The meme "No one's around to help", featuring Bob from Animal Crossing dancing on a color-changing background with a VHS-like filter over it. The words were taken from Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, from an error screens

I know one thing it's referencing, but can you explain the rest?
That is Clover from Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors. She is rather energetic, and not really the brightest. She is also Light/Snake's sister, and completely and utterly Axe-Crazy.

Dakki from Houshin Engi in her circus entertainer outfit. She tries to seduce the commoners of Choka to fight against the revolting power.

Ah, him again. He's Drogoz from Paladins. A lizard man with a jetpack and rocket launcher. He sees himself as a dragon. He plays like Pharah from Overwatch but with acid spit.

Circe from Generator Rex. She has Make Me Wanna Shout as her power and is part of Van Kleiss gang. Not that it stopped her relationship with Rex though.

Yup! Rattus Rattus, the information-dispensing, sign-holding rat.

Sou Hiyori from Your Turn To Die, resident asshole character and token hackerman. This is a meme of his reaction to being unanimously voted out as a bottom betch, apparently.

Thatís Macho Crystal Cat, a Cat made out of perfectly polished glass, which allows him to shine eternally (according to his description anyways). As for where heís going, heís off to attack an enemy by doing a Suicide Attack.

I donít know where heís going, but he looks ready.
Thatís Phillip the Safety Egg, one of the two protagonists from Danger & Eggs. Heís the ego to his best friend DDís id ó sheís the wild one with her head in the clouds and ready to jump into trouble at a momentís notice, while heís significantly more cautious and concerned for their collective wellbeing. They get into lots of odd adventures together, usually with Phillip either being responsible for their dilemmas without intending to be, or having to be the reasonable one when DD goes a bit too wild for her own good.
He is a sweet, nervous boy and one of my favorites.

That is a Raggiana Bird of Paradise, a large bird that is the national bird of Papua New Guinea.

Armin Arlert, one of the Nine Titans. Eren and Mikasa's childhood friend who happens to be a nerdy cinnamon roll. Thankfully, he's been spared from the series' infamous axe up to now.

That's Dark Choco Cookie from Cookie Run before he got possessed by the Strawberry Jam Sword.

What can I say? It's actually one of the cover from Fool's Gold album. They're an Israeli-American indie band who set out to explore their shared love of various forms of African music (specifically Congolese, Ethiopian, Eritrean and Malian), Krautrock, and 1980s dance influenced pop music.

That is Pike Swinson, the Workaholic protagonist of the webcomic What Nonsense (I started work on the page today, but it's not in a postable state). He ends up at the "Nawncentz Inn" boarding house on paid vacation, on his boss's orders, to try and loosen up. As I have said before, beware of strong language and themes within the comic.

Casca's reaction◊ to Adon Coborlwitz begging her for forgiveness after spending all of his screentime boasting about his power and making misogynistic comments towards her.

Magnus the Red from Warhammer 40k fan videos, Web Animation / If The Emperor Had A Text To Speech Device. Basically like his Warhammer counterpart, he's one of the 20 Primarchs, the genetically-modified, superhuman children of the Emperor. He was actually a Chaos Primarch, having fallen during the events of the Horus Heresy and made a pact with Tzeentch. He's also an Insufferable Genius and a bit of a Butt-Monkey in this series

An anthropomorphized and gender-swapped version of Iggy dressed up as a maid from Stardust Crusaders. Why? The mere concept is both absurd and adorable.
