I was hoping someone would ask about that! It's a bootleg toy (I think) taking bits of SpongeBob, Bart, and Big Bird (though the bird head reminds me more of Duck Guy) and mashing them together on a buff action figure.

I originally discovered it from a YouTube video, which then lead to a Reddit post, which finally lead to a Tumblr post that I believe is the source of the image. It's incredibly weird and surreal and I like it for that.
