I guess the line should say " See also Instant Sedation, where sedatives work faster in fiction than in real life"
Macron's notes- Is all Instant Sedation, Forced Sleep?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Forced Sleep seems to specifically be about spells and magic putting people to sleep so don't think so. The name is broader than the trope definition it looks like.

Macron's notesSo regarding the post I made last page... how do I make a supertrope? I am not at all knowledgeable on this type of thing.

Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Supertropes can be a little complicated, but they're basically just like launching any other trope...except that it's a broader subject matter partially covered by other, more specific tropes. So you find examples that fit your broader concept but not the subtropes, and make sure the concept isn't too narrow or specific.
Current Project: Incorruptible Pure PurenessIs Everything Except Most Things, effectively a Long List Sub-Trope, because the "Most Things" is usually always a Long List?
Or does it just have high overlap?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576- Hmm... I don't actually know...
The description says:
Which certainly sounds like a kind of Long List...
And then there's examples where a long list is elided over, but there's this, where there's only 3 members of a list, which isn't that long?
- In Red Dwarf, when Lister loses Rimmer in a card game, the Cat assures Rimmer that the other three members of the crew are really upset about it "except for me and him and him."
Hmm... I'll say "Usually involves a Long List", unless someone offers another opinion tomorrow.

I suppose the meaningful difference between Fictional Document and Fictional Video Game, is that the difference in medium hints at the different technological capabilities of the fictional universes they're used in?

Looking at a few examples and they all seem to be humanoids...

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576I don't think so. There are quite a few examples on the page of dragons, pegasi, and other non-humanoids that don't use their wings for much.
Macron's notesIs Merlin and Nimue, just Student–Master Team, but MAGIC?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576A lot of the time, yes.
Macron's notes... How is that not The Same, but More Specific?
I can sorta see it, in that magic is fantastical and supernatural, etc... But... That's just part and parcel of MAGIC...
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Reading it again the trope says that its common for the older, experienced one to be male and the younger one female and there may or may not be romantic tension between them. Dunno if this is integral to the trope or not.
Macron's notesSo it's Student–Master Team meets Teacher/Student Romance but with magic?
That's oddly specific.
- Possibly even Too Specific. Which would mandate a TRS?
Leave Him to Me!... Isn't that a villain staking a claim on a hero?
It says that The Rest Shall Pass is the hero doing this to a villain, but isn't I Am Your Opponent the more heroic / neutral version, with some actual verbal claim staking?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Summon Magic vs. Summoning Ritual? Any difference other than "More Ceremony"?
Summon Magic just says that Ritual's, "The More Dangerous Version"...
Over 100% Completion... Is that a Up To Eleven Sub-Trope? I need a trope for "Over 100%" in general, like Elemental Resistance of 110% = recovering 10% of attack damage...
Weapon Title... Really a MacGuffin Title?

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. No; the two are unrelated except having to do with names.
Is Not Growing Up Sucks, and possibly Never Grew Up, both Sub Tropes of Older Than They Look?
Or not, because the former can also hold people that are effectively mentally and physically static, but still yearn to grow up?
I've got a character that's physically stuck as a child, but mentally ages, who's currently under both the former and latter tropes...
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Not Growing Up Sucks is a subtrope of Never Grew Up, which is a subtrope of Older Than They Look. (The transitive property does in fact apply on TV Tropes, so Not Growing Up Sucks is a subtrope of Older Than They Look.)
- Never Grew Up just says to Compare with Older Than They Look. I'll change that then. Later. Soon, but later. ... Done.

Forced Sleep is wrong about what Instant Sedation is, right?
It's not just Sci-Fi, but also in that it's Artistic License of how sedatives actually work, and stuff.
