
Kemco is a Japanese video game company based in Kure Hiroshima, Japan established in 1984. The name is an abbreviation for Kotobuki Enginerring & Manufacturing Co. During the 1980s and 1990s, their games were distributed in North America with Seika Corporation under the name Kemco * Seika (the logo writes the star as a triangle). They are best known for their Top Gear series.
