Real Life: Suddenly I'm better in every single way, I'm younger, I'm more physically healthy, I've got weird magical card game powers... The only thing that's off is that I'd be a boy (Nothing against boys, of course, but I'd rather be my gender?) and that I'd be stuck having to explain to people that I am NOT a fifteen year old boy and that I don't need to go to school (Heck, they might think I'm younger than that considering Aichi's short and has a VERY youthful face).
Aichi's World: Of course you'd have to take most of the stuff up there into account, but on top of that... Well, the universe is screwed. I'm not good enough at Vanguard to be able to save the world (Honestly, thinking about it, I doubt I'd be able to USE his PSY Qualia because I wouldn't have that bond with his cards like he does, and my imagination is probably weaker [Unless turning into him also enhances my imagination???]), his friends would wonder what the heck is wrong with "Aichi", and I know NOTHING about living in Japan so I'd stick out like a sore thumb.
