Have a favorite non-starter Gen 8 Pokémon?
Breadwinners. I can tell it's trying to be quirky and wacky fun but in my eyes it just feels like it's trying way too hard and instead of actually being a fun and entertaining Nicktoon it comes off as just plain obnoxious as a result.

Evenicle. Yes, it's an eroge. Yes, I started playing it for the explicit scenes. Beyond that, it's a surprisingly decent JRPG. The writing is solid, the characters are likeable, and the combat system is pretty fun at times. Besides, it's illustrated by Yaegashi Nan, so high-quality lewds is to be expected. I'm only a few hours in, but I'll be damned if I say I didn't enjoy playing it.
about the only thing missing is a big tiddy silver-haired tan gf, but that's just my fetish talking.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. I distinctly remember dedicating myself to collecting every single soul in the game, as the Headhunter soul increases your strength for each soul you have, and I wanted to use it for the Boss Rush.

Is there a food that you've never tried, but would like to try?
Although the game he's from isn't my favorite in the series, I thought Antasma was a cool villain, even if I felt that some of his potential was wasted by the story. I also like all the bat Pokémon, especially Woobat/Swoobat, and Laylee.
Honorable mention to Aero the Acro-Bat — I haven't played the game and I honestly know almost nothing about it; I just think his design is cool.

Is there a DC character who you think deserves to have their own movie?
People keep saying that there needs to be a dolphin Pokémon and I agree with them. I'm a little surprised that they haven't come up with one already after 8 Gens.

Do you care much for mystery stories?
Putting Dexit aside, they're still fully functional games and I've been genuinely enjoying Shield as I've been playing through it. The Gym Challenges have been pretty fun and the Wild Area is a cool idea that's really fun to explore (I've been repeatedly sidetracked by just looking around it). Galar itself looks pretty amazing, and graphically it's still a major upgrade over the previous games. Plus you can skip tutorials yaaaaaay! And I really like the vast majority of the new Pokémon as well and would definitely put this Gen's roster of new Pokémon in my Top 5.
That being said, some aspects feel a little half-baked, Campground is fine but I wish you could interact with your Pokémon a little bit more, the story is kind of linear, and the crunch that these games were clearly on shows in a few places. Hopefully these kinks will be ironed out for the sequels/third versions.
