Go To

Mario meets the almighty mouse and goes on a craaazy Disney adventure to saaaave the world

Armed with Sora's Keyblade, Mario "borrows" Jasmine's magic carpet and embarks on a tour around Disney, where he causes all kinds of mischief all while being tailed by a murder-happy Goofy.

This is the earliest SMG4 episode to-date to receive an official non-English dub – a Spanish version produced by Uruguay-based Likan Studios, who were already dubbing Murder Drones.

Tropes:

  • Accidental Murder: The Aladdin segment starts with Mario falling onto the Genie, killing him instantly, forcing Mario to improvise by presenting himself to Aladdin as the “Italian Genie”.
  • All Just a Dream: Most of The Little Mermaid bit is revealed to be a hallucination from Mario drowning after trying to chase after Ariel.
  • Animation Bump: The scene in the Tarzan jungle where Mickey corners Goofy has disturbingly fluid animation, especially Goofy's mouth.
  • Bad People Abuse Animals: The Bambi and Dumbo segments are each about a second long because it's just Mario shooting a deer and an elephant respectively.
  • Covers Always Lie: The thumbnail of the video depicts Mickey with a knife, implying that he'll be the main threat to Mario in the episode. In actuality, Goofy is the main threat and Mickey is on Mario's side, even with a rough start between the two.
  • Disney Villain Death: Goofy ultimately falls off of the Dive to the Heart after Mario confuses him by reading the Kudzu Plot of Kingdom Hearts.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: What does Aladdin get sentenced to death for? Singing a copyrighted song.
    • Mario decides to destroy Ariel's undersea home because she threw away his spaghetti. Only this turns out to be All Just a Dream.
  • Dropped a Bridge on Him: Sora dies within ten seconds of appearing by… tripping on a rock. Subverted when he somehow and briefly returns alive and well later.
  • Dying Dream: The bit where Mario wreaks havoc on Ariel's kingdom turns out to be a fantasy playing in a drowning Mario's head.
  • Epic Fail: Sora completely fails in his attempt to get his Keyblade back from Mario, missing him entirely and falling to his doom.
  • Mundane Utility: Sora uses his Keyblade in order to be a locksmith.
  • Off with His Head!: Aladdin gets sentenced to death by beheading for singing the copyrighted "A Whole New World".
  • Pinocchio Nose: Mario's Gag Nose actually serves as this in the Pinocchio segment.
  • Random Events Plot: Once Mario sets off on his way, all narrative coherency goes out the window. Mario goes from being forced by MrBeast to dance with Bowser in one segment, to being Pinocchio in the next.
  • Refusal of the Call: When Mario first gains the Keyblade, King Mickey appears to tell him about his duty to save the world. Mario refuses, instead deciding to go mess around in other Disney properties.
  • Roaring Rampage of Revenge: Mario wrecks absolute havoc under the sea as revenge for Ariel throwing his spaghetti away, all while singing Homer Simpson’s version of "Under the Sea". Only this turns out to be a fantasy in a drowning Mario’s head.
  • Running Gag: Goofy showing up to attack Mario throughout the video.
  • Screwed by the Lawyers: Parodied. Aladdin is sentenced to death for trying to sing "A Whole New World" in a fan video.
  • Shout-Out: Despite this being Mario jumping through Disney worlds, the Pinocchio segment uses dialog from the infamous 2022 English-dubbed Russian CGI film Pinocchio: A True Story.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Mario tries chasing Ariel under the water when she throws away his spaghetti. He ends up drowning.
  • Unexplained Recovery: After dying from tripping on a rock at the start from the video, Sora is somehow alive and well as he attempts to get his Keyblade back (only to fail miserably).
  • Yank the Dog's Chain: Mario actually manages to make Aladdin’s wish of being with Jasmine come true... only for it to all be taken away from him ten seconds later all because he tried to sing a copyrighted song.
  • You Wouldn't Shoot Me: Goofy dares Mickey to shoot him dead when he's cornered, and of course Mickey can't bring himself to do it.
    • Worth noting that up until this point, Goofy's dialogue (Source) makes no real attempt to sound much like the character but, in this scene, it suddenly switches to a dead-on impersonation of Bill Farmer.
