Ajani Goldmane from Magic: The Gathering. More specifically, a slightly altered version of his "Ajani Unyielding" card's art. A Leonin from Alara, he became a multiverse-travelling mage after his entire tribe, including his brother Jezal, was killed. He mentored the Planeswalker Elspeth, but she died and he feels guilty about it. He is (or maybe was) a part of the Gatewatch, a group who pledged to defend the multiverse from great threats.

Here's the full picture; those familiar with the band will note that it's a heavily distorted still from the "Guillotine" video. Given how the official cover for Jenny Death looks nothing like that◊, God only knows why the mutilated "Guillotine" screencap was used.
