  • Ashleigh Ball (also Rainbow Dash and Applejack) is Canis, Princess Luna's stuffed toy come to life with the voice modeled from Ball's Oopsy Bear voice.
  • Erin Matthews is Ash (the Butt-Monkey cow in various episodes, based on her Pac-Man voice) and Aunt Bundt Cake (Mr. Cake's sister).
  • Andrea Libman (also Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy) is Granny Pie and Dorothy Gale.
  • Kathleen Barr (also Trixie and Queen Chrysalis) is Miss Novel (winner of Running of the Leaves), Peachy Pie (one of the two fillies reciting poems while rollerskating in "The Show Stoppers"), Smart Cookie (one of the founders of Equestria in "Hearth's Warming Eve"), and Heartbinder (the villain of the Power Ponies movie the CMC, Spike, and Button Mash see in "Hearts and Hooves Day").
  • Sam Vincent (also Flim and Party Favor) is Puppy Dog Tails (Snips and Snails' more responsible older brother) and Button Mash (Sweetie Belle's love interest).
  • Ian James Corlett is the Hydra in "Feeling Pinkie Keen", Bluu (the Token Good Teammate for the Diamond Dogs), and Chancellor Puddinghead (one of the founders of Equestria in "Hearth's Warming Eve" (doing a mix of his Otis and Lord Stinker voices from Salty's Lighthouse)).
  • Trevor Devall (also Hoity Toity, Iron Will, and Fancy Pants) is Score (the third man of the bully trio who picks on Rainbow Dash in "Sonic Rainboom")
  • Phil Hayes is the Cockatrice from "Stare Master" (based on his Scratch voice).
  • Janyse Jaud (known as Sarah and Lee Kanker from Ed, Edd n Eddy) is Sunny Daze (one of the two fillies reciting poems while rollerskating in "The Show Stoppers").
