The Petri Dishnote No main characters die, but once in a blue moon they're put in mortal peril. Nameless characters occasionally die slapsticky deaths (like being eaten, burnt, blown up, etc), but the readers never directly see them die. No blood.
Tales of Sinnohnote For Killigan's death, featuring a stylized spray of blood. Might be level 6 if not for the character being a Pokemon and silhouetted during the panel. Otherwise, level 4.
Ghosts of the Futurenote Would've been a level 6 if it weren't for Sonic dying with large yet crudely-drawn bloody flesh wounds, the sight of Tails' bloody corpse with a large gash in one eye, and a character being impaled in both of his hands which results in thick blood dripping out of his wounds and huge bloodstains
Girl Geniusnote Blood isn't too common, but when it does show up, it behaves realistically with with spurts and splatters. Some battle scenes have several characters surviving serious blade injuries. Also notable is the scene in Volume 11 where Tarvek punches Zola to near-death.
Vápnthjófr saganote A bloody corpse is stabbed, a character cuts off her ear off-screen, and a character's throat is ripped out. There's also some lighter violence, such as an antler being broken off and a character being hit in the face hard enough to draw blood.
Nuzlocke Comicsnote A soft 8, for the Team Plasma grunt who gets shot in the eye, causing it to pop out. There's also a grunt who gets his heart ripped out with some blood, followed by the attacker non-graphically taking a bite out of the heart. Other level 5-6 violence, such as a Caterpie being ripped in half in shadow with some blood, an Arbok dying with a blood pool and a Hitmonchan being partially sliced in half vertically with no blood or gore.
Sonichunote For the Cruel and Unusual executions of Evan, Sean, and Mao, who are respectively drilled in the genitals, shot dead by a firing squad, and have arms and legs snapped off and heart exploded, all with copious amounts of blood
Tails Gets Trollednote Every imaginable type of brutal violence and laceration. It would score an 8 or 9 for its MS paint art style and silly tone, but sometimes it stops being Bloody Hilarious and just becomes very dark.
