Accelerant

    Hank J. Wimbleton
  • Token Evil Teammate: Out of all of the three main opponents Boyfriend faces, Hank is the only one who is outwardly aggressive towards him.
  • Ungrateful Bastard: Tricky helps Hank against Boyfriend, whether intentional or not, but Hank just goes ahead and shoots him off the speakers anyway.
  • Why Don't You Just Shoot Him?: Averted. Hank repeatedly shoots Boyfriend during "Accelerant"

    Tricky the Clown
"HAAAAAAAAAANK!"

Unloaded

    The Uberkids
  • We Have Reserves: Their main strategy is to bumrush Pico with their numbers, and any Uberkids that get killed rapping against him are swiftly replaced.

    Darnell and Nene
  • Adapted Out: Inverted. Pico Unloaded was solely Pico taking down the Uberkids, but Darnell and Nene appear in place of Girlfriend on the speakers this time around.
  • Funny Background Event: They're both dealing with Uberkids trying to assault them, Darnell fighting them off with fire and Nene stabbing them.

Challeng-EDD

    Edd
  • Enemy Mine: Not that he's vehemently an enemy of Boyfriend's, but the two pause their rap battle to confront Eduardo and Tord.
  • Friendly Enemy: Unlike the rest of the opponents (except presumably Alien Hominid), Edd is rather friendly; his animations show him with a big smile, he lacks any gimmicks, and even teams up with Boyfriend during the second half of "Challeng-Edd".
  • Nice Guy: Like in canon, Edd is a decent dude. Here, he makes no attempt to harm Boyfriend, his animations during their rap battle show him smiling, and teams up with him when someone else intervenes. Even the music is very upbeat. Unlike many other battles in the series, this one comes off more like a friendly spar than a fight. There's even a portion of the rap where they sing the same chords.
    • A hard-to-notice detail is that most of Edd's bars end with pressing right, in which the animation has him pointing to Boyfriend in a "Your turn" manner. It's clear that there is no antagonism in this rap and it's just two guys having some fun.
  • Promoted to Playable: Aside from Defeat Means Playable, he also becomes playable during the second half of "Challeng-Edd" alongside Boyfriend.

    Eduardo
"Well, well, well."
  • Sore Loser: Eduardo punches Jon in the face for no real reason after losing in "Challeng-Edd"'s Hard difficulty.
Jon: OW! I didn't even say anyth-
    Eduardo: SHUT UP.

Tord

"I'm UNSTOPPABLE! Ha ha ha ha!"
  • Berserk Button: The song "Sunshines, Lollipops and Rainbows". When Boyfriend sings part of it, Tord gives him a Death Glare. Oh, and this is the part where he starts firing missiles at you.
  • Defeat Means Playable: He's currently the only opponent to play this straight in Fucked mode.
  • Humongous Mecha: Pilots the Tordbot, a massive robot made in his image decked out with missiles, during his part of the song.
  • One-Hit Kill: Failing to hit his missiles results in an instant death.

Roadkill

    Sportsmen
  • One-Hit Kill: Their chainnotes will instantly kill you if you miss them.

Anywhere, USA

    Alien Hominid
  • Enemy Mine: When the Install Ball appears, he starts shooting at it as Boyfriend raps against it.
  • Friendly Enemy: Possibly. He has a gleeful expression on his face the entire time and doesn't appear to mean any ill will to Boyfriend, excluding him, Girlfriend, and the Fat Kid from his rampage.
  • "Get Back Here!" Boss: Of a sort. While the alien does do rap with Boyfriend, he's also doing this during one of his usual rampages, forcing Boyfriend and Girlfriend to follow after him.
  • Mickey Mousing: Whenever he attacks or jumps, it will typically be on-beat with the song itself.

    The FBI
  • The Government: A particularly corrupt one at that, stealing from citizens to either confiscate evidence or build war machines, and stealing alien technology and trying to kill its owner. As well as kidnapping someone's girlfriend.
  • The Men in Black: They swoop in to clean up after the Alien's crash landing and ensure no one gets word of what it was.

Fucked Mode Exclusive Opponent (UNMARKED SPOILERS)

Install Ball

  • Badass in a Nice Suit: The machine it's piloting looks like it's wearing an FBI uniform, complete with white undershirt cuffs.
  • Broken Tears: After having its body destroyed, it sits there in a puddle of its own tears.
  • Cyber Cyclops: Not really, since it's just the eye of the robot, but in said robot, it certainly looks like it.
  • Human Shield: The FBI tied Girlfriend to its chest seemingly to deter any attacks with explosives.
