ground. A dragon then flew down and saved her from death’s door with its tears and (somehow) making her half dragon. Neth heard a prophecy on the same day telling him of the great power that had awakened but did nothing to stop her because he’s just that stupid.
On her sixteenth birthday she was one of the most powerful people in the world and since her parents had died just the years before, leaving her the afore mentioned pendant, she was queen and openly rebellious of Neth’s world domination. She bands together with the recently resurrected Rebellion leader Troy (cannon, but way more sensible), wielding a vast army that reclaims half the globe in two years, during which she loses her virginity to Troy and reforms his ways.
As they move west the group gets lost in a blizzard (which despite her awesome whether bending abilities she didn’t get out of) and Sonja finds herself alone and freezing and eventually falls asleep. She then dreams that her faerie/angel father was also the father of Neth so the two of them are half-siblings; he then reveals that she needs to know Neth True Name so that she can use it to defeat him. When she wakes up she find finds herself in a large castle with Alex, Neth’s Dark Mistress, who saved her from the storm because she felt a strange connection to her. Sonja, drawing upon her innate knowledge of souls, declares that they must be two sides of the same soul and that she must help her defeat Neth, convincing her with one night of lesbian sex, which is fine because Sonja doesn't mind the fact that Alex is no where near her 'innocent' beauty.
Everyone then joins together to kill Neth but he kills Alex and badly wounds Troy, so Sonja confronts him alone, when he then tries to make her his queen so he can do her. Using her weather powers she tears down his castle and summons a hurricane underground. Finally Neth tries to drain her soul but the iron in the pendant burns him, triggering the birthmark on Sonja’s heart to glow, telling her Neth’s True Name. Blah blah blah, Sonja runs off with Troy into the sunset.

Annoying Special Abilities: Her dragon gifts make her immune to Neth’s M Ind Rape powers despite the fact that his powers are closer to Soul Rape so unless you have no soul… Also there’s the fact that NO-ONE knows anyone’s True Name unless you’re a god. The fact that she knows everything without studying is also included.
Other Annoying Traits: Easy Evangelism so that her mere presence makes all the sorcerers welcome in her kingdom; of course everyone she belittles totally deserves it and it is perfectly fine for her to cheat on her One True Love because it was to get a chick to betray her boyfriend. You know, when you think about it, Zaran, atleast in Forgotten Lore where she kinda stands out, is a total Sue, and the only reason I don't usually consider her to be one is that she lacks the Sue's ability to warp the plot to be about them, and that she never really does anything Sue-ish.
Huh...Interesting. Tough call there on whether she's a Sue or not.

Special Possessions (if any): The ability to talk back to the head of the Toyaka family and not face consequences, Friends that she treats like crap, and wangsts at.
Annoying Origin: Comes from a normal suburban home Alcoholic mother, Father left the family when he found out Mom was a Psi. Their town all turned against the family and whispered about them so they left for another town. Neither parents is close to her and she’s all alooooone. Her mother dates a guy per week and half of them were jerks or just selfish. Her uncle comes by and tries to run the house and help Casta Sue’s mother. Casta Sue treats him like crap and defies his rules. Casta Sue haaates her siblings and constantly complains about what horrid demons they are, when they actually don’t mess with her much and are kinda afraid of her rages because she tells them she can set them on fire just by looking at them or put curses on them.
Annoying Connections To Canon Characters: Enemy of Leandra Stryke(a bitchy character who Casta makes look like a saint in comparison) classmate and casual friend of Anamaria Toyaka, one true love to Blade Toyaka
Annoying Special Abilities: She’s a clairvoyant with the ability to see into the past, present and future. She also has enough specialness’ that she can pick up Naturamancy easier than most people. It’s probably one of the only reasons people put up with her.
Other Annoying Traits: Nastiness to everyone including those who are nice to her or trying to help. Intolerance for anyone’s opinion but hers. A warped idea of love and tendency to show her ‘love’ with, controlling behavior, threats and insults for her poor boyfriend’s “own good”. Sociopathic tendencies which the author claims are ‘normal’ . Tendency to whine about anything and EVERYTHING.

A necklace in the shape a fish, given to her by an old man who told her she would need it one day. This gives her the ability to speak with any charge beasts, despite this throwing the entire rules of the world out the window. Annoying Origin: Was the illegitimate daughter of Meda and Perseus (two canon characters who have UST but intentionally do not hook up—oh the fan wank). After Meda dies in and accident involving jealous Hercules and Perseus is killed trying to avenge her, Athena is taken in by her grandfather. There she learns to bond with Pisces. She meets her aunt Cassia and is apprenticed to her without anyone knowing she has already bonded with Pisces. she bonds with Zephyr also. Ursa, another charge beast, is her special friend and stays at her side despite not being bonded to her. (which as the author, would completely piss me off) Annoying Connections To Canon Characters: Daughter, niece and grandchild of three main characters of the first book, lover of the main character of the second book (which totally wipes out the contents of the third book) Annoying Special Abilities: the ability to bond with two charge beasts at once, and the ability to hear all charge beasts as well as communicate with them at great distances. the ability to make everyone adore her, despite having no personality whatsoever. Other Annoying Traits: Everyone finds her gorgeous and perfect, and no one sees it as wrong that she is bonded to two charge beasts, essentially dooming their world to short, quick oblivion.

Annoying Origin: She was cast out of the Grey Elf Kingdom for being half-human, but her kindly nursemaid smuggled her to the Black Eagles before dying to provide a convenient source of angst. She was raised by the Black Eagles, becoming a full member of their tribe, until she came of age and returned to reclaim her birthright. Amethyst flashed her pendant at the ruling king, which convinced him that she was the rightful heir, so he adopted her to make her the heir to the throne, conveniently giving her authority without responsibility.
Annoying Connections To Canon Characters: She knows Malra Mytil, who hates her for some reason that's never explained (I'd tell you my theory, but that would legitimize this atrocity). Being raised Black Eagle, she's a blood-sister to Jon sar Makay, who gave her the name "Little Feather." She is also the reincarnation of Arawn, creator deity of the elves, and therefore The Chosen One to bring elven glory (and babies) back to the world.
Annoying Special Abilities: She has access to the Macrocosm because she opened her heart to the world, so she has the Superpower Lottery of flight, teleportation, super-speed, telekinesis, energy blasts (manifesting for her as beams of blue-white light), and telepathy; it also lets her feel the thoughts and dreams of anyone if she concentrates on them. Conveniently, she doesn't suffer any side effects (the only canon character with this power, Kerad, suffers from constant gibbering in his mind, an uncomfortable fire just behind his heart, and occasional bodyjackings by an Eldritch Abomination). She has no discomfort from seeing Kerad's eyes (which inspire fight-or-flight in non-daemonbloods), which the [strike]culprit[/strike] author describes as "Rings of purest emerald, floating in smouldering obsidian pools."
Other Annoying Traits: So beautiful, it's a curse; she's immortal, being Arawn's reincarnation, but she angsts over having to outlive her True Love™ Kerad; noticeable use of Gratuitous Japanese.
How She Defiles Canon: Japanese name (Mariko) and weapon in a setting lacking Japan; "Ildunarion" is a Tolkienish name; becomes grey elf royalty despite such a station never falling to bastard children of humans; getting the Macrocosm doesn't work that way.
I can foresee a Fix Fic-type story where our lovely princess stops the Siege of Arcania City from ever starting: Jon says "Let's get the grey elves to help us; I know their princess," so the good guys ask for her help; she effortlessly finds the bad guys' camp and Kerad, who falls in love with her at first sight despite being Malra-sexual; Malra, in turn, flips out and tries to kill her, but Amethyst fights her off with her katana and Macrocosmic powers, forcing her to retreat; Amethyst refuses to kill her because they were childhood friends or something; Amethyst tells Kerad that she loves him and wants him at her feet side, conveniently also turning Do'kem (Ax-Crazy dark elf assassin) and Keané (slimeball daemonblooded gangster) to her side, allowing her to brush away Miah, revealing herself as the reincarnation of Arawn and therefore more powerful than Miah's patron power Inaree in the process. At some point, Amethyst and Kerad have really badly-written sex and he gladly accompanies her to the Grey Elf Kingdom to become her consort.

I have come to the conclusion that 95% of my characters for Galaday are either Sues or have far too many Sue Traits. And I'm alright with that.

It's actually a decent writing technique(as long as you don't post it as a serious story, Creating Sues does take a certain amount of creativity, misguided creativity but still creativity.
