The hat is because of Speedchesser's Werewolf games. He made differently-coloured top hats based on your role for you to add to your avatar post-game - green for vanilla, blue for power role, red for scum and grey for third party. I think I ended up a Seer-type when I had the Tali avatar, so after the game I gave her the blue hat.

Mugen (whose name literally translates to "Infinity" or "without limitation") from Samurai Champloo. He is a Ryukyuan, breakdance fighting, vagrant and former pirate, who searchs for "a samurai who smells of sunflowers" with a ditzy former waitress and a aloof ronin.

Daimon, the antagonist of the Dark Arisen expansion of Dragon's Dogma. He moves insanely quick despite his size, hits like a truck, tanks even the most powerful attacks from you and your party, and has insanely powerful magic of all elements. He is brutal, but so much fun to fight.

That's McPedro, Hazel's cactus from Girls with Slingshots. At first she could only hear him when she was drunk, but eventually it seems that she can hear him all the time, and isn't the only one. He's Hispanic-coded (being a barrel cactus with the shape of a saguaro for starters) but has a Scottish/Irish accent for no apparent reason.
