I noticed Irwin Daayán is on the works page — many Mexican voice actors have similar images, like Eduardo Garza, Víctor Ugarte, Mario Castañeda, Gabriel Ramos... since these images might be a pain to reconstruct individually, how about a whole thread to replace them with headshots?

Tried improving all of those with waifu2x... it mostly worked, but the image of The Mask on Mario Castañeda's page is still low-quality, and the program often does weird things to real people's faces.

Overman King Gainer needs a boost, as does Super Gem Fighter.
Hakumei looks small and bad.
Hotspring Souls! also looks bad.
Just an Unorthodox Thief looks blurry.
I know the point is to look bad, but Light and Dark The Adventures of Dark Yagami just looks eye-grating.
Of Gemstones and Watches is jpegged and blurry.
Asterix and the Cauldron looks blurry.
Star Trek: Voyager S5 E12: "Bride of Chaotica!" looks a bit meh, as does Star Trek Voyager S 5 E 8 Nothing Human
League of Intergalactic Cosmic Champions looks awful.
Tenchi in Tokyo is heavily artifacted.

Tried improving all of those. Hakumei and Just an Unorthodox Thief still look somewhat blurry, but I believe they're supposed to be like that. Light and Dark The Adventures of Dark Yagami is still eye-grating as well, but like you said, that's kinda the point.
Tried upgrading Soul-Cutting Blade, but the text is still hard to read nevertheless.
