I like Vriska. I like kittens. So my avatar contains Vriska holding a bunch of kittens.

Since no one has been able to guess it yet. This is Klayton from Celldweller. You might recognize that name if you played the first two Dead Rising games or if you have heard of his Blackstar albums (or you could of just been simply watching Video Game montages, his songs appear in them very often) or his Blackstar book that is based off of that (which has a Author Avatar if you haven't noticed). He is probably one of the most well respected Nu Metal artists that you can find nowadays.

Also probably the friendliest dude you will ever meet with a very unusual but recognizable hairstyle (which I tried to replicate once but I don't have the right hair type for it) too.
