In Undertale, this is very much like the Amalgamates in the True Lab, which are Body Horror monsters made through fusions of various monsters.

This is based on people actually saying things like "Squidbob Tentaclepants is similar to the Amalgamates" and I've seen examples that try to say they're both Hilarious and Harsher in Hindsight at the same time

2012 can be Harsher in Hindsight due to the fact that we have a ton of disasters in 2020, eight years after the events of the film.
