Jess Winfield (born Jesse Morris Borgeson; March 8, 1961) is an American author, television producer, screenwriter, voice actor, and magazine editor. One of the founding members of the Reduced Shakespeare Company, he is known for his involvement in several animated shows, most notably among them Teacher's Pet, in which he served as executive producer and writer, and all three shows in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, in which he served as executive producer and writer of Lilo & Stitch: The Series (and its films Stitch! The Movie and Leroy & Stitch) and is the voice of Dr. Jumba Jookiba in the English versions of the Stitch! anime and Stitch & Ai, replacing David Ogden Stiers.note
He currently works as a senior editor for American Road
magazine, having edited for the magazine since 2015.
