It's the theme of the Nailmasters' second phases. It's short because those phases are short - either you die before you hear the whole thing or they die after about two loops of it.

I haven't heard of him before. Seems pretty interesting.

Yeah, I quite like it. Dunno why, but some of my favorite works seems to always involve cute anime girls suffering one way or the other. Not that I have the balls to play it myself. The playthrough I read in the Let's Play Archive is spooky enough for me.
