- "WELCOME TO AXE TOWN; POPULATION: YOUR FACE," (Player1) says to (Player2) before killing (him/her2) with an axe.
- As (Player1) dies, a bunch of Oompa-Loompas come to the arena to sing about (Player1).
- Internet kills the video star (Player1)...literally.
- (Player1) dies while fighting against an alien made out of black goo.
- (Player1) uses geometry to kill the magic-wielding (Player2) in a battle.
- After (Player1) dies, (Player2) posts a video online that frames (Player3) for (Player1)'s death.
- (Player1) survives a battle against an alien made out of black goo.
- (Player1) wishes (he/she1) can fight aliens after hearing stories from (Player2) & (Player3) about them fighting aliens.
- (Player1) uses geometry to defeat the magic-wielding (Player2) in a battle.
- (Player1) sings "Kiss The Girl" in hopes (he/she1) can hook (Player2) up with a random female visiting the arena.
Note that for my last fatal event, Player2 did not kill Player1. If that was the case, I would have said "After killing (Player1)" instead of "After (Player1) dies". Stating this because I have a feeling that it might misinterpreted as that.

- (Player1) lures the ghosts away with some ghost food so (he/she1) can get past them. (Ghostbusters NES)
- (Player1) somehow manages to fuel up (his/her1) car by simply driving into a barrel of gasoline. (Ghostbusters NES)
- (Player1) fades from existence after not being able to collect enough clocks on time. (FATAL FOR P1 - Back to the Future (NES))
- (Player1) tells (Player2) "I'm Batman!" before killing (him/her2). (FATAL - P1 KILLS (P2) Based on the Batman game reviews where AVGN tells the bad games "he's Batman" before hitting the games)
- (Player1) looks for the gold at the end of the rainbow, only to find a pile of shit because it was the LJN Rainbow.
- After (Player1) dies, (he/she1) gets this message: "YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS ARE DEAD. GAME OVER." (FATAL FOR P1 = Friday the 13th NES)
- (Player1) has to destroy the guard towers from tallest to shortest so (he/she1) can get past the barriers. (Terminator 2 - Game Boy)
- (Player1) yells "FUCK!" after discovering the Atari 5200 controller (he/she1) ordered can't plug into (his/her1) Atari 5200.
- Win: (Player1) survives the Deathmatch.
- Loss 1: (Player1) accidentally fires (his/her1) rocket launcher too close to a wall, gibbing (him/her1).
- Loss 2: (Player1) telefrags (Player2).
- Loss 3: (Player1) collects a Berserk pack and punches (Player2) so hard, (he/she2) explodes into gibs.
- Loss 4: (Player1) shoots some explosive barrels (Player2) is nearby, blowing (him/her2) up.
- Loss 5: (Player1) finds a BFG and uses it to annihilate (Player2), (Player3), (Player4) and (Player5).
