The Cursed Spider
General
- All Webbed Up: The webbing the users made are derived from Curse Energy. Megumin, in particular, produces webs, made from shadows.
- Spider-Sense: All of the hosts possess this. This allows them to detect danger though this can be bypassed like Heavenly Restriction.
- Take Up My Sword: The Cursed Spider works in a way similar to One For All from My Hero Academia and that the power will get stronger when it's passed from host to host.
Peter Parker
Peter Parker
Peter Parker was a Jujutsu sorcerer that got bitten by the Cursed Spider, granting him various superhuman abilities.- The Ace: He's tough enough that Geto considered him to be the second greatest threat to his plans, after Satoru Gojo.
- Bodyguard Crush: Peter was assigned, alongside Gojo and Seto, to protect and escort Riko Amanai. During that time, Peter and Riko fell for each other which made it even more tragic when she died.
- Brought Down to Normal: Peter lost the Cursed Spider powers due to being unable to cope with Riko's death. He got them back after finally acknowledging it.
- Create Your Own Villain: Peter realized he caused a scientist to transform into a cursed spirit due to a series of unfortunate events the man suffered through, all of which triggered by Peter throwing a bagel at him.
- The Determinator: What Toji finds incredibly frustrating about Peter. No matter how many hits he takes, Peter is not going to fall or back down.
- Domain Holder: Peter has a Domain Expansion called Binding Web Prison. He uses this to exorcise the Six Masks.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Peter destroys the tunnels to allow Miles to escape with Sukuna's finger.
- Mentor Archetype: Peter is this to Yuta as he tries to help the young boy with his powers.
Miles Morales
Miles Morales
Miles became entangled with the world of sorcerers and curses after an incident with one of Sukuna's fingers. His life was saved thanks to a man named Peter Parker who passed the Spider's Curse onto him, granting him the abilities of a spider. Working together with the Jujutsu Sorcerers, Miles must locate and contain Sukuna and ensure his evil is destroyed once and for all.- Brought Down to Normal: Downplayed since Miles will still have Sukuna's power after transfering the Cursed Spider to Megumi. To his surprise however, Miles discovered that he has a copy of the powers. Not only that, Sukuna revealed to Miles that with the former's power, he could matched up and even surpassed Megumin's Cursed Spider.
- Enhanced Punch: Miles learns the Black Flash technique during the Kyoto Goodwill Event arc.
- Has a Type: In Jujutsu Kaisen fashion, Miles has this. He likes girls, like Kat Dennings, who have even proportions in breasts and butts like cantaloupes.
- My Greatest Failure: Miles deeply regrets not only what happened to Peter but also abandoning his parents and let them believe that he died.
- Nice Guy: Miles's team knows how compassionate their friend is. Miles helps Yuji in securing the dead body of a student to safely deliver it back to his mother.
- Shock and Awe: Miles had this in the form of the Venom Blasts.
- Your Days Are Numbered: As the one being Sukuna's vessel, Miles knows he'll be executed by the Jujutsu sorcerers after all of Sukuna's fingers are found and recovered.
Megumi Fushiguro
Megumi Fushiguro
A Jujutsu High Tech student and one of Miles Morales's best friends. He was given the Cursed Spider after Miles transferred the power following his presumed death.- Casting a Shadow: Megumin's signature power.
- Inadequate Inheritor: Megumi feels he's not worthy of the Cursed Spider for a time. Though thankfully, Gojo helps Megumi get out of his funk.
- Superior Successor: Miles passes the Cursed Spider to him following his death. Due to the Cursed Spider's ability to get stronger following each transfer, Megumi has powers surpassing that of Peter's and Miles's.

Yuji Itadori
Yuji Itadori/Iron Fist
A teenager who became a Jujutsu sorcerer after an incident with one of Sukuna's finger.- Adaptational Superpower Change: Due to not being the host to Sukuna, Gojo has Yuji train under Danny Rand to become the next wielder of the Iron Fist.
- Enhanced Punch: Yuji has a Chi-based variant of the Black Flash called the Golden Flash. Unlike Black Flash which deals external damage, Golden Flash damages the opponents internally.
- Ki Manipulation: What he learnt from Danny is the ability to convert the red curse energy to the golden pure energy called Chi.
- Man Hug: Yuji gives one to Miles after he learns that he's alive.
- Man of Kryptonite: Using the positive energies of Chi, Yuji is a dangerous opponent for anyone that uses curse energy, especially the cursed spirits.
- Super-Toughness: Following his training, Yuji obtains the Iron Body that makes him nearly invulnerable to conventional weaponry though he is still vulnerable to curses.
Nobara Kugisaki
Nobara Kugisaki
- Cards of Power: Nobara possesses cursed sealing cards to seal cursed spirits. Although, she can only captures cursed spirits that are at her level. Doctor Voodoo gave Nobara a card containing a First-Class cursed spirit, the Phoenix of Faltine.
- Took a Level in Badass: Training under Doctor Voodoo allows Nobara to be even deadlier, not only improving her cursed doll technique but also learn different skills like the Cursed Chains of Krakkan.
Satoru Gojo

- Crippling Overspecialization: Gojo is the master of cursed energy but cannot use chi which involved complete lack of hatred, something Gojo is incapable of.
Yuta Okkotsu (UNMARKED SPOILERS)
Yuta Okkotsu/Venom
- Dark Is Not Evil: Both Yuta's Venom and Agent Venom. His Venom form is a black-like monstrosity which he uses to take on the genocidal Geto. The Agent Venom form is based on his mentor, Peter Parker.

Frank Castle
Frank Castle
One of the most brutal members of Kyoto students and wants to kill all cursed spirits.- Age Lift: The Spider's Curse Frank is radically younger compared to other incarnations, being in his teen years.
- Cool Sword: Frank possesses a cursed katana called the Cursed Blade of Muramasa. If he kills his opponents with it, specifically at their hearts, Muramasa not only absorbs their cursed energy but also their techniques.
- Everyone Has Standards: Frank doesn't have qualms with Miles and only wants to eliminate Sukuna.

- Drill Sergeant Nasty: Downplayed. Normally, Danny wouldn't be this but given how short of a time he and Yuji have before the Kyoto event starts, Danny had no choice but to put Yuji through a Training from Hell.
Jericho Drumm/Dr. Voodoo
Jericho Drumm/Dr. Voodoo
The one that is currently the Sorcerer Supreme.- Cool Teacher: Dr. Voodoo is actually a chill guy.
- The Dreaded: Played for Laughs. Nobara's time with him wasn't exactly pleasant.
- Taking Up the Mantle: Jericho took the title of Sorcerer Supreme following the death of the previous holder, Doctor Strange.
- World's Strongest Man: Downplayed. While he is indeed a strong sorcerer that can challenge Gojo, his strength mainly lies in his vast knowledge of curses.

Junpei Yoshino
- Spared By Adaptation: Instead of dying, Junpei uses the Power Of Hate to save his life, but in the process, he transforms into the Spot.
Riko Amanai
Riko Amanai
- Dies Differently In The Adaptation: Peter was able to prevent Riko from being shot by Toji. Unfortunately, her death was changed to having her neck snapped when Peter tried to web her to safety.
- Lost Lenore: Peter fell in love with Riko whose death deeply affected him.
