    Moza (Emara)

The main protagonist of the story. By day, she's a well meaning but clumsy girl who works at her mother's cafe. By night, she's a tough and confident superhero who uses built-arm cannons to fight crime.

  • Action Girl: She's a female superhero protecting the citizens of Dubai.
  • Arm Cannon: Her arms can turn into not only energy cannons, but twin rockets and grappling hooks. It turns out that the limb extends up to her shoulderblades and can do much more.
  • Badass Cape: Emara's hero costume has this.
  • Brainwashed and Crazy: In episode 4, Emara becomes possessed by a robotic parasite that manipulates her body.
  • Captain Geographic: Of the United Arab Emirates, respectively.
  • Cute Clumsy Girl: She is sweet and clumsy, and often willing to help out in her mother's restaurant.
  • Disappeared Dad: Her father died long before the start of the series.
  • Friend to All Children: Emara is shown to get along well with her child fans. One of them is a boy with his own Emara doll.
  • Hero with Bad Publicity: A downplayed example. Emara is beloved by the public and the authority figures do respect her, but they don't completely trust her and want to take her in for questioning. It also doesn't help that Solomon has been making wanted posters of her and scattering them throughout the city.
  • Hiding in a Hijab: Played with. Considering it takes place in Dubai, Emara's costume having a hijab is less for disguise and more her following tradition, although it disguises her true identity as Moza more than enough.
  • Hot-Blooded: Emara is quick to jump into any altercation. Her first scene, when she has one arm disabled, is to just try blasting Omar with the other.
  • The Klutz: Moza has this trait when working in her mother's cafe.
  • Meaningful Name: Emara's superhero name is supposed to a pun of The Emirates, where she lives. Emara also goes along the lines of "gift of God".
  • My God, What Have I Done?: At the end of episode 4, she is horrified to see that she attacked Dhabian and runs away before he can explain.
  • Super Mode: Episode 5 has Emara going into a trance when she believes she's about to die, unlocking a more powerful mode of her prosthetics that extend from her shoulders.
  • Superheroes Wear Capes: Her outfit as Emara includes epaulets and a short red cape.

    Sultan (Dhabian)

The deuteragonist of the story. He is a cocky but good-natured superhero who's powers come from his bionic legs that allow him to fly and move at incredible speeds. He is working for a mysterious organization that assigned him to get close with Emara.

  • Arm Cannon: In episode 5, his legs can turn into a rifle.
  • Disability Superpower: Sultan lacking his legs lets him use his powerful prosthetics as Dhabian.
  • Hidden in Plain Sight: Sultan doesn't put effort in disguising himself because no one expects Dhabian's real identity to be a double amputee. He glides through civilian life completely undetected, though Moza finds his voice and attitude familiar.
  • In Love with the Mark: As the show progresses, Sultan starts growing uncomfortable with his assignment the more time he spends with Emara whom he develops a platonic liking too, especially when Zeina is evasive about what she actually wants Emara for. He shoots at her to prevent her from capturing Emara in the finale.

The Organization

    Zeina

Dhabian's boss. She's a calm and calculating woman with an unflinching goal: to get close to Emara and discover her secrets before anyone else.

  • Artificial Limbs: Her right hand is revealed to be this and it also functions as a gun.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: Zeina shows herself to be quite formidable in the final episode.
  • Big Bad: Icy, formidable and never revealing her true intentions. She will stop at nothing to get at Emara before Solomon or anyone else does.
  • Finger Gun: Her right hand can make a literal one.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: She's patient with Dhabian's method of working with Emara and refuses to take drastic measures in fear of scaring off Emara.
  • Scary Shiny Glasses: She wears them well.

    Ali

Zeina's second in command. He's a grumpy guy who openly expresses his disapproval of Dhabian and how he does things.

  • Brainwashed and Crazy: He gets transformed into a Kaiju that attacks the heroes in the last episode.
  • Fiery Redhead: Has red hair, and is every bit as loud, impulsive and hot-blooded as the trope suggests.
  • Inspector Javert: Ali has shades of this as he doesn't trust the super-powered protagonists and would prefer to deal with them himself rather than leaving it all to Dhabian.

Other Characters

    Maitha
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mama.PNG

Moza's mother who owns her own tea shop. She has a good heart but a tendency to be oddly quirky.

  • Good Parents: She utterly adores Moza and is strongly sympathetic toward her daughter over how she's largely overworked having to help her in the tea shop.
  • Mama Bear: She jokingly threatened to cut off the tongues of two women that were badmouthing her daughter.

    Jassim

Moza's uncle who works as the city's police chief. Jassim is a competent man with a resilient and heroic streak.

  • Badass Normal: He has no super powers but is perfectly capable of kicking bad guy butt.
  • Bishie Sparkle: Jassim gets this on occasion.
  • Da Chief: The leader of Dubai's police department.
  • The Juggernaut: Jassim has little to no trouble keeping up with a group of goons escaping via car and is able to take them head on during the car chase.
  • Police Are Useless: Inverted. Contrary to their usual roles in superhero stories, they are highly competent and speedy in Emara's universe.

Antagonists

    Omar
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/newomar.PNG

A sleazy gangster who's constantly at odds with Emara and Dhabian.

  • Bounty Hunter: An antagonistic example. He's a greedy guy trying to capture the protagonist just for the reward money.
  • Only in It for the Money: His only clear motivation thus far - capturing Emara to make a quick buck off of her.
  • Smug Snake: If given the higher ground, Omar will have no issue with flaunting his power over the heroes.

    Man in Doggy Paper Bag

A creepy guy who wears a doggy themed paper bag.

  • Malevolent Masked Men: He's a creep with a bag for a mask and him kidnapping Emara would classify him as malevolent.

    Solomon

An unknown villain who is openly interested in Emara.
