    Skittie

A blue robot who wakes up in the ruins of a factory, SC-T or Skittie for short, decides to discover who he is and who was he before waking up.
  • Amnesiac Hero: Skittie wakes up in a ruined factory and has no idea who he is.
  • Benevolent A.I.: One of the nicest characters of the series.
  • Brain Uploading: Implied. When MD is made functional again, he mentions something about the transference and referring Skittie as Kyle. Skittie for his part doesn’t remember much of this.
  • Cute Machines: Just look at him!
  • Demonic Possession: He suffers from one early in the chapter, when he tries to help MD to reawaken.
  • Lost Technology: Oku suggests that Skittie could be one of Espera’s leftover inventions.
  • Nice Guy: Skittie is overall a very pleasant robot to be around with.
  • Shovel Strike: Stellar gives to Skittie a shovel as a improvised weapon. Not that he is really in a mood to fight anyways.
  • Shrinking Violet: Skittie is someone quite shy and anxious but that doesn’t stop him from making friends with everyone.
  • Superpowered Evil Side: When Skittie uses his abilities, it seems that whatever possessed him in the first episode resurfaces and tries to take control of his body, in exchange to new abilities and powers.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: Skittie likes to wear anything. This includes maid dresses, revealed in one of the QnA of Soap.
    Ati

A robot girl that Skittie meets later after falling unconscious again after the crystal battery he used to help another robot of the same model he is posses him and destroys the other robot again.
  • Action Girl: She comes to hunt down a mimmet, who was trying to kill Flare.
  • Jerkass: She is rude and brash with Skittie.
  • Liar Revealed: She agreed to fix the robot Skittie met before if he brought her pieces and later, it is revealed that she was using all those parts to build a spaceship.
  • MacGuffin: She needs something called the stardust core, a core powerful enough to power up her spaceship. She tries it with mimmet cores but to no avail.
  • Robot Girl: She is a pink robot with a screen-like face with holographic eyes.
  • Wrench Whack: Her wrench is as much of a tool as it is as a blunt weapon, she even manages to stun a giant mimmet with it.
  • Wrench Wench: She is capable of engineering and fixing things very well.
    Liz

A mysterious child with a box on their head that Skittie meets after waking up.
  • Child Prodigy: Despite their age, Liz seems to know a lot of how the cores of Espera’s technology works.
  • The Voiceless: They never say a single thing in the webcomic.

Another robot similar to Skittie, he first appears when Skittie and Liz tries to fix him but end up with Skittie accidentally being possessed and being destroyed again. After the blue robot manages to convince Ati to fix him, MD returns and tries to get Skittie to remember his past while also remembering his own as well.
  • Amnesiac Hero: Just like Skittie, MD doesn’t remember much of his past.
  • Brain Uploading: Implied. After reawakening, he says something about the transference, which is implied to be a form of consciousness transferring into a robot body.

The local delivery boy of Sylican Bay Village. Filled with dreams, he wishes to be a good pirate that protects people from being robbed from other evil pirates
  • Cute Machines: Scales is a small and very adorable robot.
  • Friendly Pirate: His biggest dream in his life.
  • Keet: Scales is a very energetic fellow and is usually in a good mood.
  • Lovable Rogue: His dream is to one day become a heroic pirate that stops other pirates from stealing from the good and kind people.
  • Meaningful Name: Scales are the type of skin fish have. Scales lives with Halibut who is a fishermen.
  • Talk Like a Pirate: Scales likes pirates and wishes to one day to be a benevolent version of this. He even talks like a pirate and referring himself as a captain with Skittie (while calling Skittie his co-captain).

A robot fishermen that takes care of Scales and used to be a pirate.
  • Meaningful Name: Halibuts are a type of righteye flounders. Halibut himself is a fishermen.
  • Spider Tank: He is a massive robot with four legs.
  • Talk Like a Pirate: Unlike Scales who usually talks normal, Halibut speaks like this normally.
    Pekkr

The shopkeeper of a shop that Scales take Skittie to buy everything Ati asks for.
  • Animal Motif: To birds, woodpeckers specifically. Her name sounds similar to the woodpeckers, she looks like she has a beak and is friend with Pie who is a bird robot.
  • Cloudcuckoolander's Minder: She makes sure that Pie isn’t too much of an annoyance to her customers.
  • Friendly Shopkeeper: She acts very nice to all her customers and is friend with Pie despite his shenanigans.
  • Hidden Depths: In an QnA, Pekkr reveals that she likes art and makes abstract sculptures with the scraps she has.
  • Meaningful Name: Her name sounds a lot like a woodpecker, birds that drum their beaks to get their food from trees.
  • Multiarmed And Dangerous:Pekkr has two left forearms branching from a single upper arm.
  • Nice Girl: Pekkr is a very pleasant girl to be around with.
    Pie

The robot bird that Pekkr is friend with. He always shouts about solar flares and the sun.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Pie is constantly shouting about the solar flares and is always worried that they will cause the end of the world.
  • The Cuckoolander Was Right: Pie was right about a flare-like phenomena would start frying up robots. He even had a tinfoil hat for the occasion! But he is wrong that the flares would kill everyone, just affecting the robots and it was a repairable damage.
  • The Ditz: Pie is not really a smart fellow. He even admits he lacks some cables when Skittie asks why he isn’t affected to the solar flare storms.
  • Eyes Do Not Belong There: While Pie has two eyes where birds normally has, he also has what it appears to be a third eye inside of his mouth.
  • Mechanical Animals: Pie is a bird-like robot.

A robot tailor that Skittie meets after Scales offers him to get Skittie some new clothes. She may look terrifying but she is of kind heart (or core).
  • Animal Motif: Well, arthropod motif more specifically but she is linked to spiders, calling her children her spiders and looking a lot like one.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: She is a creepy, pitch black robot that hangs from the ceiling, yet she is kind tailor that simply talks in hisses.
  • Starfish Robots: Tailor is a amalgamate of hanging cables that she can use as her arms and a rectangular head with red eyes.

Kuta
Shopkeepers of the Hunter's Headquarters shop in the village. Skittie goes to their shop in hopes that they sell a stardust core, unfortunately neither of them have it. But they do end up being friends with Skittie instead.
  • Cyber Cyclops: Oku has a singular eye-screen.
  • Goggles Do Nothing: Kuta wears goggles on his head, but they don't serve to protect his eyes — they're just a part of his facescreen, after all.

Two humans that are friends with Oku and Kuta, they are Mimmet hunters that hunt them down and retrieve their cores.
  • Blue Oni, Red Oni: Stellar is the red oni to Flare’s blue oni, she is a enthusiastic and happy-go-lucky girl while Flare is the more calmed and grounded of the two.
  • Genki Girl: Stellar is always in a hyperactive and energetic mood.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: The only time Stellar drops her cheery demeanor is when Flare is in danger.

Coelacanth
Primordial entities that existed in Arata long before humanity came to the planet. These entities fought to protect their world but died after mankind launched nuclear bombs that killed them. It is rumored that their spirits are now in space, waiting to be resurrected.
  • Giant Corpse World: Coelacanth, the water beast is implied that its corpse is actually the current Coelacanth Bay that Sylica Bay village is.
  • Nature Spirit: The Beasts were the guardians of Arata and made sure the wildlife was abundant.
