    Good Twilights
In order of appearance:

Twiley

An excitable blank-flanked filly from a universe where she and Shining Armor are both several years younger. While her big brother befriended the other members of the Mane 6 and became one of the Elements of Harmony, Twiley joined the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Has since gotten her own fic, Friendship is Shining

  • Genki Girl: Energetic and reckless enough to make Scootaloo look sedated.

Twicora

When her father was made Equestria's ambassador to Zebrica, this Twilight grew up immersed in zebra culture, and became Zecora's student.

Zapapple Delight

Abandoned by her biological parents for being born an earth pony instead of a unicorn, Zapapple was adopted into the Apple family and raised as a farmer.

Captain Sparkle

From a universe briefly mentioned by the Doctor in The Many Secret Origins of Scootaloo (which has since been adopted and expanded upon by author Crow Magnon), this Twilight failed to hatch Spike's egg, so rather than become Celestia's personal student, she instead chose to follow her big brother's example and joined the Guard. Due to events in her more recent past, she has since left the Guard and joined a para-military group called "Luna's Rangers", where she rose to the rank of Captain of the Everfree region. She is her universe's Element of Loyalty.

  • And You Thought It Was a Game: At first believes that Shining Armor and the others are playing a prank on her to loosen her up for a war game between the Royal Guard and Luna's Rangers. That goes out the window when Doc Twiock shows up.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Something happened that caused her to be very nervous about being back in Canterlot.
  • Drill Sergeant Nasty: Was introduced as one, shouting at a line-up of Royal Guard soldiers. Once she stops, though, it's hinted that she was using bluster as a means of covering up her nervousness.
  • Let's Get Dangerous!: When she's fist introduced, Cap. Sparkle is loud, neurotic, and stubbornly refuses to believe that she's been plucked from her home dimension, instead convincing herself that Shining Armor and the others are playing a prank on her. The instant that Doc Twiock shows up and presents herself as a legitimate menace, however, Cap. Sparkle becomes all business.

Green Lantern of Sector 2812

When a dying alien gave her his power ring, Twilight Sparkle ended up transported to the planet Oa, where she joined the Green Lantern Corp. Now she fights evil alongside her fellow superheroines. (This universe has been adopted and expanded upon by author cornholio4)

Baby Twilight

The infant daughter of Discord and Nightmare Moon, as shown at the end of The Many Secret Origins of Scootaloo.

  • Goo-Goo-Godlike: She can wield both Nightmare Moon's dark magic and Discord's chaos magic, and has insane reserves of both.

Dusk Shine

Twilight Sparkle's male counterpart from On a Cross and Arrow. Like Twilight he's become an alicorn prince in the time since the original story took place.

Abstract Twilight

The Twilight from defender2222's Faith & Doubt series. Because of his extremely strong connection to her, Faith came along with her.

Princess Aurora

Long ago, Princess Aurora was forced to banish her brother Prince Morning Star when he grew jealous over how ponies saw his days solely as a time to toil, and her nights as a time for joy and relaxation. A thousand years later, Aurora's faithful student, Sunny Days, saved Equestria and Prince Morning Star with her friends and the Elements of Harmony.

Seafoam Tremor

A princess of the Capricorns from a timeline where Lord Tydal was never turned to stone.

Twilight Orcle, Twiphin, Crablight & Twishark

A set of aquatic Twilights who showed up as a gag shortly after the group met Seafoam.

  • Threatening Shark: Apparently averted with Twishark, as she seems very personable when she speaks.

Sparkle-san

From a universe where MLP started out as an anime titled Mystical Pony Friends: Companions Most Good, Sparkle-san spent a season-long story arc gathering friends and fighting magical martial arts battles to save Equestria from the tyranny of Night Empress Nightmare Moon, only to find out at the end that the Night Empress was her mother.

  • Engrish
  • Magical Girl
  • Magnetic Hero: Even moreso than canon Twilight, as she got her friends more through persuasion and personal charisma than the threat of Nightmare Moon.
  • Prophecy Twist: It was prophesied that she would one day join her evil mother and rule at the Night Empress's side. This came true, but only after purifying Nightmare Moon's soul and returning her to the side of good.
  • Sailor Fuku

Twilight Dragon

From the story Flipside by Bed Head, where she works as the number-one assistant to newspaper reporter Spike Flail.

Twilimus Prime

A Twilight from a universe where Equestrians are robotic in nature, Twilimus and her group of Ponybots battle the evil Moonacon.

Skyburst Sparkle

A pegasus Twilight who is the leader of the Wonderbolts. She has masted the Sonic Nightboom.

  • The Ace: And boy does she know it.
  • The Starscream: Skyburst's Spitfire, who is always challenging her for leadership of the Wonderbolts.

Twibrite

A twilight who, instead of becoming Celestia's student, became a DJ working with Vinyl Scratch.

Twizio Auditore da Firenza

Head of the Assassins' Brotherhood in Iponia, Twizio battles the Templars, seeking Pieces of Eden.

The Doctor

An expy of- oh, take a wild guess. Temporarily without her Tardis, she's using theTime Warped In Logistical Interspaced, Generating Hyperspace Travel- and yes, the acronym means exactly what you fear it does.

    League of Evil Twilights

Nightfall Eclipse

Based on the Anti-Matter Universe seen in The God Squad, this Twilight is from a world where good is evil and evil is good. She killed her former master, Corona Hellstar, and declared herself ruler of the Equestrian Empire.

  • Big Bad: She's setting herself up as such by gathering all of the evil or morally dubious Twilights under her command.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Despite being a monster herself, Twilight Twilight still creeps her out.
  • Klingon Promotion: Took over her version of Equestria by killing her mentor and taking the throne for herself.

Doc Twiock

After an accident cost this Twilight the use of her horn and grafted a set of metal tentacles to her nervous system, she vowed revenge on the very magic she felt had failed her. Together with her fellow supervillains, she is an arch-enemy of the heroic Spider-Mare.

Delirium

A Twilight who became a draconequus, and developed a zany, chaotic personality as a result.

Twilight Twilight

A vampire batpony (And not the juice-sucking kind) who joins Nightfall in the hopes of being reunited with her one true soulmate... Sweetie Bella, a pre-teen filly.

Twipool

When you want somepony dead, you hire the best. And if the best aren't available, you hire her.

Twibane

A Twilight who was born in prison, she was forced to serve a life sentence after her father died. She eventually took over the jail and became a terrorist. Uses the drug Venom to increase her strength.

Twixie

A Twilight Sparkle from a version of the Lunaverse, she has gotten a hold of the Amulet of the Alicorns, which augments her power.

    Other Characters

The Ponyville Saints

Led by Boss Twilight, the Saints are a reimagining of the Mane Six as if they were from the game Saints Row.

  • Outside-Context Problem: As the author put it, can you think of a reason why there shouldn't randomly be a third faction thrown into the story?
