His backstory and personality's a little cheesy, I know, but it's my type of cheesy.

I sympathize with that Skull Kid. Though he's responsible for a lot of trouble (actually not really, blame Majora's Mask for most of that), he got a really bad case of I Just Want to Have Friends, which is a trope that tend to make me feel sympathetic to a character. Too bad we don't really know what happened to him after the events of Majora's Mask. But hey, at least he made a few appearences afterwards, such as in Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition.
