This thread is dedicated to image suggestions for pages without pics (including those pulled by Image Pickin'). Guidelines:
- Please read How to Pick a Good Image and Just a Face and a Caption before suggesting an image. Additionally, make sure to source the image in your post.
- If you have multiple suggestions you'd like to field for a single page, that can merit its own thread. Otherwise, use this thread.
- It is recommended that you upload your suggestions as you would like them to be formatted on the page.
- A crowner will be generated with suggestions which will be voted on as normal:
- The crowners will generally run 12-15 items at any given time and may go as high as 20 if there's a backlog of suggestions, so please do not add items to a crowner once it's running.
- After 3 days, any options with a net vote count of ≥10 can be put on their respective pages. After 5 days, this can apply to options with a net vote count of ≥7. Anything below that will need to go the full 7 days.
- After 7 days, generally the unprocessed options that have a positive vote count (2:1) can go up on their respective pages. Old thread rule, no longer enforced
- Suggestions will generally be processed and added to crowners in the order they come into the thread.
- Selected images will be tagged using this template (which goes above the image):

It's been 3 days, so I added and tagged all 10+ green suggestions in their respective pages. Theme Tune Roll Call didn't hit super consenseous right now but since its the only one in the green we can consider close a little early.

to ReferencedBy.Zootopia. I get that they are wearing the clothes worn by Nick and Judy in the movie, but the clothes in question are pretty standard civilian / police gear that it can easily be missed

I don't think a green shirt with a blue tie standing next to a police officer (also not a standard uniform) is that common to mistake for something else.

I actually think the LOTR one is fine since the character is not only repeating Gandalf's post-resurrection dialogue, but also leaning on a stick similar to Gandalf

I'd suggest a thread for ReferencedBy.Tolkiens Legendarium, as I expect there to be plenty of options. For ReferencedBy.Zootopia, it might be a bit hard finding another suggestion
