Experiment 602 (Sinker). Primary function: sink boats by slicing them in half with his fin. His one true place is at a sushi restaurant, using his fin as a knife to prepare the meals.

He has the ability to disguise himself as animals of many other species and uses it to pretend to be a fox and infiltrate the villains' fortress, in order to rescue a few other characters who are being held prisoner. He succeeds in saving them, but at the cost of his own life.
