When Worlds Collide was an ongoing Total Drama redux/crossover fic by max3833
. Set during the first season, it features all the original 22 contestants as well as Juniper Lee, Jen Masterson, Jonesy Garcia, Jude Lizowski, Nikki Wong, Caitlin Cooke, Wyatt Williams, Peter Griffin, Brian Griffin, Stewie Griffin, Homer Simpson, Danny Fenton, Courage, Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, Zim, Dib, Billy, Mandy, Grim, Samurai Jack, Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman, Kenny McCormick, Ed, Double D and Eddy. Also starring is Andrew, Chris' new producer and the thorn in his side.
The original story was taken down, but thankfully, another author by the name of Spartan of Chaos wrote a new version here. This new version removes Juniper and Danny, but adds in Master Shake, Frylock, Meatwad, Rusty, Early, Bart Simpson, Bojack Horseman, Fry, Bender, Leela, Rick and Morty as contestants.

They will be missed.
- Demoted to Extra:
- As a result of Kim sorting out the misunderstandings between Ezekiel and the female Killer Bass campers in "Not So Happy Campers", Courtney goes from a major player in the canon season to the first camper eliminated.
- Trent is eliminated much earlier due to Gwen hooking up with Geoff instead.
- Dragon with an Agenda: Mandy, when she joins Heather's alliance, says she'll look forward to being Heather's downfall.
- Earn Your Happy Ending: Grim earns his freedom from Billy and Mandy as a result of outlasting both, winning the bet they made upon entering the competition.
- Executive Meddling: Andrew is a positive, in-universe example of this trope.
- Groin Attack: The reason why Double D is scared to play dodgeball.
- In Spite of a Nail: Despite Courtney's early elimination, she and Duncan are offhandedly mentioned to have hooked up at some point after Duncan's elimination.
- Laser-Guided Karma: In response to Andrew being locked in a cellar for nine days, Chris loses nine days worth of pay.
- Lighter and Softer: The reason why Andrew is there is to make sure Chris doesn't get too crazy with the challenges.
- Pint-Sized Powerhouse: When he has to face his fear in the "Phobia Factor" chapter, Cartman pulls a piece of wood from the dock, revealing a shotgun, and wails on interns dressed as Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Michael Myers so badly, they died.
- Production Foreshadowing: From Chapter 27 onwards, audition videos featuring contestants due to appear in the author's upcoming version of Total Drama Action are seen at the end of each chapter. Thus far, Mac, Bloo, Wilt, Edwardo, Coco and Frankie have been confirmed to appear.
- Running Gag:
- Cartman being attacked by a Sloppy Joe Monster.
- Kenny seems to be killed every episode.
- Shout-Out:
- In "The Sucky Outdoors" chapter, there is an exact, word-for-word scene that is just like Squidward's encounter with a Sea Bear. Except now it's a Death Bear and Duncan is the one being attacked.
- Chris has a lair reminiscent of Yzma's, right down to the wrong lever and rollercoaster gags. When in the lair, Chris even makes plans in a similar way to Yzma.
Chris: First, we'll get a hundred crocodiles, and then some cut-up logs. We'll have the campers log roll all the way across the lake, and then, the team with the most survivors will win invincibility. It's brilliant, brilliant, BRILLIANT!"
Chef: Um, couldn't we just do a cheap event that doesn't really involve any death that might lead to lawsuits?
Chris: Baseball?
Chef: Baseball.
