It's been discussed a lot at the Video Uploading
thread that a lot of poor videos are slipping through the cracks, and that a clean-up effort is necessary if we are to combat the problem.
Common issues are:
- Videos spoiling major events from a work
- Videos not actually fitting the trope they're attached to
- Videos in which the important part doesn't happen until halfway through, with the length being ultimately pointless
- Videos that use the entire work, breaking copyright; this can be done either with one video showcasing an entire short video, or multiple videos that add up to using the entire work in piecemeal.
- Videos lacking the proper media source, or any media source at all.
- General quality problems, like audio issues or artifacting.
So, we've got our work cut out for us; but this is at least a place to discuss problems and come to solutions.

I was looking at the video for Right Way/Wrong Way Pair for Thomas the Tank Engine and in addition to this video not illustrating the trope properly, it is somehow linked to the nightmare fuel page of the work, even though there is nothing nightmarish for this video aside from occasional Uncanny Valley

Somebody's uploaded a video of Ratchet as an example for Funny Animal, which is not correct. A TRS in December 2018 determined that only characters who are supposed to be an actual Earth animal gets to be put under Funny Animal, which Ratchet clearly falls outside of.

Somebody gave my Terry Crews/Samantha Bee video on Dude, Not Funny! a 1-star rating and now I want to know why so I can possible fix it. Does it need to be cut down, or is it simply not indicative enough of the trope as is? (I thought including the jokes that were deemed "funny" helped contrast their response to people making rape jokes.)
If the problem is the message being controversial, I get that, though I cut out all the political judgment from earlier in the bit and it was intended to report the In-Universe reactions to rape jokes, not actually be a message to anybody.
EDIT: Okay, the score is more normal now, that's good. This wasn't an attempt to boost my video or anything; I was genuinely concerned that it might have been a shoehorn (I had some Full Frontal footage on my computer from a class project and figured a video example would be a good way to put it to use) or otherwise had quality issues, and when the only review was one star I wanted to see if it needed to be taken down and corrected somehow.

Is it alright for the Undertale video for Transformation Sequence to be a fan-animation? Worse yet, the person who made it isnt even credited at all.

Well, since its uncredited I have no idea how to find the original video in the first place. Also, should stuff like this use Undertale as a media source to begin with? Its not actually from the game.

Creator pages are valid media sources, right? I included the creator pages as sources alongside the media in one of my videos since the actors were speaking as themselves.
Yes, I'm referring to the Dude, Not Funny! clip (which I was already concerned about before). Not sure about listing videos for actors playing a character - maybe if it's showing off a trope that's particularly common in that creator's work, it could work, like how Creator pages are usually structured.

However, is it ok to list the actors creator page when theyre playing a character? I remember seeing a clip of a TV show on here that listed the actresses creator page as a source.

EDIT: The first part of the video for Job-Stealing Robot is too similar to a Flying Car video.

The video for Red Ones Go Faster has a small watermark in the bottom right corner. I also notice that it overlaps slightly with the last few seconds of a BFG video.
The video for Timey-Wimey Ball looks more like it's about Narnia Time. I'm not sure what kind of video would best represent the former.
