Godzilla often thwarts alien schemes to take over the world. Usually with quite a bit of property damage done to Tokyo in the process.
A villain that thinks they're the hero
In my medical opinion the HEAVY IS DEAD!This may sound weird, but I can explain. Phaaze suffers from a serious case of Blue-and-Orange Morality. That is, more Phazon = good. It’s also insentient, meaning that it absolutely cannot comprehend the harm it causes. Phaaze thinks it’s doing the right thing because by its standards, it is.
(Also, it’s now pretty much a job for me to post every third time. It’s fun, though, so I don’t mind too much.)
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.
Gravemind thinks what it does is best for all sentient life.
She's a Bad Liar who assumed that, because Touma's fingerprints on a certain vending machine were the most recent, he was to blame for its soda cans being dispensed without being paid for.

"It's not what's on the outside, but the inside that counts. Such is the belief of a pansexual." *jerks it against a literal pan*
He's a superhero in training, but also a hotheaded dickbag.
Just made a server on discord.Come join me., if you subscribe to the theory that all phazon is part of the same organism. Phazon is actively helpful, and you even use it as a weapon, throughout Metroid Prime 3. Of course, another variant of it is trying to kill you, so it doesn’t fit perfectly.
Absolutely unkillable by any means, ever.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.
The Huthman. It is the equivalent of the Great Will, the Living Tribunal and the Prescence.
Wears a swimsuit.

I'd also like to point out that this is Sir Mordred of the Round Table.
A character that you like not because they're skilled or powerful, but because of their personality traits.
Lovepilled and Hopemaxxing
Ed's simple mind has given us some of the show's best jokes. Like the one here.
Small but angry

In my medical opinion the HEAVY IS DEAD!“NOOOO, I SAY!” “We are the masters of a power driven to the far reaches of the universe, and we have...” “JUHYAMBAVITRIGOKOPOKOJAAAH!” (Quotes from Hyness).
A major character or boss who is completely unrelated to the plot.

While he's allowed to join the party in the 3DS remake, he doesn't really do much in the plot. He's just a really nice reward for clearing the monster arena.
TNA is a character who wasn't important to the plot until a later entry in their franchise.
"YOU SHALL FEEL THE FLOWER'S WRATH"
Well, Waluigi never had much of a role at all aside from being another character to choose in the spinoff sports/kart/party games, but one of his bigger roles years after his first appearance in Mario Tennis was being one of the villains stealing the keys in the story mode of Mario DDR
TNA is from, or first appeared in, a spinoff of their main series/franchise

"Leftover items still have value!"
This particular Loader Bot came from Tales from the Borderlands, a Borderlands spin-off from Telltale Games.
Is socially awkward
In my medical opinion the HEAVY IS DEAD!Flandre has been locked in the basement for 495 years; of course she has no idea how to interact with others.
Sealed Anything In A Can.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.
Dr. Klein and the rest of the Think Tank were trapped inside Big MT by Dr. Mobius to keep them from leaving and experimenting on the rest of the Mohave.
An adorable nerd
In my medical opinion the HEAVY IS DEAD!Alex sure is a bit of a sadist, though not really a masochist. He's done some fucked up shit, though, for sure.
A victim of Memetic Mutation
Stand up against pinkwashing, don't fall for propoganda
Ah yes, CATS, the face of bad game translation and one of the earlier ones before they were even really known as "memes". I have quite a few avatars that fit this, but "All your base" is still a classic x3
Your own OC (original world or fancharacter)

"Leftover items still have value!"
The majority of my avatars fit that description, but Average Joe is (currently) the only one that wasn't made to fit into an already existing world.
Yourself in a nutshell.
Surprisingly enough, Diggernaut is a somewhat interesting background character, but really only exists to do other people’s jobs, have a semi-decent soundtrack, and be a Guide Dang It! to anyone who hasn’t played Metroid Prime. It’s not a perfect fit, but it works.
Likely to not follow my “List Of Things Not To Do With Phazon”. The list is on my troper page.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.
I'm not sure what Phazon is (haven't played the Metroid games), but you probably shouldn't let Tamriel's resident Mad God get his hands on it.
Likes to blow things up
In my medical opinion the HEAVY IS DEAD!
Well, the guy to the left. Bomberman, it's kind of in the name
Drawn by you
"Leftover items still have value!"
Almost all of my avatars are drawn by me, but I'll go with a fan character of mine, Magical Bomber.
They have no clue what they're doing half the time.
"Why is the sky rotating?"A result of the Space Pirates having no idea what they’re doing and throwing Phazon at themselves.
Has a really good theme song (in your opinion).

Three words: Kirby: Squeak Squad.
While he didn't actually open the chest that contained Dark Nebula, he was DEFINITELY the cause of its awakening because he was dead set in believing it was his cake despite Meta Knight probably having a good reason to fight him over it.
TNA: A hero that saved the world more than once.
