    Emperor Lux
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ai_art__emperor_lux__sanctuaryverse__by_sharout_dgfl663_375w_2x.jpg
Inter-universal Emperor
Alternative version of Lux from another universe, crowned Emperor of this one, he achieved the feat of defeating the Sanctuary of his universe single-handedly.

He established a reign in which his empire prospered at first, but his greed led him to want to expand his empire across universes, leading him to conquer more and more of them, defeating several versions of the Sanctuary in the process.

His power level is estimated to make him a being entire orders of magnitude more powerful than God Arjuna at his peak. His greatest weakness is that despite his inter-universal empire, he is alone at the top, to the point where his human emotions have almost died out.

He has been spotted in the main universe of the Sanctuaryverse, will the main version of the Sanctuary finally manage to accomplish what the others couldn't and defeat him, or will the main universe be forced to submit like the others ?

  • Achilles' Heel: A very elite version of one. His skills make him invincible, capable of even emerging unscathed from the Noble Phantasm of Super Karna boosted by Arceus. Certainly, his sword also plays a role in this. But his abilities can be blocked by a being of the same stature as him, like Madoka, making him vulnerable, and only being able to rely on his sword, which is far from being as effective.
    • "Emperor Lux: An injury ? Did I just... take damage ?
    • Karna: I see, thanks to the Protection of the Grand Archer, the Goddess of Magical Girls and Hope Kaname Madoka, our attacks are finally able to penetrate Emperor Lux's defenses."
  • Gold-Colored Superiority: He is described as being entire orders of magnitude more powerful than God Arjuna at his peak, and he wears gold armor and a partly golden sword.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: He only appeared three times, but it was because of him that Afton obtained Cell's Core and his Alternate Version, Foreign Lux, obtained the final pieces of Pandora's Jar.
  • The Collector: He doesn't want to get Pandora's Jar or the Holy Sword to use, but only to put them with their versions from other universes he has conquered.
  • The Conqueror: He conquered many worlds and established an inter-universal empire before dying in the main version of the Sanctuary.
  • The Juggernaut: Just look at what it took to defeat him: Madoka (Grand Archer), Super Karna, Richard I (Ex-Grand Saber), Full Power Enkidu, Adam, Michael (using the power of all the Archangels (except Gabriel-Metatron because he is the leader of the Seraphims)), Arceus (God avatar), Tiamat (Beast II), Draco (Beast VI/S), Lucifer, Arcueid (Archetype: Earth), Titania (which has been stated to be comparable to a Grand Servant), and a Full Power Excaliblast (the same one that defeated Sefar 14,000 years ago, not the less powerful version from the Sanctuaryverse). And even after all that, he survived - barely.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: He barely makes an appearance in his first two RP Threads, and dies in his third.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: His words imply that he created his empire so that everyone there would be peaceful and safe.
    Cell
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/super_perfect_cell_1.png
Super Perfect Cell
Golden Cell
Black Cell
Ultra Instinct
Perfect Cell was one of the antagonist of the anime Dragon Ball Z. He was a creation of Dr. Gero who wanted revenge on Son Goku after the Sayain destroyed the Army of the Red Ribbon. He is a completely artificial being made with the DNA of Son Goku, Vegeta, Picolo, Freezia and King Cold. At fisr, Cell looked very bug-like and needed to literally drink people in order to get strong enough to take on C17 and C18 and absorb them in order to unlock his Perfect form. And that's exactly what he did.Perfect Cell proved to be a formidable opponent, far stronger than Freezia. He easily defeated A Super Sayain Vegata and Super Trunks. Perfect Cell was able to go toe-to-toe against Super Sayain Goku and SSJ Gohan. He was destroyed by SSJ 2 Gohan thanks to the help of Vegeta and the ghost of his father, and that when Cell achieved his Super Perfect Form after he regenerated himself from his core (after Goku sacrificed himself to prevent Cell to blow the whole planet).

Initially, Cell is completely single-minded in the pursuit of his goals and is very cautious, sneaky, cunning, knowledgeable, and calculating in achieving his main goal of perfection. Upon reaching his first transformation, he becomes far more brash and impulsive in his actions, relying less on strategy and more on brute force, often becoming clouded and losing his ability to think rationally when things don't go his way. However, he does retain at least some degree of a strategic mind, as he got the idea to exploit Vegeta's arrogant desire for a challenge to manipulate him into allowing him to absorb 18. Upon reaching perfection, Cell displays a number of traits shared by those whose cells he possesses; Piccolo's cunning, Vegeta's pride, Goku's laid-back disposition, Frieza's smugness (as well as some of his psychopathy), and the Saiyan lust for battle. In this form, he is also shown to be very calm and genuinely polite, albeit arrogant, until he loses the upper hand in combat. Ironically, the arrogance Vegeta displayed to allow Cell to achieve his perfect form was the same that Cell used to force Gohan to awaken his hidden powers, leading him, as it had led Vegeta, to his own downfall. Another of Cell's most distinguishable traits in this form is his uninhibited vanity, which he shamelessly displays by launching the Cell Games, a tournament organized solely to show off his newfound power. It's also obvious during Cell's confrontation with Gohan when he affirms his true purpose: the annihilation of anything he considers imperfect—everyone and everything but himself. When he is outmatched, however, he quickly becomes desperate and loses his rational approach, making several critical mistakes.

At first, Cell debuted as an enemy of the Sanctuary, trying to sneak and steal fragments of the Jar of Pandora. But he was confronted by Majin Android 21, who expressed her desire to absorb him. But, Cell achieved his Golden Form and proved to be far stronger. Beside, his DNA was was enhanced to make him resist magic. He was an ameliorated Cell made by someone called "Emperor Lux". Then, Gohan appeared in his Beast form. Cell was happy to get a rematch and turn immediately into his Black form. Cell made short work of him but was reduced to his core after the combined attacks of Android 21, Beast Gohan, Arceus and Saint Michael.Later, his core was fused with William Afton. Upon the serial killer's death, Cell resurrected in his Super Perfect form. Majin Android 21 confronted him again and, instead, offered him a place in the Security Office. Wanting to cure his boredom and wishing to fight strong opponents, he accepted. Now, Cell is a feared, yet respected Security Officer. He is always send in dangerous missions, due to be one of the most powerful beings in the Sanctuary. He also enjoyed teaching others to get stronger, for some reason.

He's quite the interesting addition to the staff.

  • Always a Bigger Fish: His leader, Emperor Lux, was that for him. It's telling that even with all his power thanks to his Black form and the DNA added to him, he still wasn't able to defeat Emperor Lux, and with a difference in power large enough for he doesn't even try.
  • Healing Factor: As long as his core is intact, he can regenerate.
  • Heel–Face Turn: After Emperor Lux's death, he didn't have much left to do, so he agreed to join the Sanctuary in hopes of having some fun against powerful adversaries.
  • Light Is Good: He achieved Ultra Instinct, which makes him mostly white, only after joining the Sanctuary.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Canonically, he reached the level of child Gohan (9 years old) in Super Saiyan 2. Here, not only does he show a Golden form and a Black form, but thanks to the latter, he has One Shot Gohan Beast in the same way that Black Frieza canonically has One Shot Goku UI and Vegeta UE. He also has, in addition to the DNA he already possessed originally, those of Castoria, Aesc/Lostbelt Morgan, Tiamat, Draco, Gilgamesh, Enkidu, Zeus, Lucifer, God Arjuna and Super Karna.
    The Toymaker
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/toymaker_1_1.png
Second Clothe
  • Above Good and Evil: In his words:
    • "The Toymaker: What you see is is merely a face concealing a vastness that will never cease, because your Good and your Bad are nothing to me. All that exists is to Win, or to Lose."
  • Blue-and-Orange Morality: According to him, there is only winning or losing. He presumably understands human morality based on his puppet show (it makes sense in context), but he just doesn't believe in it.
  • Evil Is Hammy: Well, yes, he is very much a Large Ham.
  • Humanoid Abomination: He looks human, but is a being from outside the universe (universes ?) who does not respect the laws of reality and is only bound by the rules of his games.
  • It Amused Me: This is his reason for doing everything he does.
  • Physical God: Although considering he canonically defeated God himself, that may be an underestimate.
  • Psychopathic Manchild: Between his Large Ham tendencies and the fact that he only does what he does because it amuses him, he really is that.
  • Reality Warper: He can seemingly do whatever he wants, and is only limited by the rules of his games. And even then, that's only when he's playing a game.
