Rex, now known as Zeke, probably just finds it more funny than anything, but a little weird. Nia, now known as Rex, expresses annoyance but secretly also finds it funny. Poppi just plain doesn't understand why she's being referred to as "Nia" now, but it's a simple matter of refiling her name recognition software once someone explains it to her. Zeke is really agitated and ashamed at being called Poppi since it's such an adorable and effeminate name, so Rex/Zeke and Nia/Rex keep making fun of him, especially Nia/Rex.

So Goat Mom has a weird dream about Louis, Viper, some bubblewrap, a blob fish, and an absurdly large number of aircons. She gets weirded out, naturally, and she tells the reptiles about it. Toriel worries that they might freeze to death if they do get locked up in that room, but Louis and Viper assure her that that's not gonna happen, since 1. it's just a dream and that she shouldn't be worrying about it, and 2. they know better than to lock themselves in a heavily airconditioned room in the first place.
