- UHF: Wreck-Gar becomes the manager of a small TV station. Among other things, he has Cosmo Kramer as a kids' show host. Fran Fine is a secretary who becomes a reporter. Ling is Wreck-Gar's neighbor. Victor Scrimshaw, owner of a rival TV network, works with his son Jambi the Genie to try to put Wreck-Gar out of business.
- Ultraviolet (2006): Hemophage Katinka Ingabogovinanana protects Joey Naylor in a world ruled by Sportsmaster.
- Unbreakable: After a train crashes and kills everyone on board but Butch, Jules offers a surprising explanation for why. At the same time, Butch is trying to restore his relationships with his wife Jenny and son Lucius.
- Split: Mr. Tumnus, Pvt. Turner, Professor X, Dr. Garrigan, Wesley, and over a dozen others kidnap Thomasin, Nadine and Grace Blood. Mrs Jones is trying to help out Professor X's situation but unfortunately her efforts are met with resistance by his other personalities. And then at the end, it's revealed the film takes place in the same universe that Butch lives in.
- Glass (2019): Merlyn Temple has Butch, Jules, and Tumnus/Turner/Xavier/etc. locked in a mental institution, leading to a Villain Team-Up of the latter two.
- Alternatively, given the inspiration from comics, John Hartigan/Frank Moses is the Sole Survivor of a train wreck and learns from Nick Fury/The Octopus he has superpowers. General Antiope is John/Frank's estranged wife and Werner von Strucker is their son. Years later, Professor Charles Xavier/Wesley Gibson is another guy with superpowers and a severe case of split personality, who kidnaps some girls, including Magik. A few years later, Ellen Dolan has John/Frank, Nick/Octopus, and Charles/Wesley locked up, which results in a meeting between the latter two.
- Uncharted (2022): Set in an Alternate Continuity from the games, the film follows Peter Parker, a bartender and pick-pocket, who teams up with seasoned treasure hunters Max Payne and Fatin, to pull off a heist that could make them rich beyond their wildest dreams and give Peter information about his missing brother JJ.
- Under Siege: Rogelio Torrez works as a cook on a naval battleship that gets taken over by terrorists, led by Agent K and Buddy Holly. Now Torrez must stop the terrorists before they destroy Hawaii.
- Under Siege 2: Dark Territory: Torrez goes on a train ride with his niece Dr. Izzie Stevens to accompany her to her father's funeral. However, the train is hijacked by terrorists led by Captain Danny Ross. Danny is threatening to use his satellite weapon to destroy the Pentagon. Now it's up to Torrez to foil his plans.
- Undertaking Betty: Doc Ock and Max Zorin are undertakers.
- Under the Skin: Black Widow is an alien who disguises herself as an attractive woman to prey on hitchikers in Scotland.
- Undisputed: Undisputed revolves around Marcellus Wallace, a character obviously modeled after Mike Tyson. The heavyweight boxing champion is sent to Sweetwater Prison after being convicted of rape. There, his reputation throws him into the world of prison boxing, where a bout is arranged between him and Blade, Sweetwater’s "every weight" boxing champion.
- Undisputed II: Last Man Standing: In this particular setting, Mafia-types run the prison fighting organization of a particular Russian prison and make money off of it. They frame Wallace is now Al Simmons for drug use so he will be sent to jail and they can pit him against their own resident champion, Mixed Martial Arts fighter Killa. For a while, Simmons refuses to fight Killa, but they promise he will be freed. So he agrees.
- Undisputed III: Redemption: Killa as a protagonist after he got his leg and pride broken by Simmons during their final fight in the last movie. Having recently healed from these wounds, Killa returns to the ring and enters a prison tournament where fighters from all over the world compete for the prize of winning their freedom. There he butts heads with a loudmouthed American boxer named James. Uncomfortably reminded of Simmons, Killa clashes with James repeatedly; however, eventually they begin to grow on each other, until they eventually unite against Ajakutty to beat him in the fixed tournament.
- Unfaithfully Yours (1984): Arthur Bach hatches an elaborate scheme to do away with his young wife Irena Gallier, whom he thinks is having an affair with John Gotti. (She’s not.) Comic hijinks ensue when Arthur’s plan doesn’t go quite the way it did when it was in his head. Along for the ride are Prahka Lasa and Marlin.
- Unicorn Store: Captain Marvel and Nick Fury embark on a journey of closure. Marvel's parents are Jessie and Dean Armitage, her date is Jared, and her boss is Matthew Kimble. Also starring Dopinder.
- A United Kingdom: Based on a True Story, Martin Luther King Jr. wants to marry Amazing Amy.
- Universal Soldier: Guile and He-Man are two Vietman soldiers who kill each other. Years later, they are brought back to life as cybernetic soldiers to fight terrorists. But they begin to uncover their memories.
- Unknown (2011): Qui-Gon Jinn wakes up and finds that a practically perfect policeman has taken his place in his life, and gets help from Helen of Troy. With Betty Frost as his/their wife.
- Oskar Schindler and his wife Emma Frost travel to Berlin, where Helen of Troy is a taxi driver unlucky enough to be caught in an accident as she ferries Schindler. President Ulysses S. Grant steals Schindler's wife and his identity, as Schindler must seek help from Helen, Hitler, and his oldest friend, Nixon.
- Unlawful Entry: Jack Burton and his wife Cora Munro get harrassed by local cop Henry Hill after he becomes involved in their lives following a break-in at their home.
- Unthinkable: Nick Fury has to use Jack Bauer Interrogation Techniques on Tony Blair in order to get him to reveal where he hid some nukes. Trinity employs FBI agents Superman and Coleman Reese.
- Untouchable: In the American remake of Les Intouchables Ben takes care of Walt. Also starring Satine and Alicia.
- The Untouchables: Lt. John Dunbar is a U.S. Treasury Agent determined to take down crime boss Jake LaMotta. His mentor is James Bond, and he recruits Vincent Mancini and Terry "The Toad" Fields.
- Up in the Air: Danny Ocean is a frequent flier who reflects on his uncertain fate. In the meantime he's mentoring Jessica, falling for Norma, and looking for a date to his sister Pauline's wedding.
- Urban Legend: Zoey, Harry Goldfarb, Pacey, Vicki, and Lex Luthor are college students. Freddy Krueger is a professor.
- V for Vendetta: Agent Mitzi Elrond kills Winston Smith. It takes him a few years. He gets help from Padmé Amidala, who gets a really severe Important Haircut. Booth's psychiatrist tries to revive topical humor and is killed for it. Meanwhile, Gatehouse and Inspector Lestrade try to figure out what really happened at a secret government lab. Mitzi takes this as an opportunity to troll them.
- Vaincre ou Mourir: During The French Revolution, King Charles IX serves the Republic in the Vendée Wars against Charette.
- Valentine's Day: (with thanks to The LA Times) Kelso loves Dark Angel, while his best friend Sydney Bristow is in love with Dr. McDreamy, who lives in the same building as a country girl who can sing as well as Beyonce, thank you very much Kanye, who's in love with Jacob Black, who goes to the same high school as an UnFabulous girl. Across town, Eric and Mia Thermpolis are getting serious while Dr. McSteamy's football career is in jeopardy, which is causing problems for his agent Matron Momma Morton while his publicist Mary Camden is trying to put on an anti-V-Day party. Meanwhile, weatherman Ray Charles has to cover romantic stories all day while his boss Molly Brown wants to interview McSteamy... Literally above all this is Phil and cynical soldier Tess Ocean, who are sharing a cross-country flight.

- Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets: An apex predator and an enchantress fight crime with time travel! And the Duke of Aquitania pilots a submarine craft for them.
- Valkyrie: Ethan Hunt, Victor Frankenstein, Rufus Scrimgeour, General Zod, Mr. Gibbs, Mr. Mercer, Harry Potter and Dr. Abel Gideon engage in a plot to assassinate Sir Whimbrel Tewkesbury and overthrow the Nazis. Also putting in appearances are Carmine Falcone, Baron von Strucker, Dr. Channard, Fulton Greenwall and King Théoden.
- Vampire in Brooklyn: Prince Akeem Joffer is a vampire who journeys to Brooklyn to make Queen Ramonda his mate.
- Vampires Suck: Lindsey's Mom finds herself torn between two boys Wyatt Logan and Scott Rosson. She and her friends wrestle with endless dramas that crescendo at the prom.
- Van Helsing: Wolverine and Selene fight The Duke. Somehow, The Duke is a vampire and Selene isn't. Faramir is still stuck in the sidelines; Hagrid has a cameo.
- The Vanishing (1993 remake): Officer Lenina Huxley goes missing when she and boyfriend Jack Bauer are on vacation. Jack obsesses over finding out what fate befell Lenina, when he meets Harriet Michaels and they begin a relationship. Just when Jack has all but abandoned his search for answers, Obadiah Stane turns up and says he knows what happened.
- The Vanishing (2018): ''Attila, King Durin III and Robert are three lighthouse keepers on the Shutter Island. They slowly lose their minds and morals over gold.
- Vanity Fair: Elle Woods leaves boarding school, determined to get into the upper-class British society. She leaves her friend Briony Tallis and moves in with Eddie Vailant to work as a governess. Briony is engaged to Brian Slade, who later is killed in the Battle of Waterloo. While working as a governess, Elle meets Eddie's half-sister, the elderly Jocelyn Dashwood and her son Joe Carroll, whom she falls for and eventually has a child with (revealed to be Edward Cullen in a deleted scene). Mycroft Holmes flirts with Elle, and she is tricked by Dr. Paul Winston. Losing everything she tried to gain, Elle eventually travels to India with Bartholomew Rusk.
- Varsity Blues: Dawson is suddenly thrust into small-town stardom after the leader of an ill-fated dogsled mission suffers a football injury. Dawson just wants to keep his head down and go to college, but he faces obstacles such as Jerkass head coach Pope John Paul II, as well as sexpot Niki Sanders.
- Velvet Goldmine: Young Obi Wan Kenobi is a rock star who has sex with the King of England (also a rock star) and Batman. Not at the same time. Sadly.
- Vengeance (2022): Ryan Howard (who also wrote and directed) this time out of the office, investigating his girlfriend dead in Texas, with the help of Issa Dee to podcast that event, but most commonly for people of Texas, especially girlfriend's family (Donald, Gerri, Nora, Mal) and Steve Jobs, Ryan surely have trouble that the family relationship story will be ruined...
- Venice at Dawn: Stephanie Turnip breaks up with her boyfriend Jeremy Corbyn because he refuses to sell a valuable painting he has inherited to fund her start-up idea, and she gets the idea to steal it with the help of Ser Criston Cole.
- Vertical Limit: Robin and his sister Sarah Bailey are estranged after the death of their father Don Rafael Montero. But when Sarah gets trapped in a cave on K2 with Private Hudson, Robin swings into action to rescue her, dragging Dr. Julian Bashir, BSU Agent-in-Charge Jack Crawford, Natalya Simonova and Talos along with him. Helping out as well are Walt Longmire, Boba Fett and Chattar Lal. It's the movie that proves "There's no higher place than....Mountain High!"
- A Very English Scandal: Prime Minister David gets caught in a scandal because of a gay affair he had with Q.
- A Very Long Engagement: Amélie Poulain is investigating to find out if her fiancé, Hannibal Lecter, is still alive after seemingly dying on the Western front during World War I. Another man from Hannibal's regiment died, and he had hoped that a friend of his would manage to impregnate his wife, Clarice Sterling. And Asterix tried to kill Amélie.
- Vice (2018): Bruce Wayne / Batman is a former drunken college dropout who became Vice President and married journalist Lois Lane.
- Vicky Cristina Barcelona: Charlotte and Sarah Borden make travel plans, and meet Anton Silva and his ex-wife, that chick from Vanilla Sky.
- Victor Frankenstein: Harry Potter assists young Charles Xavier with his science experiment. Jim Moriarty tries to stop them.
- Victor/Victoria: Gay impresario Professor Harold Hill convinces struggling singer Maria Rainer von Trapp to pose as a man. He then promotes her as a female impersonator. Complications arise when she falls in love with Jim Rockford (who is accompanied by his moll Dana Lambert and bodyguard Mongo).
- La Vie en Rose: Sofia Rikkin's life is far from being the happiest, but she gets to become one of the most famous French singers in history. At some point in her youth, she befriended Calamity Jane.
- View from the Top: Pepper Potts, Kelly Bundy and Chirk are flight attendants. Pepper’s boyfriend is Bruce Banner. Joining in the high-flying shenanigans are Austin Powers, Murphy Brown, Sam Seaborn, Will Bailey, and Riley Finn.
- The Vikings: Spartacus and Antoninus are fierce rivals who don't know that they're half-brothers (they're both sons of Cabbie) and they fight over Marion Crane.
- The Village (2004): Gwen Stacy goes against the wishes of her parents Ellen Ripley and the dad from the Lost in Space movie and bravely treks into the unknown to help her beloved Commodus while being menaced by The Pianist.
- Village of the Damned (1995): Superman and Saavik battle psychic creepy children. John Connor is the White Sheep of said kids.
- The Villain: Spartacus is trying to stop Kim MacAfee who is being guarded by The Terminator.
- The V.I.P.s: Mark Antony and Cleopatra, Gaston Lachaille, a time traveller named George, Madam Professor Minerva McGonagall, Miss Marple, and Charles Foster Kane are trapped by fog in a London airport.
- Virtuosity: It's the first meeting of Richie Roberts and Frank Lucas (or if you prefer, Maximus and Malcolm X), but this time Richie is Ax-Crazy and Lucas is a good cop who crossed the Despair Event Horizon and is seeking atonement by killing Richie, whose many personalities include the man who killed his family. Penny is a psychologist's daughter.
- Les Visiteurs: Agent Smith (French version) narrates the beginning of this story where 12th century French knight Léon and his squire Napoléon are sent forward in time to 1993 by mistake, with Aline Dieu trying to help them sort out this mess.
- Volcano: A Disaster Movie with Chip Hazard as the head of the Los Angeles Emergency Management Center and father of Karin Kinsella. Marion Crane 2.0 is a scientist and Hazard's second-in-command is Agent J.T. Roberts.
- The Vow: Duke had barely begun to be Happily Married to The Queen Bee of Mississippi when a car accident causes her to become an Amnesiac Lover.
- The Voyeurs: A couple, Cassie Howard and Tim Goodman at Rear Window plot-free stage, accidentally watch another couple of opposite building Roger Taylor and Helena Wu who had sex with each other.
