Welcome to The Questers. Pretty much an attempt of combining RPG based - text adventure with Loads and Loads of Sidequests, ranging from basic mass monster slaughtering and collecting 20 Bear Asses to uh... whatever other generic/wacky/dumb things the GM(me) got in mind.

Backstory: Son of Zarr, an infamous half-orc chieftain, Molzarr and his brother Gromzarr were often persecuted by other orcs for their "weak", "tainted" ancestry. Though both Mol and Grom agreed to live up to their father's legacy, they came into conflict over how they are supposed to achieve that. Mol, believing that Zarr's reputation was borne out of his brutal yet graceful swordsmanship, set out to emulate his father's early days as a sellsword— and perhaps eventually surpass him as a warrior.

Primary Weapon: Ancestral Shashka. Well-kept and still holds its edge to this day.

Secondary Weapon: Kalashnikov TG2 "shotgun" in .366 TKM.

Ooh, this is interesting. Like an RTD but without the rolls, right? I remember back in the day when we'd do these big multi-player text adventures, good times. Anyways here's my singup

• Backstory, started as a lowly peasant boy, but always dreamed of adventure, so he saved up every day for the barest scraps he could muster, until he finally had enough to buy a drink at the tavern and search for an adventuring party!

• Secondary Weapon: Skeleton Key he found in his basement

His truest motivation is to somehow combine the two...................

Good god. Here we go again.

• Name: Mikolas Zalsi. (There are accent marks in there.. somewhere. Lost to the eternal void of text processors.)
• Gender: Male
• Age: 21
• Race: Human
• Backstory: The estranged son of some prissy-bitch nobles living in the capital kingdoms (and three holiday residences!), with fifteen cars and airpods and everything—okay MAYBE not the latter, but you get the point. He had it pretty much cut out for him as a kid. Unfortunately, lacking any patience for said stuffy rituals of the upper class, that would mean he grew to despise his lifestyle and fast.
  You wouldn’t want this history section to put you to sleep though, would you? Let’s just say that with a combination of his natural magic, some lockpicks, a box of dry pasta and a pigeon, the day finally dawned for his successful escape. And so, as a mere child, Mikolas embarked upon his new path.
  ...Definitely not by living hand-to-mouth or anything for the next 10 years, though. It’s...it’s just called freelance adventuring. He swears by it.
• Element: Almighty. What do you mean that’s not a thing? Fiiiiine, maybe Earth.
• Main Weapon: A pair of 1849 Pockets (.31) that for some ungodly reason actually function, plus pearl inlay because reasons. Those reasons being that Miko makes bad decisions. We don’t talk about it.
• Secondary Weapon: Hand mortar. A large and uncomfortably gaudy one. Self-explanatory.

Whooooooo! Like Afters said, a RTD but without the rolls? This ought to be cool!

• Name: Li Quan. Classic Li as in Plum, Quan as in spring (water).
• Gender: Female.
• Age: 16.
• Race: Human.
• Backstory: Li Quan is from a small village near the river Chu, and has always had an instinct for adventure, let it be travelling through a mountain to visit her family or finding medicinal plants in the forest while trying not to be killed by lurking demons. And when her younger brother became old enough to gather medicinal plants, she decided to go to the City of Beggining, Thrawn, to become an adventurer and defeat evil, fight injustice and help the needed. And maybe, if she could, get a few coins for her family back at the village.
• Element: Plant. Wait, there is no Plant. Good old water, can't go wrong with that.
• Main Weapon: Simple Staff, inherited from her (paternal) grandfather, who used to be a (Shaolin) monk.
• Secondary Weapon: Dagger, a gift from her mother for her 16th birthday. When she asked how she got the money for it as it was not an ancestral weapon, she told her she didn't need to know. Have the backstory of the dagger here.
• Extra: May I be allowed to manage to tie the dagger to the staff and make a spear/stythe scythe (actually, a ge aka dagger-axe) that way? I mean 3/4 of the other players have guns.

• Race: Borrower
• Backstory: Malcolm was born as the nineteenth son to the notorious Kelly brothers, a family/gang that but the stealing back into the borrowing business, and founded the BRA, the Borrowers’ Rebel Army. As such, Malcolm was raised to fight against oppression and freedom, and be loud and proud about it. As such he is a hot-headed, politically minded individual. This possesses the occasional problem for him, as, in being a borrower, he stands at just about two inches tall. However, his tenacity and quick thinking have gotten him this far, and he’s not about to quit now.

Backstory: Born of "beings of the unseen world", Abbas lived a pleasant life in the "in-between" of mortal and Jīnn. Cherished by their parents and valued by their community, they never had to worry about things such as fear or deathly pain. However, they were soon ripped away from that world, by a treacherous daeva, who smited his kind and orphaned them, with the intention of teaching them and their kind "the sadness of the lost". However, before the daeva could end his life, they would bind their soul to itinerant Persian Pashtun man travelling the realms in search of a enlightenment that would relate him to the great Zoroaster. Similarly confused by each other's existence, they decide to stay together until the daeva disappeared, but then stayed together once they realized that they would both be led adrift by their own solitary visions if they were to depart from each other. Since then, one cannot be seen without the other and both are willing to die for one another.

Backstory: A gifted daughter of the chief of the island Sakai, she has been overlooked by her parents in favor of her older siblings. Frustrated at how she has been treated despite believing herself much more capable, she took some weapons and gold, before sailing off in the middle of the night to Thrawn, to make a name for herself and prove her family wrong.

Main Weapon: A bayonet rifle that they built themselves.

Secondary Weapon: A finely crafted ancestral kalis.

• Race: Polar Bear^note I thought we had a subtrope of Beast Man for bears, but aside from Ursine Aliens, apparently not.
• Backstory: Snowpaw comes from Ursinberg, a small village in Grim Up North. She had always dreamed of joining the local viking clan, but on the day she was to be initiated into the clan, her village was ravaged by invaders from the south^{NOTE FOR MYSKYWARM} You can decide who these invaders were if you want, or I can do it if you prefer. After the ambush, Snowpaw was deemed the only one fit enough to leave the town. Her goal is to find out who sent the invading army so that the village can strike back when they recover, and she wants to start her search at Thrawn. Snowpaw's father Coldgale told her not to take on the army by herself... but she really wants to.

• Age: Has existed for about 75 years, but has only actually been active for about a third of that
• Race: Metallon^note Beings made of metal and magic, inspired by the Warforged from D&D 5e and robots en generale.
• Backstory: Lessee here:

Wire was built almost a century before the start of our adventure by the Wyvernfolk, a people born with exceptional innate magical talent. Locked in a tiresome war with a cell of elves hell-bent on harnessing their power, the Verns locked themselves behind a barrier that cut them off from the rest of known civilization.

Wire, a field agent deployed on stealthy missions to undermine the enemy's magical reinforcements from the inside, had their connection with the runes keeping them active severed when the Verns isolated themselves, putting them into a sort of stasis until a hole opened, letting just enough energy through to return them to life. Reborn into a new world where the war they once knew is nowhere to be found, Wire walks the earth for a while, taking off jobs and keeping busy until entering a tavern on one fateful night...

• Primary weapon: the Gleaming Grips, a pair of gauntlets imbued with light-powered magic. Wire uses them to pick locks, engage in close-range attacks, and negate attacks from enemies when possible without needing a separate weapon of channeling instrument.

Backstory: Originally, he was a nomadic family man, with very few ambitions aside from keeping his family happy and causing the occasional mischief. Then, one day, his young son went missing, and soon his wife followed suit in a vain attempt to find him. Without the comfort of his lover or the joy his child brought, Firefly was lost...
...until he heard of Thrawn, a city where adventurers go to begin their quests. Perhaps, he reasoned, he could receive the answers for his family's whereabouts, and reclaim what he lost. And so, now he's here.

Age: Around 600, Young Adult-ish in elf years

Race: Elf

Backstory: Fern was born as the only child from a rich family of scholars. Like their parents, Fern was always invested in academics but their true passion was alchemy. They loved mixing and matching ingredients to make a final product. Soon, Fern became the apprentice of Rean, a well known Alchemist and went to live in his shop, making potions that their customers asked for. While they were intelligent and knew about their herbs, their potions tend to have some rather unexpected side effects.

One normal day, Fern and Rean got a seemingly impossible order; To make an Elexir of Youth. The pay was good because the ingredients were scarce and very rare, with little guarantee that the potion would actually work. After some long years of work, searching for ingredients and more work, Fern finally made the very first Elexir of Youth. They decided to test it on themselves and found that it worked...

..Too well. In a puff of smoke, Fern had been turned into a child once again, with little to no chance of growing back. After years of looking for a cure, Fern heard of Thrawn and decided to head there to look for a cure.

• Backstory: Chaletica had always loved stories of adventure, and one day, when she got bored and saw the chance to set out on one, she took it!

Not sure if this is good news, but I'm done filling up all the character/player sheet(Might still need a bit of tweaking here and there). I'll start writing everyone's starting scenario today. Thank you for the support and I'm sorry this is taking longer than expected.
