    The Watchers in General
  • Anti-Hero: They each have their own trauma and backgrounds that define the way they are, and may seem as though they are fighting for a good cause, but their actions tend to touch the morally gray zone.
Watcher: But don't be foolish, there is no honour here. We are simply bloodthirsty mercenaries who operate under the label of 'Justice' so that you may sleep well at night thinking someone is here to avenge you...
  • As Long as There Is Evil: Confirmed by the Watcher himself; As long as there are vile indescretions, as long as there is a need for chaotic anarchy, they would always return, and their work would never end.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: All of the Watchers in general. You have to admit, at the very least they don't do whatever their targets do. Setting children on fire, being pedophiles and grooming young children and even endangering children's lives with the Momo Challenge...Just look at the Episode 7 teaser as well. You can tell the Watcher was disgusted by Corbin's actions.
  • Private Military Contractors: As seen from the comic book and the first episode, they operate through a contractual system. They only hunt their targets when they are given a contract.
  • Friendship Denial: In the second Q&A with the Watchess, she denied having any relationship or bonds with the original Watcher, and claimed they were only colleagues. It is likely the Maniac exhibits the same feelings towards the other two as well.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Say what you want about them and their moral ambiguity, they do have redeeming qualities that makes the audience sympathise and empathise with them.
Watcher: Even though you do not know who we are, know this, we will always be watching over Amelia, and you WILL DO RIGHT BY HER. ALWAYS.
Watchess: Did you stop when she began to cry? Did you ever stop to think about her? As a soul, trapped inside a broken body, who tried desperately to scream and beg, solely through the tears that slid down her cheeks? (Brief pause) No, you didn't stop. And for that, Mr (Censored-Surname), we too will NOT stop, NOT UNTIL YOU TREMBLE AT THE VERY THOUGHT OF WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO HER, FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Everyone in universe calls them the Watcher, Watchess and the Maniac, including the audience. However, for the Maniac, this is slightly inverted as his name was revealed to be Marcus for the entire audience.
  • Playing Card Motifs: Watcher is the King of Clubs, the Watchess is the Queen of Spades.
  • Two Guys And A Girl: Watcher and Maniac, with the Watchess as the sole female.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: The Watchess about the Watcher.
Watchess (asked in the 2nd Q&A about her viewpoint about the Civil War between the Watcher and Anonymous): Their squabbles are none of my concern. I will not be dragged into such...idiocracy.
  • Wouldn't Hurt a Child: Doubles as Friend to All Children. Whenever a contract deals with the possibly safety risk of a child or even multiple children, the Watchers would tread lightly on them, and unleash their chaos tenfold on behalf of the children (if they were the ones making the contracts with them). And take a look at the Watchers 7 teaser. The Watcher was clearly furious at what the man was doing to the poor child.
Watcher (to Keith in episode 3): We will not, and have never threatened your daughter, so do not bring up her potential heartbreak as a consequence, for it just shows what kind of a coward you are.

    The Watcher
Originally the Stalker character in LT. LICK ME's channel, his origin, along with his appearance, has rebooted. Now the ringleader of the Trio, and would always put the victim through a series of tasks and play games with them psychologically so that they would forever never be the same again.

  • Badass Normal: In the current episodes and comic book, he did not seem to use any powers or abilities when going solo or supported by the Watchess. Either he has no powers to begin with, or he has powers, but chooses not to use them.

  • Deadpan Snarker:Sarcastic humour, pointing out that escape is imminent.
  • The Engineer: Doubles as Gadgeteer Genius. This dude can create a burner out of spare parts, like springs, pipes, etc.
  • The Leader: He is the leader of the main trio, as seen from the comic book and episodes. He would be the one to receive the contract, and gather the other two Watchers up to plan and discuss on how to hunt and break down the target psychologically. He also uses his own smarts and ingenuity to be one step ahead of his chosen targets.
  • Mysterious Past: As of now, the audience only knows that he is known as the Watcher, and is possibly an experienced character, but his past and backstory remains a mystery, due to the creator revamping his origins.
  • "No More Holding Back" Speech: In the first Q & A with him.
Watcher (When asked how it was like to be the Stalker): Like a puppet with many strings attached, limited and controlled. But this puppet, this puppet no longer has any strings attached. No, there are no strings on me. HEHEHEHHE.
  • The One Thing I Don't Hate About You: From the Watcher, to Anonymous.
Watcher: Although we find the Anonymous ideals both dated and boorish, we are contracted mercenaries, after all. And it just so happens that they offer one thing that we simply cannot refuse: The victim.

    The Watchess
She was revealed in her origin story to have had a happy life with her family and friends, and eventually was crowned Prom Queen in her school dance. However, that happy life was cut short when her crush-turned-boyfriend betrayed her, and she was raped by a gang of men assumed to be friends with her former boyfriend. Now reborn as a contracted mercenary, she vowed revenge towards those who took her innocence and caused her to take her own life, and would also crave to see someone who deserves it fail the game that the Watcher plays with his victims, and lose everything.

  • Action Girl: Doubles as a Little Miss Badass. Do not be deceived by her lack of strength, her size and feminine robotic beauty. Her rage, temperance and abilities are definitely NOT to be underestimated.
Watchess: (After her singing caused his car alarm to sound) You may be used to bullying other girls into doing what you want, Mr (Censored Surname), but other girls can't break you, fix you, and then break you again like I can, sweetheart.
  • Driven to Suicide: Stated in the character origins.
Watchess: As the rope pulled on my throat with few resistance, as blood trickled from my wrists from the blade's assistance, Happy Birthday echoed in the distance. My candles burnt low and went unwished, the cake uncut, and went undished. My family's perfect piece of art ended...unfinished.
  • Emotion Suppression:
Watchess (in the 2nd Q & A when someone asked her if she retained her emotions as a Watcher): When I did, they were manipulated and caused such suffering. So I no longer see need for them now.
  • ©* Origins Episode: Also doubles as a Start of Darkness.
  • The Prom Plot: Subtly implied in her character origins. Needless to say, it did not go too well for her in the long run.
Watchess: Prom Queen they praised me, my family so proud they raised me, and at last, the one who drove me crazy, my crush finally dates me.
  • Rape Leads to Insanity: After being raped unexpectedly by the gang and ending her own life, her personality immediately took a darker tone, with her vowing to get revenge on the heartless and the cruel by playing twisted games with her chosen targets.
  • Siren Song: Her ability as a Watcher. When her singing ends, the victim's surroundings will be immediately affected in some way, making the victim think that they are in danger.
  • The Women Are Safe with Us: Emphasised on the Watchess' debut on episode 4, when the young woman who sent a contract to the Watchess is handicapped and was violently assaulted, and when confronted, the assailant, Brenton, threatened the Watchess with Cassie's address and her safety and left the game. The Watchess was understandably furious.
Watchess: Unfortunately for you, Brenton, we vowed to keep Cassie safe. AND THE COST FOR BREAKING THE LAW IS NO BOUNDARY TO KEEPING THAT PROMISE.

    The Maniac
Not much is revealed about him just yet, but he was announced as a new character in 2019. Once a sweet child, he was abused by his father. As a reborn mercenary, he would hum a tune that his father would hum to him before the abuse starts. He is also believed to be stronger than both of the other Watchers of the trio in regards to his physical strength.

  • Abusive Parents: His father in particular. He would beat him up and hum a tune, which the Maniac would have in his memory, according to Word of God.
  • Mysterious Past: His backstory is still vague, due to the creator wanting to develop this character more. However, it is confirmed that the past will be revealed sometime in the future.
  • Used to Be a Sweet Kid: Implied in the newspaper clippings during the start of Episode 6.
Newspaper Clipping: How did the once sweet child Marcus become the Maniac?

    The Organisation
  • Badass Army: Dudes, just look at every single episode. The side Watchers and underlings, though seem weaker than the 3 main Watchers, are intimidating, sometimes scary, and they can certainly psychologically break a person down. And they broke into the target's house once.

    The Victims of the Watchers
  • All Abusers Are Male: As of episode 7, it seems all of the victims that the Watchers targeted are men.
  • Beyond Redemption: Doubles as a The Gloves Come Off moment. Brenton from Episode 4. When he hung up from the call out of frustration, fear and anger, the Watchess went immediately furious. She immediately sent her underlings to his house, without hesitation.
Watchess: Sometimes there is no hope. Sometimes there is simply a need for anarchy. Anarchy with no resolve. NO RESOLUTION. Sometimes, there is consequence. And consequence alone.
  • Blame Game: They love to shift the blame on someone else when their acts were caught, only for the Watchers themselves to resort to Stopping the Blame Game and force them to acknowledge their actions.
  • You Monster!: From Keith in episode 3, to the Watcher.
    Keith: You...are a monster.
Watcher: Yes, yes we are, and guess what? There is no medication that can cure us.
